Avery POV

"Guys!" I smiled following Rika and Daisy.

They didn't answer and they looked emotionless and depressed.

"What happened?" I spoke softly.

"Avery....we can't talk now" Daisy said coldly.

I felt pain in my chest. I tried not to cry staring at them.

"Okay" I said disappointedly.

They left me alone in the school hallway. I cried in a corner near the windows.

"Uh....Avery don't cry" Erza smiled weirdly.

"Rika and Daisy won't talk to me" I wiped my tears.

"They haven't been talking to any of us..." she sighed.

"But don't cry you kinda sound like some kitten" she smiled nervously.

"I can't stop" I cried harder.

She ran to her classroom and came back with her lunch kit.

"Here" she gave me a can of sardine.

I purred staring at it in my hands.

"I have a habit of eating it" she smiled nervously.

"Thanks" I smiled softly to myself.

She sat down beside me on the floor. She coughed trying to avoid the awkwardness. I laughed at her expression on her face.

"Avery....don't worry they will talk to us again" she smiled softly.

I rubbed my head under her arm. She laughed scratching behind my ears.

"I....can't believe I did so much horrible things to you" she sighed.

"It took me to realize when that you turned some crazy beast" she placed her head against her knees.

"It's okay" I laughed silently.

She laughed with me while we looked at the sunset.

I followed Rika and Daisy. They were going to the park in the night. My ears drooped as I wondered what they were doing.

A monster appeared looking really scary and big. They transformed looking emotionless at it.

Rika held Daisy's hand and attacked the monster. The monster pushed them back. I held the bracelet Daisy gave me tightly.

"Come on guys" I spoke softly.

"This is for my father!" Rika said angrily materializing a large sword.

She sliced the monster's hand.

It's arm grew back.

"Crap..." her bangs covered her eyes.

The monster grabbed Daisy tightly squeezing the life out of her. She passed out in it's hand.

"Daisy!" I shouted.

"Avery get out of he-"

Rika was kicked into a wall by the monster. She struggled getting up holding her arm.

"Stop!" I attacked the monster.

It grabbed me.

"It's my fault...." tears from my eyes fell on Daisy's bracelet.

A light surrounded it.

"Huh?" I wiped my tears.

The monster quickly released me.

"Avery...." Rika stared at me.

"The element of air has chosen you my child" I heard a small voice.

I looked at the monster seriously.

"I'll do it" I spoke softly.

A light surrounded my body.

"I'll protect my friends no matter what" I said in a serious tone.

A orange light surrounded my hands appearing white gloves over them.

"Because they mean a lot to me!" I was crying without realizing.

The orange light surrounded my legs forming stockings and heels on my feet then a short orange and blue princess like dress. I collar with a small bell appeared around my neck.

"That's why I'm willing to sacrifice anything" I smiled softly while my hair became shorter,  light orange and my ears turned light orange.

Rika smiled wiping her tears.

I ran to the monster and kicked it's hand causing Daisy to be released.

"I'll get her!" Rika caught her.

I materialized my wand. I jumped on the monster's back and stabbed my wand in it's neck.

"Caribbean breeze" I whispered smirking.

It screamed in pain and blew up leaving a rose.

Rika and I untransformed.

"Thanks" she smiled softly.

I cried hugging her tightly.

"I thought I would of lost you" I cried harder.

"You won't" she cried hugging me back.

"Rii-chan!" my nose was running.

"Avery!" she cried harder.

"Guys...." Daisy smiled nervously coming back to consciousness.
