"Come on Carly, we're gonna be late for school!" A seventeen year old Axle called out as he was waiting for his CyberHuman friend at the front door. "I'm on my way Axle!" Carly yelled out from the kitchen.

She made it to the door before leaving with Axle for school.

"So, you got a date for senior prom?" Carly asked her friend. "*laughing* Don't be ridiculous Carly, why should I go? Nobody would even say yes" Axle said as the same depressed look refused to leave.

"It's supposed to be a special night. It's also the last time you'll get to see anyone from school." Carly said. "Those assholes can burn in hell for all I care. Why should I spend the night with with a bunch of assholes, being the outcast doomed to loneliness while adding to the pain with watching the girl I devoted my heart and soul to go with someone else? What's the point? Tell me that." Axle said as he looked at the CyberHuman.

I wish I knew you were talking about me that time. Rosé sadly thought to herself as she looked at Cobalt, convinced that he was Axle.

She watched as he got up before putting his mask back on. He walked off and she blindly followed him to the meeting room. He pressed a button on his Cyberband.

Within two minutes, everyone arrived and took a seat at the large table. Rosé took a seat herself before she looked at Cobalt-X.

"Okay guys, I know Kobald Light's weakness... It's the same as mine was at the time. I was overconfident and I let my guard down. I hesitated but right now I'm our best bet in getting those codes, but I have a strong feeling that fucker won't honour the deal we made." Cobalt said to his subordinates.

"Well that's clear, but something tells me that you have something else to say." QueenCarlaEvans said.

"As always you know me well." Cobalt said before getting serious. "Look, I've been secretly meeting with the leader of the Avalon group. King Arthur."

"King Arthur? The leader of the group going after Black Cyber?" Carla asked in shock before her boyfriend/leader.

"The very one. Kobald is a side project that we have to get rid of before joining up with Arthur to take on Black Cyber."

He looked at his subordinates and Rosé Shadow. "Let's end this because after we rid CyberSpace of Kobald Light, we will fight for our lives against Black Cyber in order to gain our freedom. This is a life or death mission and if you want to back down and stay alive, now's your chance. Remember that nobody will hold it against you if you do. Some of you have families waiting for you back home. The choice is all yours people."

Cobalt gave his speech and them the choice.

Carla got up before saying, "I'm with you all the way." Clay got up before saying, "I'm in." Ricochet-08 got up too before saying, "Count me in boss."

"Same here Cobalt." Rosé said before getting up.

"Rosé, I have another mission for you. I'm sending you to Arthur. This fight with Kobald doesn't concern you." He said before walking to her and whispering something into her ear.

He left her alone before walking off. " Let's kick some ass!!" He raised his fist high before the others cheered and followed him.
