2 weeks since the entrance ceremony;

In class :

Nagisa : Thanks for helping me do the student council work Mihu.

Mihu : No problem, that's what friends are for......
Nagisa, ...

Nagisa : Yes?

Mihu : Why did you become the student council president?
Nagisa : Well... It's kind of complicated. I'm the oldest among my nine siblings.....

Mihu : That's a LOT of siblings.
Nagisa : Yeah. As the first born, I have to be the strongest and better than everyone. That's why my father told me to apply for this post. Lucky me I got elected.
Mihu : You don't want to be the president right?

Nagisa : That's not it actually. I love it! I love it when people rely on you. I just don't wanna be busy. And look, now you have to stay late after school just for me.

Mihu : It's fine. ..... Life is very difficult isn't it? All the students here have someone that they want to protect. I sometimes get tired of this.

Nagisa : Yeah but one should never give up!

Mihu : You are right.
Nagisa : You must hate vampires a lot right?
Mihu : Of course I do!.... don't you?

Nagisa: Not all of them... don't get me wrong. It's just that little children have nothing to do with this war.

Mihu: I suppose..... actually anyone who wants peace has nothing to do with it but I can never trust a vampire...I can't do the same mistake as my father....

Nagisa: *Yawn* I'm tired, lets do the rest tomorrow.

Mihu: Okay but lets clean this stuff up first.

Nagisa: Okay..

They just start picking up the papers when Nagisa's phone rings.

Nagisa: Good afternoon Father......... I'm at school.... Now?!...... I'm busy.... No..... Yes....Yes.... Him?.... Fine.... Yes I'll be right there. Good bye.

Mihu: What's wrong?

Nagisa: I'm soooo sorry Mihu, Something came up. I have to go now.

Mihu: Don't worry at all. I'll do this myself.

Nagisa: Really? Thanks a bunch! I owe you one , BYE!

Mihu: Bye! Take care!

Mihu silently and steadily tidies everything up . It's been an hour since the school ended. She silently walks through the empty hall ways but stops when she hears someone talking at some distance. Naturally she walks towards the voices.

............What's Going on Where the voices are coming from........

Three guys are insulting another guy. Lets consider them Guy 1, Guy 2, Guy 3 and Guy. 

guy 1: Why are you still here?!

guy 2: He must be doing something fishy! That's what they do!

Guy: I was in library, studying. *cold face*

guy 3: As if we'll ever believe that! You sick creature! Do you think lies would do you any good?!

guy: I have no intention of fight so please let me go.

guy 2: Fight? Did you just say fight? HAHAHAHAHA!

guy 1: You can't even lay a finger on us. What are you gonna do? Fight us? Fight! Fight! you little... 

Guy 1 roughly pushes Guy back two to three times.

Mihu: Stop it!

Guy 3: Who the hell are you?

Mihu: I'm Mihu and what you are doing is wrong so stop it!

Guy: You have nothing to do with this so don't try to help me.

Mihu: but this is wrong!

Guy 2: Princess Mihu Wistalia?

Mihu: correct, so go away now!

Guy 1: As if! You are no princess to us. You are just a little brat. Why would we listen to a girl who's not even worth living! Isn't it your fault ? The way we lost Asuka's half. You are worthless! The fairies died because of you being weak!

Mihu: T..That's not true! I was just a child back then! Stop.... saying stuff like that.

Guy 2: Come on, it really was you. You have no right to rule anymore.

Mihu: I..I........

Guy 3: Poor girl....

The boy raises his hand reaching for her but before it could touch her there is sound of someone being punched. Mihu who was looking down raises her head to see one of the three boys laying on floor. It seemed like the boy who was being insulted , punched him.

Guy: Don't you ever dare to touch her!

Guy 2: You have done big mistake Hiro and you'll pay for it!

All three of them run away and for a moment or two both of them stay silent.

Mihu: I.. I'm so sorry for this! and thank you very much!

Hiro: I told you to stay away but you....

Mihu: I can't stand it when people get hurt.... and don't worry, I'm sure they can't do anything.

Hiro: I am actually in big trouble.

Mihu: Why? It is just self defense and I'm surprised you didn't fight them earlier. I mean everyone at school is allowed self defense at least. and I'll be an eye witness so its fine.

Hiro: Everyone BUT me.

Mihu: That's horrible! Why is it like that?

Hiro: Because.......I am a ....... Vampire.

Mihu:........A.... vampire?....

Hiro: You won't help a Vampire now will you? *smirk*

Silently, he walks away leaving Mihu alone deep in thoughts.

Mihu's thoughts: A..vampire. Those who I hate the most. One of them helps me and I'm supposed to pay back? .....I... hate them.... He is one of them..... what is he doing in this school? Why did he help me?.....

Hiro's thoughts: So.... she doesn't remember me after all... and now I'll get expelled because of her.... great...

Asuka's elder (In the castle): So, fate took its turn....The light and darkness have met. Who knows what will happen next.... Will light protect darkness like darkness did? I wonder........
