Secretly, Hungary really, really wants to go back to raising children, like she did with Italy and Holy Roman Empire. It was one of the many things she loved when she was at Austria's house. However, she is unable to do so, due to her status as a nation.

This is why you'll find her in orphanage volunteering positions, babysitting around her homeland, being with children in general, and so on. She also likes to babysit Liechtenstein and Kugelmugel if the need arises, taking excellent care of them. 

All the while waiting for an infant country to pop up, so she could raise it.
