Christmas Day extra- 2014
To celebrate Cuts and Cake reaching 2000 votes I wrote an extra chapter. There is a minor crossover with Teacups and Teapots by yumenosakura, but only in the location it takes place in.

Cuts and Cake:
Chapter 18:
When Ciel Phantomhive entered sixth form his aunt decreed that he should get a part time job so he could experience some independence from her and Sebastian. Due to his almost full timetable he got a Saturday job at a teashop.
"Who is that man that sits in your section every week at the same time and orders the same thing?" his supervisor, a blonde named Finny asked.
Ciel put his tray down on the counter and looked around at the relevant table to find Sebastian sitting there with a pile of textbooks in front of him.
"I don't know," Ciel replied casually. He had never told anyone at the teashop that he had a boyfriend, he didn't feel that he knew them well enough to tell them. "Some nerdy A-level student?"
Finny nodded and his voice dropped to a whisper. "I think he likes you..."
The teenager stiffened. "What makes you think that?"
"When you were off sick a couple of weeks ago, he wasn't here and when you returned last week he was here."
Ciel had caught a cold that had spread around his sixth form and had missed work. Sebastian had been absent from the teashop because he had been looking after him.
Ciel shrugged. "That's just a coincidence. I'm going to serve that table over there."
He turned away, hoping it would effectively end the conversation which it didn't.
"He also keeps checking out your behind," the blonde added helpfully.
Ciel muttered a curse under his breath and walked off. Working at the teashop was nowhere as bad as he had feared. Although his supervisor was clumsy and broke too many cups with his strength, he was kind and tolerant. The other employees on his shift were an older man named William T. Spears and a younger one named Ronald Knox.
The Victorian style decor of the teashop was also attractive. The walls were covered with blue damask wallpaper, there were chandeliers and comfy armchairs. He found the name of the teashop, "Black Butler" to be a little strange though. Apparently the owner was originally the CEO of a confectionary business and had decided to expand his business to teashops to revive falling profits.
Ciel still didn't fully enjoy serving people and trying to act friendly and approachable, but the amount of returning regular customers helped as they knew he wasn't fond of socialising and small talk.
The best thing that made having a job bearable was his favourite regular customer. Initially he hadn't wanted Sebastian to visit him out of fear he would get embarrassed or become distracted, but his boyfriend didn't tease him at all and spent most of his time revising. This brought him back to his present problem. Sebastian should have been preparing for his Chemistry Assessed Practical, not checking him out.
He strode over to Sebastian.
"Would you like your usual?" he asked with a tight smile and a glare once he affirmed no one was watching them.
"Yes please," his boyfriend answered.
Ciel took the opportunity to interrogate him.
"Finny thinks that you are interested in me because he caught you checking me out," he hissed as quietly as he could.
"Finnian is more observant than I thought," Sebastian smirked. "Shouldn't you be getting my coffee?"
Ciel cast a dirty look at him and gave the order to Will and tried to avoid eye contact with Finny whilst he waited.
"I think he has the hots for you," the blonde said dreamily. "He always perks up whenever you speak to him."
"I think you are thinking about it too much," the teenager said hastily as he took the coffee from Will to take to Sebastian hoping that he would not speak to him.
His boyfriend smiled at him when he placed the coffee in front of him and Ciel winced and left immediately, predicting exactly what Finny would say next.
"I think I should set you two up," Finny said happily when Ciel returned to the counter. "You two would look good together."
"Finny!"
Ronald who had been busy arranging cupcake on a plate came to Ciel's aid.
"How do you even know that Ciel goes that way? Remember he also gets visits from that blonde girl that likes wearing serious amounts of pink."
"Ah!" Finny baulked momentarily before returning to the attack. "Is she your girlfriend?"
"No, she is my cousin," Ciel replied reluctantly. There really was no escaping Finny.
"Then there is no problem. I'll go get his number for you."
Finny grabbed a napkin and bounded off towards Sebastian's table.
"Wait! I don't want Sebastian's number!" Ciel called after him, not noticing his slipup.
"How do you know his name is Sebastian?" Ronald questioned sharply.
"He told me...?"
"I think you're hiding something," Will said and pushed his glasses up his nose before taking a step forward.
"I think you're right," Ronald agreed as they herded Ciel against the wall. Ciel looked around desperately for an escape and met the amused eyes of his boyfriend.
"Can I have my bill please?" Sebastian requested. "That is, if you three are not too busy."
Ciel pushed past Ronald and Will to give Sebastian the bill. The older teenager behaved like a normal customer until the very end.
"I heard from Finnian that you were interested in me and wanted my number," he said and placed a folded napkin into Ciel's hand.
Ciel opened it to find a phone number which he already knew and a heart. He looked up to see a familiar smirk on Sebastian's face which usually signalled that Sebastian was going to tease him. He was right.
"You know, I don't mind if you were too shy to get my number yourself and had to ask someone else to get it for you."
A vein began to throb in Ciel's head. He could only take so much teasing. If Sebastian added anything else he was going to burst. Sebastian did.
"For future reference, my hobbies are cats and cat related things. I like to pick stray cats off the street and hide them in my wardrobe."
Recently Ciel had found himself having the uncontrollable urge to sneeze continuously whenever he walked past Sebastian's bedroom. Now he had an explanation.
"Why do you do that!? You know I'm allergic to cats!" he griped and remembered where he was once the words left his mouth.
"I told you he was hiding something," Will said in satisfaction. "You two really know each other quite well."
Ciel glared at the source of the problem.
"That's it, I'm locking my bedroom door from now on," he mouthed at him.
Sebastian's eyes widened in alarm and then he shrugged.
"You have already practically told them that we live together. Why not go the whole mile?" he took hold of Ciel's chin and pulled him in for a kiss. "We are dating."
Ciel glanced at his co workers to find that they did not look at all surprised.
"We wondered when you two would admit it," Ronald informed him. "It was Finny that didn't know anything."
Ciel's gaze shifted to Finny who looked very distraught.
"How come I'm the last to know!?"
"You didn't walk into the men's toilets at the right time," Ronald shuddered.
"I thought someone had come in," Sebastian nodded. "So it was you."
Ciel shot his boyfriend a nasty look. "When we get back home, you are going to get rid of those damn stray cats and we are going to have a talk about your behaviour at my workplace."
