Timebomb's feet hurt as he trudged through the wasteland occasionally looking back at where he and Sarah had come from. His mind plagued with worry as he turned back to the dark path in front of him. Jolting slightly at a hand coming in contact with his shoulder suddenly timebomb looked to the side to see Sarah looking at him with a serious face.

"She's fine where ever that thing took it it could of been far from base come on" Sarah looked at him with a nod as they finally made it back 'home'. Timebomb sighed he knew he shouldn't be worried Cywren was tough and she could survive by her self but all the same he couldn't help but feel worried. He had been with her since the beginning he owed her his life since the day she had saved him from near death in his old home town and now when she had needed him most he couldn't help her. He felt helpless, the most helplesss he's ever felt in his entire life and it made him sick to his stomach. Timebomb was brought out of his though as Sarah opened the door to their home seeing quasar fast asleep on the bed Cywren normally slept on and copper wide away reading one of cywrens books with the most bored face timebomb had ever seen. At the sound of the door opening copper looked up lazily a toothy smile quickly replacing his features as he saw it was timebomb and Sarah.

"Ah friends!" Copper laughed gruffly " did you get supplies?" Sarah and timebomb shared look with each other as copper stood up looming over them as his head nearly brushed against the ceiling.

"Well you see" timebomb started nervously watching as coppers eyebrows(or what was left of them) folded down.

"That stupid time machine Cywren insists on using took her away we don't know where she is." Sarah finished for timebomb as copper looked behind them to see no sign of his ginger haired friend.

"You're saying the one person I tolerate is gone?!" Copper bellowed waking quasar up with a startle causing a small whimper to escape his lips as his ears folded down over his head as his do eyes gazed up at copper.

"Yes." Sarah gazed at copper unflinching from his tone as timebomb clinched his teeth from the sudden anger that escaped the super mutants mouth. "We will find her. That's a promise but until we do I'm in charge." Sarah stated a matter of factly to every one causing timebomb's eyebrows to furrow down as he looked at Sarah.

"Why are you in charge?" He questioned wanting to run away as copper and Sarah both send dagger like glares his way the tension so thick that not even a knife could cut through it.

"Because unlike puke yellow over there I have an actually military background and I am more capable of leading this band of misfits than you or quasar" Sarah's harsh tone caused timebomb to regret even asking the question. Copper how ever hardened his gazed towards the woman anger clearly written in his eyes as his muscles tensed.

"What did you just call me?!" Sarah looked back at copper with a stone stare shaking her head and walking in to the house fully with timebomb closing the door behind her grinding her teeth.

"It doesn't matter what I called you copper. This arguing isn't getting us any where." Sarah finally said after a long pause between every one. As if he agreed quasar barked in response after Sarah had said that hopping down from his place in cywrens bed to where Sarah stood sitting by her feet and looking up at her expectingly. Timebomb lowered his head feeling his eyes glaze over with tears as he nodded mutely before he finally was able to speak.

"Sarah's right Cywren wouldn't want us all arguing" timebomb muttered quietly feeling as if the world was on his shoulders. Copper gazed heavily between Sarah and timebomb before he made his decision if sitting down.

"Fine." Copper muttered unhappily as he crossed his heavily built arms in annoyance. Sarah sighed in relief happy to see that she had made her mark as the current leader of the band of misfits.

"First things first we need supplies" Sarah started looking between copper and timebomb.
"As soon as we have those we will be able to search for Cywren" she finally finished in one long breath. Timebomb and copper both shared a look before nodding silently to Sarah's suggestion.
"Good. Now get some rest we've got a long day ahead tomorrow" Sarah nodded to them both before disappearing to her bed leaving timebomb and copper alone with quasar. Timebomb couldn't stand the way copper looked at him so he decided to leave get ready for bed leaving copper alone with quasar. The whole time as timebomb was getting ready for bed he couldn't help but feel as if he was the cause of something horrible. Every time he looked at him self in the mirror that night he felt sick to his stomach like he had killed his best friend. Laying in the dark listening to nothing but the sound of coppers heavy snoring and Sarah's slight turning on her bed timebomb looking up at the ceiling cywrens laugh echoing in his head as he felt his eyes droop. He has to save her he knows he has to but deep down he couldn't help but feel helpless. Timebomb felt his eyelids become heavier and heavier till finally sleep found its way to him.

' timebomb found him self in his old village the poor people of the down wearing tattered baggy clothing as they tried to set up for an incoming attack from the super mutants. Timebomb watched like a ghosts as people pasted right through him in a desperate attempt to help save there town. Timebomb turned slowly to see Cywren behind him her eyes covered by her hair which casted a dark shadow over where her eyes would of been looking at him a dead expression on her face as she stared at him wordlessly.

"Cywren?" Timebomb nearly yelled out her name as he felt warm tears fall down his face. Was it really her? Was she really standing before him? Why wasn't she saying anything? Timebomb had wondered as he looked at her. She only looked at him before she held her hand out to him.

"Timebomb" her voice was airy and flowing like wind through his ears as he saw her hand infront of him her eyes now shown as she smiled softly offering her hand to him to except. Timebomb felt him self smile it was like the time she had asked him to join her on her quest to find her father. Slowly extending his hand out timebomb's fingers brushed her own before a shroud of darkness took hold of Cywren sending her out of his reach. Timebomb reached for her as she called out his name in desperation. "Timebomb!" She screamed as she struggled against the darkness that was consuming her.

"Cywren!" Timebomb gasped as if he was choking his arm reaching out to her as he ran towards her in a rush her whole body being consumed by the rising darkness.

"Timebomb!" Cywren screamed one last time before her face was covered her hand still reaching out for time bomb their fingers brushing slightly before timebomb was jerked away from her.

"No!" Timebomb screamed the scene around him fading to black'
Timebomb sat up quickly feeling sweat bead down his forehead.

"It was just a dream" he mumbled finally once he saw Sarah sleeping in her bed and heard coppers heavy snores. Looking to his left timebomb looked out the window seeing the sun rising casting its golden glow over his bed. Sighing timebomb laid slowly back down his eyes glued to the wall as he laid in silence. 'I'll save you cywren' timebomb thought clutching his tattered blanket causing it to crease under his grip.
