Germany's memory when he was younger isn't the best. Especially around the time he was formed, his recollection of events at the time were spotty at best, due to his abnormal creation process.

What he does remember was that for a time he was raised with a human couple, since Prussia was too busy to have a child in his household after the German Unification. The couple had one daughter that was around the same "age" as him and liked to be tidy. When it was time for Germany to leave the couple to Prussia's place, the couple and daughter was saddened to see young Germany go.

Or, at least, that's what he believes.
