There was a news article recently about Demi Lovato (she's a pop star, for those who are unaware). Before her show started, her mic accidentally came on backstage, just in time for the whole audience to hear her say, "I am enough, I am enough," over and over again. It was her mantra, to remind herself that she's not out there to please anyone but herself.

That's amazing guys.

Remember: you are enough.
