"Lines dead" said Gabriel while turning around after he put the phone down. "It's 'cause the power's out" Alex told Gabriel "You know what an EMP is?" Alex asked "Uh, yeah, yeah, yeah that's music white people dance to" Dariush answered him, I rolled my eyes "No dipshit that's EDM. EMP stands for  electromagnetic pulse." I told him. I looked up to see everyone shocked...again... "What just because I have Moolah doesn't mean I'm not smart like my idiotic brother over her." I said flicking Dariush head after I said idiotic. "Like Daniella said EMP stands for electromagnetic pulse. A nuclear explosion in the upper atmosphere can cause one and it knocks out most electronic over really big area." Said Alex.

I leaned against the table and seen Zhenzhen packing some important stuff up just in case. I turned around to help her pack "you need some help?" I asked her, She nodded a yes, I smiled and help her while the others talked.

"Well you guys have food and roof over your heads, you can do alot worst and just staying here and waiting this out" Gabriel told us. "Wait, waiting what out" ask Dariush. Right after he said that we heard a loud ass boom "THAT" I screamed "SHIT! come on, come on, come on." We run out and look up to see what's causing the loud explosion/booms.

We kept running and made back to the lake, we look up to see some ships fighting. "Those are F-22 Raptor air superiority fighters." Said alex of course he knows what those are even for away " What the hell those ships are fighting" Gabriel asked "I've never seen anything like them" said Alex.
We back up as we seen them coming right at us. We turned around to run fast as we can as the ships are coming at us. We ran trying not to get shot.

While the other kept looking back I just kept running not looking back because I know I'm going to fall for not looking forwards. I heard a explosion in the mountain in my right I jumped Because of loud it was. I was kind of getting left behind so I grabbed someones hand and of course it has to be Gabriel. I looked to see him looking back at me so I blushed but I stopped because it wasn't the time to get lovey dovey because we funna die if we don't pay attention.

We kept running and running until one ship as shot in front of us and we flew back. We landed on our backs and rolled backwards. There was a loud ringing in my ears and couldn't hear a thing. We scrunched up my face as pieces of dirt kept hitting our faces. We got up and looked up and side to side  to see ships all above us. Zhenzhen turned around and looked up I followed her actions and looked up also and saw something coming down right at us. Zhenzhen and I touch one of the boys shoulders to look up also. They looked up and looked at it while me here being the smart one I ran away from the thing that's going down at us and after a while the others ran right behind me.

From them being late from running they fell on the ground again. I turned around to see them on the ground so I ran back to them to help them but they was already going up. "What is that!?" Ask Dariush "it's a dragon capsule" me and Alex said at the same time. We look at each other and ran to the capsule with the others " how do you know all this stuff" Gabriel ask exactly to Alex "There's a reason my mom sent me to outdoor camp." Alex answered to him.

"Oh, God that thing is huge" said Dariush Ha that's what she said I said in my head. Gabriel went forwards to touch the capsule "No!" "No, don't touch it!" Me and Alex said at the same time to Gabriel but he touch it anyways "Oh shi.. ah" "You dumbass it's still hot  from re-entry" I told him while rolling my eyes "Does anyone have any water" ask Dariush "Finally something smart come out of your mouth" I said while Zhenzhen pass him the water "Thanks" he drinks the water while we just look at him like are you serious.

"Are you fucking serious" I said while searching the bottle away from him and splashing the water to the door that's still hot "Here you are boo" I said while cooling of Gabriel hand. "You're not gonna to open that thing, are you?" Ask Dariush "there could be someone inside" Gabriel told him "No, no leave it be. All right?" Dariush said while walking straight to the capsule "We don't know what this shit is" he said while touching something black and slimy. "Ew dude don't touch that" I said to Dariush. He sniffs it - of course - "Ew" he says as he wipes off on his sneakers. "This is animal kingdom out here, bitches. Alright, survival of the fit-" He gets cut off by the door opening and hitting him to sending him flying down to the floor.

"HA" I laughed and turn to look inside inside this huge capsule. "...Hello" I said "is..is anybody in here" Gabriel said after me. We kept walking to make your if anyone was inside until a hand pops up scaring everyone. We then run towards the lady who groaning in pain. We help her out of the capsule "I thought space was supposed to make you weightless?" Said Dariush "we're not in space, dude" Gabriel said to Dariush while I rolled my eyes because of how stupid my brother is. We dropped her down the floor but not softly.... Well.. I tried to but the rest just literally dropped her. "Are you ok?" I asked her. I made a straight face and face palmed myself because of how stupid was I to ask her that when she literally is moaning (a/n: I cringed I don't like that word at all) and groaning of pain. "Where am I" the woman managed to get out "You're at rim of the world adventure camp near big bear" said Alex "this is a camp?" The lady ask him "y-yea" "Yea I mean I was disappointed too but-" Dariush was cut off my me hitting shoulders and rolled my eyes and focused back on the lady who was laying on the ground I need to stopped rolling my eyes Jesus I thought.

"Coordinates are all wrong... Pasadena.. dr. Fielding" the lady said slowly. "I-I-I- I'm sorry but we're not near Pasadena right now" said Dariush
"JPL!" She screamed "JPL.. the jet propulsion laboratory is part of NASA" said Alex of course he is the smart one after all "T-try not moving so much, okay?" Gabriel said calmly to the women but she was looking back so slowly turned around to see the black slimy thing forming into something "oh my jesus fuck" I said in a whisper "The key. Take it to JPL, Dr. Fielding. It has everything on it. Excalibur, everything" she said taking off the weird looking key giving to to Alex while pulling him close to her "oh guys we better" I said a little loud "GO!"

"You're gonna die of we leave you here" Gabriel said to the lady "ok Gabriel, baby boy, that's all cute that you care about her and all but it's not the time no offense - i said to the lady she nodded as a no meaning non taking -. Ok she in pain she also can't move only her arms and head so please let's go" I said in one breath and very fast while tugging on his shirt "She's right just go well all die if you don't" said the lady "GO!"
