With the Fairy Tail team finally relaxed and healed up, they head back to Magnolia with new guildmates being Wendy and Carla, after learning that Cait Shelter was an illusion that was cast by the guildmaster before he even died because he chose to take care of Wendy and watch over Nirvana, they agreed to take in Wendy; upon getting back, they were greeted with open arms by their other guildmates, which led into Wendy and Carla getting their guild marks, while Makarov did seem troubled by this, he made sure there was celebration for having successfully completed mission and the new addition to the family. 

Meanwhile, that was seemingly fantastic and all, Natsu was nowhere to be seen because he was heading for his house, he wasn't really in the mood for a party with what he was going to be discussing with Erza soon and speaking of the redhead……….

"Mira, have you seen Natsu anywhere?" Erza asked. 

"Not really, I would assume he went home, why do you ask?" Mira said before asking. 

"He said he wanted to talk after we got back" Erza said. 

"Erza, you do know what he wants to talk about right?" Mira asked. 

"Yes, and I have an answer for him if he asks" Erza said. 

"Good, now go get your Dragon so I can be a certified matchmaker" Mira said, with a smile and thumbs up, causing Erza to blush a little. 

"T-Thank you" Erza said before leaving for Natsu's house, though the walk was long because she was afraid, she did get there; fear, it's something that stops us all but it also makes us stronger in ways that are intriguing, and right now while she stood in front of his door, she was experiencing it but taking a deep breath in and out, she faces it with a knock on the door. 

"Who is it?" Natsu asked. 

"Erza" Erza answered, as Natsu rushed for the door and opened it. 

"Thanks for coming, come in and make yourself at home" Natsu said, letting Erza into his house and sitting on the couch. 

"Seems like you're cleaning up" Erza said, noticing the duster on the table. 

"Yeah, 3 months with Happy not cleaning is troublesome" Natsu said, sitting on a lone chair, soon enough silence consumed the room with each person looking down. 

"C'mon Natsu, you can do this, apologize for what you said" Natsu thought. 

"Erza, you have to let him know how you feel" Erza thought. 

"Erza" Natsu called, raising his head to look at Erza. 

"Yes Natsu?" Erza answered, as they looked each other in the eyes. 

"I want to apologize for what I did three months ago, I put you on the spot especially when you would be trying to calm your mind after what happened with Mystogan, I was being a bit petty and pushy, but a whole lot of jealous, I hope that you can forgive me, I didn't mean to hurt you" Natsu said. 

"It's no problem, all is forgiven, but I too felt like I should've given a better answer" Erza said.  

"No, no, I am the one at fault" Natsu said. 

"It's okay" Erza said, as there is a moment of silence, though she broke it soon enough. 

"I have an answer" Erza said, as Natsu looked at her. 

"What?" Natsu asked, as Erza stood up. 

"3 months back, I gave you a befuddled answer, back then I was confused and scared but then I was using my brain, but over those past months I learnt to use my heart too………." Erza said, re-equipping into her regular white blouse and blue skirt, without shoes and socks. 

"Erza…….." Natsu said, doing his best to keep up, as Erza walked up to him, sat on his lap and cupped his face. 

"Ever since you saved me and promised to make sure I didn't cry, I felt safe, secured and gave me some form of assurance that you would be there for me at my weakest point, I may have had feelings for Jellal back then, but that was me wanting my friend back, then when the Magic Council wished to take Jellal away and you fought because you wanted me to be happy, I was so convinced that my heart belongs you, I love you Na-mmmph!!!" Erza said, pouring her heart out before being cut off by Natsu, who kissed her before she could finish her sentence; while his actions did surprise her, the Scarlet Knight didn't hesitate to return the kiss of her Fire Dragon with the same passion, the lips softly pressed against each other before they separated. 

"I love you too Erza" Natsu said, with a smile. 

"I'm so happy" Erza said, with a smile as they passionately kissed again, their tongues playfully fighting against each other, tasting each other and enjoying the flavour but they had to pull away because of their respectful need for oxygen. 

"That was amazing" Erza said. 

"Of course, especially with that strawberry taste of yours, but I wonder what else tastes like strawberry" Natsu said, as Erza blushed and buried her face in the crook of his neck. 

"Pervert" Erza mumbled. 

"Coming from the girl with books about perverted things" Natsu said, as Erza turned into a tomato. 

"Stop" Erza groaned. 

"Sure, but how about we go to bed?" Natsu asked. 

"S-Sure" Erza said, as Natsu held her up while standing up, before heading to his room, kicking the door open, then moving to his bed, laying Erza there. 

"You look so cute and sexy, I just want to eat you up" Natsu thought, looking at her before leaving to freshen up and coming back to see Erza in her undergarments. 

"Ready for bed?" Natsu asked. 

"Yes" Erza said, as Natsu climbed on, crawling towards her and stopping on top of her in nothing but his shorts and scarf. 

"Good" Natsu said, kissing Erza passionately again before laying down next to her, covering them both and holding her close. 

"Goodnight my Scarlet Knight" Natsu said, as Erza wrapped her arms around his waist and buried her face in his chest, enjoying his warmth. 

"Goodnight my Fire Dragon" Erza said, as they slipped into a deep sleep.
