I recently had a story told to me that made me rethink things a bit.

Paraphrasing, the story was, "There was this kid on my baseball team, and he wasn't very good. He couldn't throw very well, he dropped the ball a lot, and he never really scored a run at bat. We liked him, of course, but never really thought he was a valuable player. Then one time, we had a really close game. He was the catcher, so he never really had to do much. But just as the kid from the other team was running home, some guy in the outfield threw the ball towards home plate. It was a pretty bad throw. I couldn't have caught it. But this guy just snatched it right out of the air and tagged the base, making it the third out. We won the game because of that catch. So even if you think someone isn't important, you just wait. You'll see."

If you ever think someone isn't valuable, they haven't been given the right opportunity. 

That's some hard truth from my little brother, guys.
