"Are you going out?" Haasa questioned as she leaned against the door to my room, watching me apply the lightest shade of lipstick I could find.
"Yes, a date of some sort"
"Oh my God!" She squealed, taking quick steps until she stood beside me, "and this is what you're wearing?"
"Umm- yeah?" I made a face, looking down at my dark blue jeans and a random white shirt.
"I think a dress would be more appropriate.." She trailed off.
"I haven't shaven my legs" I chuckled before putting the lipstick away, running my fingers through my hair and taking a once over to make sure I looked presentable enough.
"Maybe you should? It only takes like twenty minutes max!" She tried to motivate me but I only shook my head in disagreement.
"Not worth the effort"

Sitting on the couch in the living room, i pulled my phone out only to realize I didn't have Taehyung's number. How would he even reach me? He didn't know where I lived either. What a waste.
I almost considered calling the station and requesting someone to fetch the boy's number for me, but then again, was he worth all the effort?
I let my eyes close shut before leaning back against the soft cushions. It hadn't even been five minutes and I heard someone knock at the front door.
Standing quickly, I fixed the hair on the back of my head and tugged down the hem of my shirt before marching towards the door.
"Hey!" It was a casual greeting from my end, which Taehyung returned with an excited "HEY!".
"I'm leaving Haasa!" I yelled out to her before grabbing my clutch and closing the door shut behind me.
"How'd you know where I lived?" I raised a brow as we walked towards Taehyung's car.
"You're the commissioner's daughter. Not very hard to find you in a small city like this one" he smirked.
And how did he know whose daughter I was? That was a question I put on hold.
Sitting comfortably in the passengers seat, I glanced over at Taehyung as he turned the ignition on. A dark blue polo shirt paired with milk white classic jeans (not to mention a contrast to mine), a nice ass watch which seemed to be a Rolex by the looks of it and to top it all off, leather jet black shoes which hugged his feet perfectly.
"Checking me out?"
That snapped me out of my trace. "Uh-yeah. You look nice" I admitted.
"Thank you" he grinned sheepishly, scratching the back of his neck. That's when I noticed the little boy in him. All I'd seen was a cocky and smug man, but this was a child with a rectangular grin who gets shy when you compliment him.
Smiling, I looked ahead at the road, "where are we going?"
" Where do you want to go?" He raised a brow.
"I thought you had this planned.." I narrowed my eyes at him.
"Nah, you decide!" he grinned.
"I don't know.." I looked away, giving it a thought.
"Shopping? " he suggested.
"No, Tae"
" Dinner?"
"Too mainstream"
"Amusement park?"
"That's the most childish thing ever!" I stated.
A small pout formed on his lips, thinking further, but I spoke again, "Let's do it!".
He smirked slightly, "Alright!"
It wasn't a long ride, considering the fact that we were in his shiny red super fast car. Once we got down, Taehyung led me though the main entrance of the park.
I couldn't help but grin at the sight. It was as if I'd gotten my childhood back for just one day.
"Tickets?" I turned to Tae and just then, I noticed a man in black suit walk by us, only to hand Taehyung two tickets.
The boy turned to me with a wide grin, "here they are!".
'Oh these rich influential kids never fail to impress', I thought, giving him a quick nod of acknowledgement. Today was going to be fun.
And it was.
The day wasn't smooth, considering how rough the roller coaster was and how I almost blanked out for a few minutes and the Columbus of course, had me screaming out loud and grasping Taehyung's hand for life. The giant wheel, even though mainstream, came third on the list and we chose a couple seater instead of a four seater , not wanting to deal with two more people sitting in front of us eating each other's faces off.
Once we were out of that, the next thing to do was watch the magic show which would start in the next twenty minutes.
"Taehyung-ah" I exhaled, plopping down on one of stone settees. The boy on the other hand was as energetic as ever.
"Yeah?" He answered with a grin. Oh he sure was enjoying the day.
"I'm hungry and thirsty and-" I paused to lean back against the back rest, "tired".
His expression changed to that of concern in a matter of seconds and before I knew it, I had him scoop me up bridal style and I couldn't help but thrash around, "What the hell, Kim Taehyung!!?"
"Shushh.."
"Boy, you put me down right now!"
"Nah, you're too tired to walk"
" I'm not tired!" I tried my best not to be loud any longer as we were already getting all the unnecessary attention; people were smiling at us and kids pointing at the way Taehyung was carrying a fully grown girl, "I mean, I'm tired but I can walk"
"Nothing doing. Let me take care of you" he winked down at me and I sighed before facing his chest in an attempt to hide my face from the crowd that found his antics adorable for some reason, while Taehyung had his chin up high as he took long steps, walking proudly as if carrying his date on the very first date was normal.
"You can put me down now" I muttered against his chest and thankfully, he did so, as soon as he stepped into a restaurant branch within the park.
Quickly leading me in, we sat down at one of the four seaters as all the couple blocks were reserved.
"Okay" I grinned, feeling at home and comfortable once the aroma of cooked food flooded my nostrils, "what're we eating?" I passed a menu to Taehyung and grabbed one for myself.
"Whatever suits your appetite princess" he smirked, making me quirk a brow.
"Princess huh?"
"You don't like it?" He casually flipped through the pages.
"I'd be lying if I said no, but-" I looked up to meet his eyes, "I don't like flirting with a child like you".
"Arh" he sighed, the smirk on his face getting deeper and wider.
"Apply some cold water to that burn" I chuckled, looking around for a waiter.
Taehyung was elder to me, I've known it since the day I first arrested him. It's all in his file, but something about roasting him seemed to give me a different kind of satisfaction.
"Aren't you going to redeem yourself?" I asked after we placed the order.
"There's still time for that" he spoke with a voice deeper than his usual one, gulping down some water that was placed on the table in between us, "I prefer actions more than words".
