Carly had just woken up after logging out of CyberSpace. She looked around to find Rebecca sitting by her bedside. She looked at Rebecca before smiling. "Thanks." She said. "Thanks for what?" Rebecca asked the CyberHuman.

"I found Axle." She told the scientist. "Wait, if you did then why didn't you give him the codes?"

"He told me to save it for Black Cyber. A suspicion that his Cyberband was keeping everyone in there."

"I don't know what bullshit Axle was trying to pull but he clearly doesn't know anything... hence why he was hired as a guinea pig." Rebecca mumbled the last bit to herself.

"He also said that I had to do it because he figured out that the codes were for one use only."

"About that, I figured that would've been a problem so I came up with a solution." Rebecca told Carly with a smile.

"How do you plan on doing it?" Carly asked before the scientist stuck her hand out. "Easy, just give me your Cyberband and go home, I'll call you back when I'm finished."

The CyberHuman reluctantly took off her Cyberband before giving it to Rebecca. She got up and looked at Axle's unconscious body. She smiled before kissing his forehead. "See ya later Axle... I'll be back to get you out."

She looked around and noticed that it was dusk. She chose to leave the facility and head back home.

"So Axle gave up... He's over me now?" Carly asked Erin. "Yeah, that's what Eddie told me." Erin told her foster sister.

"This is weird, he's been head over heels for me ever since he woke up from his coma, now he's over me."

"That's what you get for constantly rejecting him. He knows your secret and he's still in love with you... was in love with you."

"Whatever. It's not I like him that way or anything. I don't need a guy when I got me."

"Amen sister." Erin said.

I wish I didn't try to lie to myself back then. Carly thought to herself. Once she made it back home she passed out from the mental exhaustion. The only thing she could do now was wait.

"Mommy, come on and play with me." A little girl tried to pull Carly. "Daddy's playing with Carla and he told me to play with you... please play with me."

Carly looked at a man. He looked strikingly similar to Axle. Wait, not similar... that was Axle.

"Okay then, how about we all play together," Carly suggested to the child.

"What the hell?!" Carly looked around. She thought, What the hell was that dream all about?

"I must be losing it." Carly told herself before Erin walked in. "Hey Carly, what's up?" The teen asked.

"Hey Erin, it's nothing." Carly said. "Nothing you say... Okay, did you find Axle yet? It's been three days." Erin said as she got straight to the point.

"Yeah, I wanted to get him out but he refused... He said he needed to take down Black Cyber first."

"That's Axle for ya... he's such a dumbass... also, who's Black Cyber?" Erin shook her head before asking in confusion.

"He's the guy who trapped everyone in CyberSpace and I have a hunch that he's the ass hat that turned me into a CyberHuman."

"That Bernstein guy you and Axle told me about?" Erin asked to which Carly nodded. "What's that guy's deal?"

"He's looking for Axle but nobody's found him yet." Carly answered her foster sister. "What would he want with Axle? ... he's of no value to him anyone."

"I think he's trying to get Axle so he can use him as leverage." Carly explained her theory. "Why?" Erin asked. "Easy, he's so fixated on creating the ultimate CyberHuman so he probably needs the only one in existence... me." She finished explaining.

"That's messed up. You'd think that after failing so miserably four years ago, and to two teenagers no less, he'd scrap the very thought of a second go."

"Guys like Bernstein are hardwired like that. I just hope I can get back in time before Axle pulls a Leeroy Jenkins and gets himself killed."

"Then why are you here?"

"Rebecca told me to take some time off while she makes changes to my Cyberband. I came here to see everyone before I have to go back to CyberSpace."

"Okay then, I'll leave you to it... Oh and Carly?" "Yeah? What is it?"

"Come back with Axle will ya. We're all worried sick about him."

"Yeah, I will."

"Okay Carly, you're good to go. Also I updated your Cyberband. You can now send the code to everyone on your friends list, so make sure that you get every contact of everyone in CyberSpace before leaving. It's still a one time transfer."

"Got it." Carly said before putting on her Cyberband and laying down on the bed next to Axle's. She pressed the log on button before her mind got sucked right back into CyberSpace.
