Meanwhile at the same time in S.H.I.E.L.D base:

Nick Fury was thinking about his son as an agent stumbled in.

Agent : sir , we lost sight of the kid we were assigned on the lookout for

Nick Fury: *furious* WHAT?! Get Coulson here now

Agent : Yes sir

A few moments later....

Coulson : director fury peter has been abducted near the school

Nick Fury: Any idea who could do that?

Coulson: no sir

Maria : sir someone is trying subotage our servers , I think we have a traitor among us.

Nick Fury: *frustrated sigh* right.. all this shit to happen at the same time....*deep breaths* Maria cross-link the IP with ever agent check newly recruited ones

Coulson: sir...?

Nick Fury: Coulson , you try to find who got my son , you're doing this alone this is personal

Coulson : copy that sir , I will try my best sir and bring little Fury back home

Nick Fury: very well keep me updated.

A few weeks later Maria did found that about 106 hydra agents infiltrated various S.H.I.E.L.D bases throughout the world but it was too late for that. The hydra agents in various had already caused heavy property damage in various parts of world causing the U.N.O to biased on the world security and peace. The U.N.O temporarily out S.H.I.E.L.D missions and limited their access throughout the databases , some of the classified data was confiscated.

Every program initiated by S.H.I.E.L.D was on probation which included various  individuals enhanced or not in affiliation with the organisation too. They were forced to lay low and have set boundaries to themselves. These Allies or Assets were conflicted with sudden set of rules being set up , they try to reason but it doesn't goes well.

Nicholas Joseph Fury was not just furious , he was desperate , he had to work in getting back the reputation of their organisation and try to find his son too. No matter how his intrusive thoughts  led to his son being dead or worst , he refused to that he had still Coulson do his personal assignment.

----------------------An Year later--------------------

The S.H.I.E.L.D's reputation was restored , it was back effectively working in various parts of world , taking down hydra base after hydra base. In one such assault led them to "eversor -Liberi recruitment project" on further digging they found out the hydra had used children, mutants or humans to experiment , enhance them , train them as Assassin. There were 6 enchanced individuals in total who survived out of 80 after experimentation. Out of 6 , 3 were said to have been on missions. Among 3 one of particular had sucess rate on missions.

Coulson on other hand found out about Peter's whereabouts , he knew who kidnapped little Fury now , Hydra. But he couldn't find which base , since Coulson was away trying find peter he wasn't aware of the eversor -Liberi recruitment project" and he didn't have any means to contact The Director.

At the S.H.I.E.L.D base,
New York

Fury was standing by a huge camouflaged window deep in thoughts concerning his son disappearances. His trusted agent Maria asks for permission to enter and he gestures to get in

Maria : Director Fury , we found a crucial information from the recent hydra base bust

Nick Fury: *gestures to continue*

Maria: it's a project "eversor -Liberi recruitment project". A project in which  children  mutants or humans were experimented to  enhance them  , train them as Assassins. There were 6 enchanced individuals in total who survived out of 80 after experimentation. Out of 6 , 3 were said to have been on missions. Among 3 one of particular had sucess rate on missions. We don't have any info on who they are or what they look like.

Nick Fury: Clever of them but we need to keep , looking ask Agent Romanoff to meet me.

Nick Fury assigned Natasha Romanoff , the Black widow with experience in Hydra to investigate further into the program and to find where exactly the base where the individuals were kept in. When  Coulson comes back with the dreaded news to Nick Fury, he puts more efforts to get his son back if he was one of them.

--------------------2 1/2 years  later-----------------

Natasha Romanoff finally succeeded in finding the base and gives the intel. Fury assigns a huge team to the location under agent Maria leading them.

Maria: remember no killing , these are minors we're going to deal with , if they  resist only then fight. I know you are biased because they're enhanced and brainwashed but think rationally , they're still children who can be saved.

Agents: Yes Ma'am

Maria: alright let's get this over with this.

A few moments later...

Hydra base 709,
Sahara desert, Africa.

Agent Hawthorne: that some tough security they have got

Agent Denis: yeah man, we'll be toast if not for a huge number

Agent Garcia: thank you for your insight gentlemen ,like we already don't know that

Maria: Alpha 1 team offense , alpha 2 team create distraction before one team is on. Beta 6 sneak in take control room kill anyone in sight except for the kids. Omega 7 collect info this a major base we could use something. Delta team you're with me we take down the backup , if one of the team find out the kids , knock out but not too hard. Am I clear?

Agents: *nods*

Maria: good take positions

The teams do as they were told. They were doing their assigned jobs when Alpha 1 team was attacking the hydra agents they come across a large metal door in which two 12 year old kids , one boy and a girl they were so tense when the agents walked in that they panicked and started attacking blindly it looked like they were protecting something or someone that was behind the door at the far end of the room.

Agent Denis: *in comms* Agent Hill we seem to have problem

Maria:*in comms* explain *grunts and punches*

Agent Denis: *in comms*two kids, 12 years old , girl with telekinetic abilities and boy with super speed * dodges and punch in...air* huh he's so fast...shit

The boy was about to knock out the last one standing , a taser gets attached to his back and from the shadows steps out the black widow. The boy gets electrocuted and faints. The girl suffers the same fate as the boy.

Black Widow: *in  comms*told you might need my help Hill *flips hair*

Maria: *frustrated sigh* if you've done flipping your hair , a little help in west wing could be more than welcome

Black Widow: Sure *smirks and leaves*

Some of the knocked out agents get up and cuff the now unconscious kids and while Agent Denis gets inthe door on the other side what he sees will haunt him for rest of his life , a small boy bleeding to death. He went near to the boy he felt nothing , he couldn't help the little tears leak out from his eyes. He leaves the door and reports to his other team mates. Out of 6 , only two kids were saved , the other four were killed by their handlers , who were also killed.

The team regroups outside the base with unconscious kids. Black Widow was the last to come out  she makes a sign for explosion and says "BOOM" then the whole base explodes, at this Maria rolls her eyes. They get inside the jet and ride back to New York

Peter woke up to closing of doors his vision blurry all he felt was pain he just wanted to be comforted , he was scared when he saw blood stains and blood pooling around him and when he looked around it wasn't familiar place , he felt unsafe he wanted his Aunt May who makes him feel safe besides Ben. He thought about home , he was scared.

' Aunt May , Uncle Ben'

He felt weird then his face hit a soft thing like a rug or something , his vision starts to gets blurry, then blackness edges before he could black out in desperate attempt he raises his hand and presses something hiring a faint sound then his vision goes dark.

Ben Parker's residence
Queens, New York.

It's been two and half years since peter went missing there wasn't a place Ben and May hadn't searched. Ben didn't lose hope he kept searching for Peter. May well May tried to be strong like her husband but she couldn't she had broke down after a year and half after peter went missing blaming herself for Peter's disappearance , she went in depression. Ben couldn't see her wife so broken so he kept searching for Peter while taking care of May. If he ever found peter he would never leave him out of sight ever again.

One evening Ben and May were sitting in the living room on couch while May was curled into herself. There was a knock on the door, Ben went and opened the door. He looked around but couldn't find the person who knocked , he was about to close when he felt something near his feet like hands  , cold small hands. He looked down and what he saw made him insanely happy it was his nephew/son Peter. He seemed to have dirty cloth clinging to him barely covering his whole body , eyes closed he was trembling in cold night. There were so many scars on his body , some were fresh and blood was staining the door mat and the floor. He lifted his kid and swiftly took him to his room, May trailing behind him. May couldn't believe what she was seeing she thought she lost her kid forever but somehow her kid found his way back to her.

Ben was happy but he couldn't ignore the amount of scars on the child's skin. Peter was underweight , one can tell looking at him , one can see bones sticking out of the boy. May started to tend his wounds but he seemed to healing on his own. Ben brought a wet towel and wiped Peter's body as he was unconscious, he had removed the dirty cloth which suprisingly had four throwing knives , 20  throwing blades and a dagger. Ben wondered in what conditions he might have been.

You guys deserve a long chapter after a long wait , I tried to make it long but well. Hope you liked it.

Peter has returned , what more surprises do you think, he has in store besides the weapons Ben retrieved? What will happen to the twins ?
