Chapter 11

##### Memory 2 #####

Part 6 :

Professor Snape saw how Harry walked to Myrtle's bathroom where the lonely ghost resided, his Emerald Green eyes filled with determination to help his bushy haired friend and the other Hogwarts students, even if he had to do this all by himself.

Harry had reached the third floor girl's bathroom and nicely asked Myrtle if she had seen something fifty years before.

The ghost said she hadn't seen who had opened The Chamber Of Secrets but knew that she had heared someone hissing, but that was not fifty years ago. She had heared it but a few days ago and it distinctly sounded female. So Harry naturally concluded that you have to be a parcel mouth to open the Chambers.

He hissed many words that he could think of but none opened the door and finally he said the only word he had not tried, with the word 'open' hissed, the door opened.

The boy with out a second thought jumped into the opening, you could see no fear or hesitation in his green eyes.

Once again Professor Snape had to wonder what was wrong with this boy, no one in their right mind would jump into a dark opening with no light and alone at that, he shook his head and released a heavy sigh. He thought nothing this boy did could surprise him any more, oh, how wrong was he not?

The boy landed on the ground unharmed where he found a long Basilisk skin that was on the ground. He shrugged his skinny shoulders and went on it was a bit dark. He could use a spell he learned or try to ask for light in parcel mouth, he wondered for a bit and then decided, he would use parcel mouth.

He hissed the word 'light' and torches lit themselves. Now that he could see he went forward and saw a big statue of Salazar Slytherin himself.

Now the boy had a new problem, how does he open the door? He knows that it is going to be parcel mouth but he didn't know what words to use.

First he tried hissing 'open' but it didn't work, then he saw that there was words written on a golden plate near the statue's bottom.

He walked closer and saw the words that was written on the plate.

*****

The Plate said that to open up the doorway you had to hiss this precise words to the statue : I AM HEIR TO ONE OF THE FOUR FOUNDERS. I AM HEIR TO SLYTHERIN. OPEN.

*****

He hissed the words, but the door didn't open, no, instead a big Basilisk slid out of the statue's mouth. The boy's first thought was that it was very beautiful and his second thought was if it was a female or male.

* Are you my masssster??? * The snake hissed at Harry.

*I am not ssssure that I am,* he answered. Then the questions came to the fore front. * What issss your name and are you female or a male?* he questioned it curiously.

*I am a female, hatchling and masssster named me Aurora.*

* You are beautiful, Aurora, may you please open thissss door for me? And wassss it you that petrified the Muggle sstudentssss? * He asked Aurora.

* Yessss, young hatchling, I can open the door and it wassss indeed me that petrified thosssse sstudentssss, but I have no choice but to obey my misssstressss orderssss.* She hissed sadly.

* I will help you, Aurora. Jusssst tell me how to help you. * He hissed.

* You are jusssst assss kind as young masssster Tom, hatchling. You just have to become my knew masssster.* She hissed gladly.

The boy thought it through for a moment and then hissed that he would try.

Professor Snape was surprised at what he was seeing in this memory, he could always understand parcel because he had taught himself so that he could protect himself if any harm would befall him, but he still couldn't speak it. He would have thought that the boy would kill the Basilisk because it was evil and not have a nice conversation with her.

It looked like he didn't know the boy as well as he thought. All though the boy wanted nothing to do with the Weasleys, he still went to save the girl. Severus wondered if the boy was under a potion or spell that was making him do things he never wanted to do.
