Personality: Snobby but crazy are the best three words to describe him. He's easily disgusted by other people fighting, but it's okay if it's him fighting someone. He's shrewd. He's also kinda...eccentric, to put it lightly. He'd light a cat on fire and throw it at the enemy just to distract them. He stays in his office all the time, so that's one of the many reasons why Erin pretty much runs the show. (Honestly, I'm surprised he hasn't been assassinated. He doesn't even keep a gun with him in the office.)

(Optional) Background: He became leader after his brother, Richard, died of a "disease". He was picked because he was a family member. The title of leader would have gone to Erin, but she didn't even have a year under her belt as lieutenant at the time and the gang decided she wasn't old enough. Preston decided to let her keep her spot as lieutenant instead of training someone new, which was a relief to her. She couldn't imagine going back.

Since then, nothing much has changed. Mostly because he doesn't do anything to change it. He doesn't try to lead and it might be better that way. Preston has psychotic tendencies (see the personality bit about lighting a cat on fire) that he hides well. He's never been the same since his brother died. Maybe because of what happened leading up to it and what he did.
