*turn back in time 14yrs ago* I was drawing a picture of me and mom, until *yelling can be heard coming from the kitchen*. I sit down back against the door. Mom and dad always fight. I don't know why but mom says they just had a long day. Hearing Mom's crying breaks my heart I don't like seeing mom sad. Why do u have to be so mean dad. They always argue about money. Dad is always drunk and tells mom that she was a mistake. *the argument*
Dad: I don't care if we don't got no damn money just get the damn BEER!
Mom: I told u we can't we can't fucking afford ANYTHING!
*Dad slaps mom across the face, she falls t the floor holding her cheek*
Dad: then get a FUCKING JOB LAZY ASS!
Mom: don't u raise your voice at me in front of Lilly!
Dad: It doesn't matter she should know her mother is a fucking useless price of shit!
* Later at night* I walk to moms room and see her lying on the bed crying. I go to her and cuddle, facing my mom.
Lily: mom why does dad have to be so mean
Mom caresses my cheek
Mom: dad isn't mean he's..just drunk ok that's all, u know I love your dad so much sweetie ok
Lily: that's what you always say
Mom leans in and strokes my hair and holds me in her arms. The next day I go to school. You know the usual people walking away from me. Calling me names like, drunkie, ugly, fat, pig, daddy's toy. But it doesn't bother me since I'm used to it. It's like a daily routine. But today had a twist. I was eating my lunch which was only a bag of chips. Then this girl named Linzy came up to me. And this is what happened...
Linzy: what u got there lily, *she grabs my bag*
Lily: hey give it back! *tries to get t from Linzy's hands*
Linzy: oh look it's a bag of chips *throw chips on ground* you'll thank me later. Oh wait did u know that chips have a lot of fat in it. I see how that turned out. But don't worry I'm guessing dad will lend you his beer. Since that's the only thing you can afford.
I ball up my fists and jump on Linzy punching her perfectly hideous face. Linzy leaves scratch marks in my cheeks. I grab her hair and bang her head repeatedly on the floor until the teacher pulled us apart. Linzy ended getting a fractured skull, I on the other hand only got bruises, and scars. When I got home I was in big trouble. Luckily dad wasn't home. When mom saw my face she quickly ran to me and kept saying repeatedly " what happened, are you ok, who did this to you"
Lily: it was just a fight with a girl at school mom it's not a big deal.
Mom: NOT A BIG DEAL LOOK AT YOU!, my poor baby *mom holds me in her arms crying*
Only tears stream down my face.
The next day I don't show up to school. But mom and dad argue as usual. While I do my homework. I got bored and doodles on my notebook. I heard a banging on my door so I didn't answer it until. It flung right open dad looked furious. His fists are balled up. He walks toward me and looks at my bruises and scars.
  Lily: dad I can explain PLZ don't get mad...
Dad punches me across my face then I hear mom come in the room but dad kicks her out and locks the door. All I can hear is crying. Dad continues to punch me and kick me to the ground
  Lily: DAD PLZ STOP WHAT DID I DO WRONG!?, IM SO SORRY!
  Dad: SHUT THE FUCK UP IDIOT!
Dad pins me down and hits me I cry from the pain and thinking, what did I do to deserve this. PLZ TELL ME!
2hours later dad leaves me with blood on the floor and my scars opened up, mom runs to me and holds me in her arms
  Mom: my baby!, what did u do you sick bastard my baby.
