DMs may go over these rules with their party (feel free to summarize) or answer player's questions regarding these things as they come up.

1.) Better gear/weapons can only be found throughout the mansion, players cannot spawn automatically with better gear

2.) Only one set of armor is allowed to be worn at a time, a player can't wear two they must switch it out. This goes for shields as well.

3.) Players are allowed to carry one larger weapon (greataxe, greatsword, longbow, warhammer, lucerne hammer, heavy flail) and two smaller weapons (shortswords, longswords, axes, daggers, hammers). Otherwise they must switch out equipment.

3.) Legendary weapons can only be found once. If you roll a number that is a legendary weapon roll again or choose another weapon to grant.

5.) Players can carry up to five potions

6.) Doors leading outside are locked- no escaping!

7.) Players cannot be above level five

8.) If a player dies instead of saving throws they must be revived- two or more players must take a single turn in order to heal the downed party member (revived party members have 15 hit points restored and must healing to restore full health).

9.) If players aren't revived by the end of the wave and die they come back as a super zombie and fight against the party

10.) You must work with the party, not against them unless you are a Super Zombie

11.) Have fun with this please!! Make sure everyone feels included and apart of the group!
