Sitting in Sister Sorensen's Sunday School class today, I was impressed by the video used during the lesson in which the Savior healed people with the Priesthood with just the touch of his hand.

Are we in a position to use the Priesthood as the Savior did? Healing people just by touch?

Insight from this impression: There's no reason why we can't be. The Priesthood the Savior used was the same Priesthood we use today for blessings by the laying on of hands. So...there's no reason why we can't be. Just be sure...are you in a position to use the Priesthood in the same way?
