This is kinda different from most of the premades here in style because it's a contest entry! The prompt was to create a fantasy-themed cover based on one of the seven sins and we had the option of a model-based cover or an object-based one. Obviously, I chose object-based lol.

I didn't intend for the typography to be the main "object," but it all just came together nicely. I've also used that 3d fire lettering on a premade here but I changed the colouring in that one. Comment if you know the name of that premade!

I also didn't intend to create this cover entirely on Canva as I was just trying to find some stock photos there and put together a moodboard, but I got carried away in the process. I'm quite happy with the results and this is definitely my first decent book jacket :D

Tip: Experiment with different tools and ideas! You'll be amazed by what you find in the process ;)
