Deep down in the Neon Mountains walked a user who wore a mask with a long black coat. This was the infamous Cobalt-X.

As he kept moving, and he made sure he was alone because he didn't want any of his men dying in an ambush. He even chose to go in without his weapons. This was a suicide mission but Cobalt had decided to follow through on it, no matter how foolish it may have been.

He stopped before he picked up the presence of eight users around him. "You can all come out, I know you're here." Cobalt said as he was tired of their cowardly hiding. "I came to speak to your leader so if you'd be as kind as to take me to him that would be amazing."

They all stepped into the visible light before grabbing him. They started to drag him down the tunnels to some place with a throne. There was someone big on the throne and this person made Cobalt glare and snarl under the mask.

"Cobalt-X, what are the likes of you doing in my caves?" The large user asked with a deep distorted voice. "I just came to talk Kobald." Cobalt said. As anyone has guessed it, this was a user that was feared among most of the users in CyberSpace... This was...

Kobald Light

"Talk?" He said before he and his minions laughed. "You'll die before get the chance to do so."

"That's the thing... I come here proposing a challenge." Cobalt said smirking under his mask.

"A challenge? And what, pray tell, do you have in mind child?" Kobald asked as Cobalt's words peeked a sudden interest in him. "Yeah... in the colosseum a week from now... We fight to the death. I win, you die and so does your men. You win, I die and same goes for my people."

"Fairly interesting. Something tells me that there is more to this." Kobald said with the obvious interest.

"I know about the codes you're using to hack the Cyberbands. The same ones that will allow someone to escape. They also go to me once you die." Cobalt told his enemy.

"There's the Cobalt-X that I know and loathe." Kobald Light said with much glee. "And what do I get after you die?"

"Easy, you get to loot us for all our Credits and items."

"You're not one to gamble with such high stakes. It's amusing to see how desperate you're becoming to leave this program. Very well, I accept the terms and I accept your challenge Cobalt-X... I will fight you." He said before motioning for his minions to escort Cobalt out.

Once he left, Cobalt met up with his crew that waited outside for him.

"Did he accept?" A user called Ricochet-08 asked. "Yep, Kobald fell for it, hook line and sinker." Cobalt answered his subordinate.

"Looks like the boss has a week to train." Another user called Clay said. "Yeah, besides I need to make sure how to beat Kobald, that suit that was stolen from me is gonna be a big problem in our fight." Cobalt said.

"We'll cross the bridge when we come to it... besides, the sub-commander told us that she met someone of fair interest and she'll meet us back at the base." Ricochet told him.

"Very well, let's move out." Cobalt said before he and his subordinates used their Cyberbands to teleport away.
