Michael has since returned to NXT after appearing in the Slammy Awards and Tribute to the Troops. Some of matches were not worthy but memorable. He announced that he will extend his time all the way until the Royal Rumble.

During this, he was being Hardline in Lucha Underground, being their Champion with only Dominik, his best friend, knowing outside his friend group. He even defeated the Undertaker of Lucha Underground, Mil Muertes, in a Grave Consequences match for the title. He is scheduled to face Brian Cage, the Gift of the Gods Champion, at January 17, with the episode airing on June 1.

The Main Roster once again missed him but are glad he's happy in NXT. Ever since, things have going crazy. Vince was arrested for assaulting an officer, got released and then decides to be the Special Guest Referee for the World Heavyweight Championship match against Roman Reigns and Sheamus.

That planned failed as Roman won. However, Mr. McMahon had other plans. So he decided that Roman shall defend the WHC in the Royal Rumble Match, against 29 other Superstars. If he's eliminated, he's no longer Champion and the winner will not only will the Title, but will Main Event WrestleMania.

This was big as it is the first time The World Title is Defended via the Rumble Match itself. Everyone was excited.

We start the show with the entire roster on the stage as Vince, Triple H, and Stephanie coming out and say that Roman will no longer be Champion at the Royal Rumble. Of these thirty men, one of them will make history. Stephanie says Reigns defending the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the Royal Rumble is making history.

He may enter the match as the champion, but one of the people on stage will win it. McMahon says it's every man for himself. It could be Dolph Ziggler, who has reached for the brass ring for ten long years. Maybe it could be Kevin Owens.

He's accomplished so much in so little time, if he wins the match he could cement the greatest first year in WWE history. McMahon says it could be a New Day! The New Day gyrates on stage. McMahon and Stephanie say, "That's not booty!"

Bray Wyatt's video flashes and the lights go out. When they come back on, The Wyatt Family is standing on the commentary table. Wyatt says, "Anyone but you, Roman." McMahon says anyone, including the Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar.

Soon, Roman appears, and asks the three what if he wins, which was met with laughter. Vince says the odds are astronomical, but it could happen. McMahon says he'll get an opportunity to do that in a "one versus all" match, and it'll be Reigns taking on about 2/3rds of everyone on stage.

McMahon says it'll be a long, long night. It could be against anyone, including Dean Ambrose. Vince rules that out because Ambrose is in the first match. Sheamus then attacks Ambrose from behind.

Suddenly...

?: Ah, no.

The crowd pops as they recognized that voice. Vince's eyes went wide as he felt dread. Soon, the titantron cuts to somewhere and we see a familiar face.

The crowd pops even more.

MC: OH MY!

Byron: It's Michael!

JBL: The United States Champion!

Everyone looks up as Michael smirks as he picks up a Spatula. The crowd cheers him as they noticed he grew some facial hair, having a noticeable goatee. He has his hair in a ponytail as he flips a burger. In the background, we hear chatting and laughter with food being given.

Michael: Now... how's it going, main roster? Sure it must be boring with this fresh, new, legend, than the ones in that ring spouting nonsense and blah blah, blah... yeah I feel ya. I have to live in it.

The crowd laughs as the McMahons glared at Michael.

Michael: You might be wondering, where am I? Well... since my time here in NXT is coming to an end, with this week, and the before the Rumble, I figure to give everyone in the roster, they families, and friends, a nice cook out. See?

The camera moves as we see a lot of people waving and mocking at the Authority as most are from the NXT roster. The crowd cheers as the camera moves to see what food they have.

Michael: Now... we go a lot so no one can leave with an empty stomach. We got... the classic... *pulls out a small hot dog* the MR. McMahon size cocktail wiener...

The crowd oohs and laughs while Vince glares in pure anger and embarrassment. Soon, Michael pulls up a Burger Beef shaped of a hot dog.

Michael: And the Bad Prince... extra thick... foot long. *winks and places it on the bun with another and put ketchup and mustard on them and gives it to a guest* And we got Vegan options so no one can be left out.

We see people coming in and getting food. Michael puts the hat and apron down and puts his United States Championship on his shoulder. He walks off as the crowd was cheering and the superstars looked jealous.

Michael: Not only that, I got some legends over here and ones that are going into the Hall of Fame this year. Cameraman, point at the legends section.

The camera moves as well a lot of legends eating, laughing and waving at the camera.

We see Chyna, Vader, Stan Hansen, Michael Hayes, family of Terry Gordy, Buddy Roberts, aka, the Fabulous Freebirds, the family of the Big Boss Man, Snoop Dogg, and Diamond Dallas Page.

Michael: Trust me, this place is in the PG levels of family friendly. *pulls out a shotgun* RIGHT?!

Everyone: *a bit scared* Right!

Michael: *puts the gun away* See? Everyone's having fun. Especially these two.

The crowd let out a huge reaction as everyone was silent in shock. It was AJ Lee and CM Punk, making a appearance in WWE, and Michael does not care. Hunter, Vince, and Stephanie look on with shock as they didn't expect Michael to bring them there.

Michael: Now you see why I made my bridges strong, Gramps? *Michael hugs Punk and AJ*

CM Punk: Don't know how you raised him, but he's great.

AJ nods as the crowd cheers and they leave. Everyone was chanting "Punk and Baddie!" as Michael laughs and Vince, Hunter, and Stephanie were seething in anger.

Michael: Everyone's having fun. Especially these three.

Soon, we see Michael's younger sisters. Vaughn, Aurora, and Murphy. They were wearing masks to hide their faces as they hugged and kissed their older brother. The crowd awwed at this scene as they kept hugging him, showing how much they love him.

Michael: Yes, I am having them wear masks as I don't want you fuckers taking pics of them. *gives the camera a middle finger*

The crowd oohs as they can tell it came straight of anger and protectiveness. Michael is a true older brother. Soon, his sisters ran off to have fun as Michael continues walking.

Michael: Now, onto business a little birdie told me, that last week, you guys have Roman Reigns defend the Championship belt against Sheamus with gramps as the Special Referee. And... you failed, obviously, so...

The crowd laughed.

Michael: Then, I heard that the World Heavyweight Championship title is going to be defended at the Royal Rumble... in the Royal Rumble match. Hmm... pretty cool. One of the better ideas than Natalya farting, Santina, Undertaker losing the Streak, not pushing Daniel Bryan, The Divas Revolution I fixed, by the way, and so one and so forth. Now, what am I getting at, you maybe wondering? Well... I'm going to the Royal Rumble.

The crowd pops as everyone seemed excited and dread, mostly the heels.

Michael: I fought Roman for the Title at Survivor Series after my US Title match with Daniel Bryan. The fact I managed to take on Roman while also collapsing from pain and exhaustion, makes me want to go after the title again.

The crowd cheers loudly as they chanted "YES!".

Michael: So... I am coming back at the Royal Rumble, and will compete in the match. And who knows... maybe you'll see the first ever, youngest, Double Champion in WWE History. But we'll see.

The crowd cheers loudly as they felt Michael deserves a shot.

Michael: But that's on the 24th. For now, we're still speculating. So... I will be back for the Royal Rumble after I'm done with NXT. But, I'm not gonna leave here without a response.

Soon, he makes it to a stage with instruments as the crowd and the people at the event cheers.

Michael: So... you might wonder why this stage has instruments? Well... meet the Bad Crew.

The camera moves to see the individuals that looked like at his age.

Michael: This is my boy, Robert, or Bob. *pulls him* He's shy, but a great drummer.

Bob chuckles as Michael walks over to a girl.

Michael: This is Holly, a killer guitarist, and has her own Channel.

Holly nods as she shreds the guitar, getting a cheer. Michaels moves over to another dude.

Michael: This is Jackson, he plays the Keyboard, and sometimes has a killer voice.

Jackson: You don't have to say that bro.

Michael: Ain't it true? Trust me. You're great.

The crowd laughs as he goes to another guy.

Michael: This is Adrian. He works in Bass with two of his brothers, Jason and Ryder.

The waved as Michael pulled up to the last one.

Michael: And this is Chloe. Some of you may remember I had her name on an armband and JR talking out it. She's my backup singer, and main singer when I'm not available.

Chloe nods with a smile. Soon, Michael stood at the middle and picks up a microphone.

Michael: And we provide the Entertainment. *turns around* If you wanna hear us sing Bad, give me a Hell yeah!

Everyone: Hell yeah!

Michael: Good. But I need some motivation.

Jackson: Come on, everyone. Let's give our boy Mike some motivation. *claps* Bad? *claps* Who's Bad? Uh huh.

Chloe: Come on! Bad. *claps* Who's bad? *Claps*

The crowd on both the even and the arena followed suit. The Superstars were amazed at the kind of energy this is showing for a segment. Michael was looking at them nodding as he does some dancing to get the mood.

Soon...

Michael: Hit it! AEOW!

The crowd pops as Michael sang Bad as dance around and engage with the guests.

Michael: See you at the Rumble. A little warning: I might come sooner. *winks and continues sings* Because I'm Bad! I'm bad! You know it!

The camera cuts but the song plays and the crowd sings along. The McMahons and Triple H were upset that even from far away, Michael ruined their fun. Roman was laughing as everyone was enjoying this.

The One Vs. All Match begins as Roman takes on nearly half the roster as he tries to fight them all one by all. However, McMahon decides that "Screw it" as he sends the others at Roman. They beat the living shit out of Roman as Triple H, Vince, and Stephanie look with pure enjoyment.

Soon the heels began lifting Roman up so Sheamus can hit the Brogue Kick. It does not look good for Roman. Until...

The titantron cuts to the cookout, with the Bad Crew still on the stage. However, Michael wasn't there for some reason. Chloe gave a serious face as she spoke.

Chloe: Hail to the One... Kneel to the Ground... Stand... in the SUUUUUUUUUUUUN!...

The crowd pops as everyone was amazed by her voice. Soon, she took a bottle of Spray Paint and sprays it on the floor. The camera moves down as it shows what she wrote.

the crowd pops as Chloe grabs the Camera and makes it look at her.

Chloe: Hail... to the King...

Soon, the rest of the crew began playing the song as the crowd pops. Everyone was standing confused, wondering what is going on. Soon, the songs proceeds as the crew danced and Chloe sang.

Chloe: Watch your tongue or have it cut from your head

Soon, some moments of Michael's titantron cut into the segment in some moments as Chloe continues.

Then...

The crowd pops even louder as Michael appears, jumping from the stage with no one knowing he was here.

Chloe: Hail to the King
Hail to the One
Kneel to the crown
Stand in the sun
Hail to the King

The Authority, the Heels, and the crowd were in disbelief Michael is here, because he should've been in Florida, not in Louisiana.

Michael also looked amazing. His hair is more longer and sleek, his muscles are more defined, and he stood there proudly with his United States Championship on his waist.

Michael unhooks his Championship belt and ran down to the ring. He was so fast, his family couldn't stop him or even see him running.

Michael slides into the ring, and began cleaning house on the heels. He didn't even removed his Jacket as he hits a Double Clothesline on Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. Big E tries to attack but Michael counters, and Big E goes to Spinebuster Central.

The crowd pops as Michael and Kevin Owens traded blows. Michael rakes his eyes and pushes him away. Michael measures him, kicks Owens in the gut, and hits a Stunner on the Prize Fighter.

Michael soon traded blows with Alberto Del Rio, then knocks him down with a Back Elbow. He then gets attack by Sheamus, who nails in the back. But Michael counters with an Uppercut, then hits a Sweet Chin Music.

Michael ducks under an Enziguri from Del Rio. He then spins him around, grabs him, and deadlifts him into a Powerbomb.

Michael then grabs Sheamus, kicks him in the gut, hooks him up and hits Dynasty.

Michael gets up as he looks at the crowd. Everyone knew he changed. he took out a lot Wrestlers with no struggle at all. He then stares at his family and points at them, as they were too shocked to see him here.

This was a new and aggressive Michael, looks similar, bur fierce and ruthless, like he era he debuted in.

Soon, Michael looks down and sees Roman getting up. The crowd felt a bit uneasy seeing him stare at Reigns like that. Soon, he crouched down and the crowd got up, thinking he was going to attack Roman. But then he helps him up as the crowd cheers.

Roman thanks him for coming and saving him. Michael nods, until...

The crowd pops as Brock Lesnar comes out with Paul Heyman by his side. Soon, they make their way to the ring as Michael and Roman look at him. Soon, Brock enters the ring as Roman grabs his World Heavyweight Championship as Brock looks at him and the Championship.

Roman looks at him and holds the Title up. Brock looks at it, but the crowd shock, Michael is looking at it as well. As if he too is looking forward to compete for the title.

Soon, Brock snatches the belt and holds the Championship up, telling Roman he's coming for it at the Royal Rumble.

Suddenly, Michael snatches the Title from Brock, getting a huge shock from the crowd. Brock and Roman look at him in shock as Michael looks at the title. They didn't think he was this bold to do it to Brock in front of Roman.

Soon, he lifts both the World Heavyweight Championship and United States Championship Belts up, sending a clearer message.

The crowd pops as they chanted "Yes!" as they wanted this. Michael winning the Rumble and becoming a Double Champion. Roman and Brock stare at him in disbelief as The Authority and Heyman look on in stunned silence.

The show ends with Michael holding the WHC and US Title Belts up as he stares at Roman and Brock, sending a clear message what he's planning after the Rumble.

*later*

Joe: Dude, how did you get here so fast?

Michael: I was here. I just disguised well to not spoil the surprise.

Glenn: Damn. I always knew you're cheeky, but this is next level.

Jimmy: Indeed. So you're going back to Florida?

Michael: Yep.

Ashley: Are you sure, Mike? I don't want you having fatigue in each flight.

Michael: No problem, Ash. I can handle it. Plus, after these weeks, I'll be back in the roster.

Mercedes: Okay, Mike. Just be careful.

Michael nods, grabs his bag, and leaves for the Hotel. Everyone watches him leave as they sighed.

Joe: He's really something, huh?

Rebecca: Yeah. I remember back in 2005, he always prepares for something. Even as a kid, he was smart.

Jey: Yeah. Ever since he came back, he's rising up a lot. People loved him and it's hard not to since he also does charities and events to raise funds for treatments and surgery.

Ashley: But... I have a question. Where's he getting all that money? It can't be from his time here or his parents giving him an allowance.

Paul (Big Show): That... is a great question. I know he saves money, and the others were from the time he got the money in the Bounty. But, yeah. I doesn't make how he got the money.

Everyone looked at each other. They never questioned how Michael's able to do these events, charities, and other stuff, but now they do.

If only they knew what he's doing outside the world knowing.

Michael is seen at his hotel as he gets a Call from someone.

Michael: Hey... this is Michael McMahon. Is there a show available for for the National Wrestling Alliance to signing?... Debuting in June... Smocky Mountain? And October, I will get a shot at the NWA World Championship?... Good. Thank you.

Michael ends the call and sighs.

Michael: Just be patient, Michael. You got this. Soon, you'll be NWA World Champion at the end of this Year.
