Probably not, lemme explain...
I know a lot of Jews were tortured and died because of his rule but for me I would never kill someone no matter how horrible. But during this time it demonstrated how power can be abused and his dictatorship by using fear. It kind of teaches us a lesson about power by fear as opposed to influence.
Plus you have to accept what's in the past.
