(Regulus's view)

I made my way upstairs to Luci's room and quietly pushed the door open before walking over to her bed and touched her cheek with my hand.

"Luci, wake up mon amour, we're leaving." I said, as I sat down next to her on the bed.

"Where we going daddy?" she asked, as she opened her sleepy eyes to look up at me.

"We're going away for a while." I said, as I quickly dressed her then scooped her into my arms. "Where?" she asked again as she put her little hand on my face.

"To your grandma Rina's." I told her as I kissed her palm before holding her close to me and murmuring "Nox!" before taking a last look around the room and disapparating myself and my daughter out of there.

"What's going to happen to us?" Luci asked, as she searched my face for an answer.

"We're going to live with your grandparents for a while my love." I told her as I rested my cheek on top of her head.

"What if they don't remember me?" she asked as soon as we appeared in front of the mansion.

"I'm sure they will my darling." I reassured her before raising a hand to knock on the door which was opened immedietly by a very startled looking Kiyi.

"Master Regulus!" she exclaimed with a bright smile as she opened the door wider allowing us to come in.

"Hello, Kiyi." I greeted, as I gave her a one armed hug before looking around for my mother and father in law.

"Are they home?" I asked, and she nodded before hurrying upstairs for a moment only to return acompinied by Roxy's parents.

"Regulus, welcome home dear." Rose Von Archer greeted, as she pressed a kiss to my cheek.

"Hello, I'm so sorry to come unannounced like this but I wondered if Luci and I could possibly move back in." I said, before setting Luci down.

"But of course you can, my dear, you and Luci both!" she said, as she smiled at me before patting my cheek affectionately and leading us into the living room.

"Damion, look who's come home." she said, as she gestured to me and Luci.

"Ah, welcome home, Regulus." Roxy's father said, as he clapped me on the back.

"Thank you," I replied as I smiled at them before gesturing for Luci to come over.

"Hello," she said as she gave a shy waive before hiding behind my leg again.
