I woke up and was shocked at first. Both my mates were cuddling in sleep and I was somehow sandwiched between them. I didn't take them to be cuddlers. Although I must say it feels good, having contact with both my mates. I blinked and when my eyes opened again both my mates were looking at me. Nate(Nathaniel) was gently grooming my hair and Gabriel well he began to nuzzle my neck. Shocks, tingles, electricity jolts whatever you call them, began to spread across my body, every touch from my furry mates awakened something I never knew was possible.

I patted them both on their heads and kissed their snouts before a sat up straight. Wincing a little due to the purple bruise on my rib cage from my ex alpha who kicked me till I passed out, I sat up. Both my mates stared at me whimpering. Nate used his claw to write
'You hurt?'

I nodded and lifted my shirt a little. I knew hiding things from these two would complicate things so I vowed not to hide a thing. Both of them glared at the bruise before letting out a vicious growl which made me whimper. Alphas thats what the power meant. I was a simple wolf not even an omega, the growl forced me to submit to them. The boys looked at me apologetically before gently nudging me to look at the new note they had written
'What happened?'

I signed. I needed to tell them.

"My former pack abused me a lot. They thought I was weak. They knew I could not shift so they treated me like dirt. My parents never knew but a few days ago they were killed in an attack. That day my ex alpha kicked me on the ribs and then slapped me. They tied me to a pole and left me shivering in the cold. People would throw whatever they had at me. I somehow weakened the bonds and escaped. That was the day you guys found me" I said and they whimpered.

'Mate not weak. Mate strong' Gabriel wrote and Nate nodded in confirmation. I smiled.

"We need to. Find a proper place to stay now... We can't live in a cave like cave men" I said and they nodded.

"My mother owned a small mansion to the South of this forest... The place where the river meets the falls. If we make it there we can stay there. " I said and they nodded.

We stood up and my boys turned around whole in squatted behind a bush and did my business. I used some leaves and whipped my butt before I pulled my pants up and emerged from the bushes.

"Let's go" I said and they nodded. We found some dragon fruit which I ate while my latest ate some deer which they hunted.

After walking for a while I became tired.

"Can we sit for a while. I'm tired. My legs feel like jello" I said and they nodded. We sat next to a stream the boys drank. some water while I just sat watching. I noticed that Gabriel was a little playful while Nate he always looked frightened. What frightened my mate so much? I'll kill that person who hurt him.

I watched as Gabriel chased a butterfly. He never noticed that I was in the path because he chased the butterfly and crashed into me toppling me over.

"Easy boy" I said and he growled playfully. Nate walked over and sniffed me for injuries before he barked angrily at Gabriel who bowed his head and looked guilty. I think he was being scolded for knocking me over.

"Hey it's okay. I'm not hurt. Nate don't scold him" I said and Nate looked at me and huffed but then nodded. I got up but fell down immediately. I guess in sprained my ankle when I fell. I may heal faster than humans but it did take lesser time for me to heal than wolves which meant my sprain would be fine after a day.

Gabriel noticed this and whimpered.

"It's alright baby... But I don't think j can walk" I said.

Nate huffed but then crouched down tilting his head.

"You want me to ride you? " I asked and he nodded.

Leaning against Gabriel I stood up and limped upto Nate. Gabriel pushed my butt till I was properly seated on Nate. I leaned down and wrapped my arms around his neck as he began to run in the direction of our new home, my mothers mansion.

"Guys.. Both of you never told me why you can't shift back to your human forms? I mean mine could be possible because my mother was human and dad was wolf but you I don't think baby wolves are born as wolves... Even if they are they can shift back to their true form that is human. " I said Nate and Gabriel stopped running and I saw Gabriel tuck his tail between his legs whimpering. A look of sadness etched across they furry faces.

"I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to upset you... You don't need to tell-" I was cut off when Gabriel wrote something on the ground which broke my heart.

'Curse' this word , this 5 letter word was the reason my little babies couldn't shift. Who in their right mind would curse such pure babies.

"Who cursed you? What is the way to un curse you? " I asked as I slowly limped towards Gabriel and petted him with one hand while the other went to comfort my other mate Nate.

'Can't tell. Curse made us vow not to tell' wrote Nate

Damn that person who cursed my babies.

"Don't worry sweeties together we will find a way to get rid of this curse. For now we have reached my mother's home. " I said pointing towards a mansion. The thing about this mansion was that everything was magical. The gardens would automatically harvest their goods and the food would automatically be cooked and served. It was heaven and my mom had made sure to let me have it, for once I found my mate.

I led the two of them inside. The gates only opened when a drop of my blood fell on the scanner. I know my mates whimpered when I pricked my finger to do so but once it was done Gabriel sucked on my finger till it healed. I led them inside and closed the gates.

Inside was a whole new story which was to begin.
