Chapter 10
COURTNEY'S POV
"You are off the team!"
"What?! All what I asked was if I could be a drama free cheer leader!"
"Yeah, do you not hear your self!" Dakota bounced back.
"Whatever,"
I walked to Duncan and told him what happened and he said we should leave to go get a shake. So that is what we did. He opened the door and we went straight to the milkshake bar.
HEATHER'S POV
"Hey will you come over to my house?"
"Sure! Let me tell Mike," Zoey told me on the phone
I slipped out of my dress into a matching crop top and pajama pants. The doorbell rang. It was Zoey. She walked in and plopped herself down on the couch and gazed into my eyes. "Boyfriend breakup,"
"Yes," I said closing my eyes with tears running down my face.
"I will get the ice cream, scissors and box. You get the dress, tissues, and photos. Got it?" We had been over this drill for years since we were neighbors and REALLY close friends. When I went to Juvie, it was hard to leave schools but it seemed she did better without me. She became more popular, more caring, and even got a boyfriend. While I was only inviting her over so we could cut up the photos, empty the ice cream tub, cut sculls into the outfit, and watch cartoon movies non-stop.
ZOEY'S POV
Heather has always had boy troubles and those are the biggest (and most common) times I come over. Breakups are always sad, but this time it was different for her. I never got to eat ice cream because she ate it all and I cut out all the photos because she had to refill the tissue box. OH MY GOD! SHE BROKE UP WITH HER TRUE LOVE!
"I am going to have to sleep over," I say.
Next time on D-R-A-M-A
Heather: What's the catch,
Duncan: I like the new look!
