Personality: She loves it when things explode and feels personally wronged if they just don't start working in the first place. She's used to hospitals because of experiments gone wrong. She is completely unorganized and irresponsible. It won't take her a million years to find a report, however. She knows her nonexistent system.

Description: Chelsea has had a wheelchair her entire life- well, that she can remember. The accident happened when she was sixteen and left her paralyzed from the waist down with a suspicious memory gap consisting of whatever happened before. However, as a Skystreaker, not being able to walk doesn't really bother her. They designed her chair so the wings become the back of it when she lands. They charge as she moves the chair. As for her memory, her family and friends and coworkers filled her in on what they knew. The lower half of her hair is blue, but she did that herself. Her eyes are blue. She has a mole below her ear. Her hair can be found in a bun while she is in the weapons' lab, but it is down as soon as her shift is over.
