It's over. It was all over. All the little angels' dreams were gone. The dream to help people around the world has died. Along with their soul. All they ever wanted was to help people to not give up their lives for stupidity. But, it didn't work. In the end, the cherubs did kill a human being. And they had paid the ultimate price.

They are never allowed to enter heaven again.

Keenie couldn't stop crying that night, her tears flooding the entire streets of the human world. Collin was trying to comfort her but he was crying his own tears. As for Cletus, he couldn't say a word. He didn't know what to think of all of this. He didn't know if he was an angel anymore. Did he even deserve to exist?

As the days gone by the Cherubs decided to settle in a little town in Colorado. They were completely unseen so no one noticed weird angels flying around the state. Keenie's stomach began to growl. "That's strange. My tummy hurts and I don't know why." she said as Collin pressed his ear on her belly. The growl started again as his stomach growled in returned. "Keenie, I think we're hungry." he said as Keenie looked at him with confusion. "Hungry? I've never been hungry before." The two of them looked at their ring leader, Cletus who's expression hadn't changed from the previous events. "That's means we need to eat." he explained as Collin and Keenie's mouthed formed an 'o' shape. "So, what do we eat?" Collin asked as Cletus looked around the street. He noticed a fruit stand near them that had some apples, oranges, pineapples, and all the other fruits of the world. "Over here. You can eat that."

"But we don't have any money." At that moment, Keenie's stomach began to growl again. At this point, she was hugging herself, trying to get rid of the ache in her tummy. Cletus looked at the stand again and realize that it was about to close. When the clerk put the close sign up and walked back inside a store, the Cletus rushed in and started to pick out his own fruit. Keenie gasped and Collin glared at his friend. "Cletus, what are you doing?" he shouted as Cletus glared at him back. "Providing for you." he replied filling his pockets with juicy apples and pineapples.

Once Cletus was satisfied with his share of food, he was about to hop down from the cart when the clerk man appeared. He gasped and shouted while pointing at Cletus. "What the?! What happened to my fruit?!" It took a moment for Cletus to realize that the man wasn't point at him but at the fruit. Cletus was invisible to him. He assumed that the fruit was flying on it's own.

Cletus blushed even thought he couldn't see him and turned to his friends who were just as shocked as he was. "RUN!" he yelled as he and his friends began to fly away. The man shouted angrily while trying to chase his flying fruit but once they all got too high, he gave up and grumbled under his breath.

Once the cherubs were in the clear, they all went into a safe alley with their fruit. Collin slapped the fruit out of his arms. "What were you thinking?! That was illegal. Do you know what you could've done to us if he did see you?" Collin argued as Cletus fired back. "I had too. I was hungry!" As the boys shouted and yelled at each other, Keenie looked at all of the fruit Cletus had gathered. The fruit was colorful and round. She had never seen such beautiful things before. She had to get a taste. Just one bite. She knew it was wrong to steal but just one bite will do. Just one.

Keenie grabbed a whole apple and bit into it. It was delicious. The red color on the outside. The juicy content on the inside. The way it felt on her teeth as the juice absorbed it's flavor into her jawline. Her tongue, waving around in her mouth trying to grab every angle as to where the flavor had gone to. And as the food made it's way down her esophagus, she couldn't wait to try some more.

So she ate it. She took bite after bite after bite. She just couldn't wait for anyone to tell her no. She had to have it all. All of it was hers. Everything was hers. Before she knew it, the apple was gone and all that remained was the core. Keenie threw the core aside and looked at the boys that continued to argue. She was about to say something but instead of words coming out, a loud noise escape instead. It shocked both Cletus and Collin, heck it shocked her herself.

Keenie blushed as Collin walked over to her. "Did you just...burp?" he asked as Keenie blushed a bit. "I...think so." she said as Cletus began to taken a bite out of an apple. His eyes lit up with interest as he continued to eat the apple. Collin gasped and snatched the apple away from him. "Cletus, what are you doing?" Collin said as Cletus snatched the apple back and taking another bite. Collin groaned and looked at another apple that was on the ground. Collin picked it up and eyed the apple suspiciously. "What's even in this apple that you like anyway?" Cletus was munched on a part of the apple he was eating so he only shrugged. Collin looked at his own apple and took a tiny bite out of it.

After a while, both of the angels finished their apples and only the core remained. Their bellies were full of other fruit but it was enough to fill them up anyway. The three of them decided that it would be best if they all went to sleep sense they were so tired and the sun is about to go down. So the cherubs settled themselves near a trashcan and snuggled up together on the ground only using a trash bag as a blanket.

Little did they know that this would be their last days as angels and the only thing that remained in their hearts were stone cold sins.
