When I got out of my parents car, I quickly went over to Kaden door and literally strt pounding on the door from excitement, anxiousness, and nervousness. Is it just really funny how the family that cursed Kaden family moved here? It's such a coincidence.

The whole time at dinner I kept looking at the old lady that sat next to Andria--which her name was Helene. She was quiet most of the dinner and I had this really weird feeling. It wasn't a bad one, but just one I couldn't put my tongue on.

I think I might be able to get this curse off Kaden family!

That just made me knock on his door again until someone finally answered.

"You know, the more you pound on my door, the more I thought you were the cops.", Kaden said, leaning against the door. "I thought someone finally knew what I did to the Lawrence cabin.",

I gave him a really a confused look, "That was you? You destroyed their porch?",

"Uh," he said, leaning up from the frame. "No...",

I waved him off, deciding to get to that later. "You never believe what I learned! It's totally shocking and I think it might make you excited too.", I said, walking in and he closed the door and leaned against it.

"What is it?", he asked, crossing his arms over his chest.

I grinned, "What if I told you the family we went over to comes from the ancestors of the family that cursed yours?", I asked.

He didn't look fazed, "I would say I didn't believe you.",

My grinned dropped and I pursed my lips at him, "I'm serious, Kaden! Their daughter Andria knows the story of Lucian. She even said it was her family that cursed the Lupei family.",

His eyes widen, "What? Are you joking?", he asked, leaning up from the door.

I shook my head quickly, "No! Her parents aren't gypsies, but her grandmother is! She came from Greece, but the family moved around from Romania, Siberia, then to Greece. Her grandmother came here though, but she still practices.",

He stared at me with such shocked, "Holy shit. I can't believe this.", he said.

I smiled, "Well, believe it Kaden. We might actually get this curse lifted and you'll be normal again.",

He sighed deeply, "Jesse, I was never normal.", he said, walking into the living room and sat down on the couch. I sat down next to him, "You really think she'll do that? Take the curse off? My family ruined her family and I doubt she'll do it. Gypsies are not the easiest people to make deals with."

"I doubt she would hold a grudge for what happened a long, long time ago.", I said. "We just have to talk to her and then we can get this curse off your family and then you wont have to turn into a giant dog.",

"I doubt it'll be that easy. What? Go up to her and ask her to take the Lycan curse off and then what? She'll want something and it wont be money. Like I said, gypsies are not the easiest people to socialite with. It's why people stayed away from them back then.", he said. "Look, Jesse, personally, I don't mind. I got over my curse awhile ago, sure it bugs me here and there but it's something I had to deal with ever since I was thirteen years old.",

Well, this is going more different then I thought. I thought he would be totally happy and excited, but no. He's telling me he wants to be a--werewolf! What the hell? I know it might sound cool and all, but to me, it's freaks me out a little.

"Come on, Kaden. This is a chance to be normal again. Even, this could excite your whole family. They have to know and most of them probably don't feel the same way.", I pointed out. "Look, why don't we go talk to Helene tomorrow?",

"Helene?",

"The gypsy.", I said. "She doesn't know English, but Andria can translate and we can figure out everything tomorrow.",

He looked at me for just a second, but then nodded, "Okay, we can talk to her.",

I smiled at him, "Great, we have something to do tomorrow. To tell you the truth, Kaden, I thought you would be more excited. I thought you would be excited to get the curse off so you wont have to have this giant secret anymore and you wouldn't have to be falling for a girl like me. I think this is a good thing since-",

"Whoa, hold up.", he said, leaning up and turned his body to look at me. "What do you mean 'a girl like me'?", he asked and my eyebrows forward together.

"I don't know.", I said, shrugging. "I just meant, you wouldn't only love me just because of this curse. You can fall in someone for something real, not because of something made you.",

"Jesse, that isn't true. Sure, it's cause of the curse, but my wolf side picked you personally himself cause you would be my perfect match.", he said. "I do love you, Jesse, as myself and my wolf side loves you. I fell in love with you a long time ago, so don't say what I feel for you is only because a gypsy made me.", he said and I saw the possessive hint in his eyes.

"O-oh.", I said. I looked at the carpet awkwardly and felt my cheek heat up.

I looked back up at me and this time, I closely watched him. He had this warn out tried look, but his eyes still seem to sparkle. He looked exhausted and I know it had it has to be more then it being his mother in the hospital.

I think I'm doing this to him. I thought back to the day I watched him kiss Tabby. I was so jealous and pissed off. Is that how he feels when I'm with Logan. Like he choose her over me? How dumb can I be?

Lots I guess.

"I'm sorry, Kaden.", I told him and he gave me a confused look. Building up the courage to do it, I leaned in. His eyes slightly widen and he froze there. I put a hand his chest so I could lean on him and I kissed him before I could stop myself.

He didn't seem to hesitate to kiss me back. He ran his fingers threw my hair and placed his hand behind my neck. His other hand came up to my hand and held it. He felt so warm and yes, just like a big teddy bear. One I just wanted to hold onto forever.

Kaden pulled me into his lap easily and brought my hand up to his lips and kissed the back of his as he exhaled it.

Logan is a good guy, don't get me wrong, but their was something between me and Kaden. There was always something, but I was always to blinded to see it I guess. Even, Logan deserve someone who wont cheat on him with her best friend. It's not like I can ignore what I feel for Kaden anymore. I like Logan, but I don't feel that much for him like I feel for Kaden.

I just hope I'll be able to break it off with him and not cower out.

I laid my head down on Kaden shoulder, just enjoying being close to him. He rubbed his thumb on my hand he was still holding when he spoke, "So, is this your way of saying your not confused anymore?",

I chuckled once behind a closed mouth, "Yeah, I guess so.",

I pushed Kaden away and chuckled, "Okay, I'm serious now. We have to go in.", I said, trying to move from him, but he just pulled me back and kissed me. We were on the part of a building that no one ever goes to at this time of the morning and he just kept on kissing me and everything. I have to get in there soon though so I can talk to Logan.

My stomach built up with nervousness again. I never had to break up with someone before. I know, I'm pathetic.

He wrapped his arms around my waist to pull my body up against his and he put his nose on top of my hair, "But the both side of me like being like this.", he said. "He likes feel this close to you and being able to hold you.",

"Well, I would have said that was the most weirdest thing I have ever heard, but I guess I got use to you talking about your wolf side.", I said and chuckled. I pulled away again, "But seriously, I need to do this before the bell rings.", I said, even though I don't mind the idea of being here all day just being all lovey dovey right now.

He sighed heavily, "Okay, I guess your right.", he said, wrapping his hand around my waist, quickly pulling me into a kiss first though.

When Kaden and I stepped into the school building, I looked around for Logan. Kaden leaned into my ear, "I have to go find Mr. Jules about this report I have to have extra time on since I couldn't get finish with it, but I'll see you at lunch.", he said and I nodded. He leaned in closer, quickly looking around to see if anyone was listen, "I love you, Jesse.",

I gave him a small smile, "I love you too, Kaden.",

I saw that he jerk forward for a kiss, but stopped himself. We decided to give it time before anyone knew we were a couple. It wouldn't look good for me to just dump Logan and get into a way to quick relationship with Kaden.

He said goodbye and went over to the steps that lead to the senior hallway. I looked around again to see if I could find Logan. A few more moments passed until I finally saw him. He had this big smile on his face and when I went up to him, his smile only grew.

"Hey, Logan, can we talk-",

He grabbed my hand and pulled me towards him and smashed his lips against mine. I was in to much shock to react and when he pulled away, I stared at him eye wide. "I'm in!", he said excitedly. "I mean, he hasn't said it ecstatically, but I have this great feeling, Jesse. Coach Don was impressed with my batting skills and he said he'll talk to the principle, but he believe I'm going to be in! I'm on the team, Jesse!",

"Oh.", I said and when I realized I didnt sound so excited, I tried again. "I mean, oh! That's great, Logan!", I said, giving him a quick hug. Come on, say it. It's as easy as ripping a band aid off! It's just a little high school relationship. What you have with Kaden is soul deep-literally! Come on, just say the words and then it'll be done.

He nodded, "I know, this is really great. I might not be able to play as much as the other he said, but I'll still be able to play. Jesus Jesse, this is the best thing that happen to me ever since the I asked you to be my girlfriend.", he said.

Damn, why'd he have to say that?

Come on, easy as ripping a band aid off.

"Logan, I need to talk to you about something and I don't know-", he cut me off again.

"I love you.", he said and my eyes widen.

Oh fuck.

"That is what you were going to say, right?", he asked, raising an eyebrow.

No. "Uh...yes?", I said uncertainly. The words got caught in my throat and I couldn't say anything else but yes. God, I'm such an idiot. I really need to grow a backbone and learn to say 'no'.

He pulled me into a hug and forced my arms around his waist.

Kaden is most defiantly not going to be happy with me.

So you know they're going to be akward silence when your best friend slash boyfriend and your other boyfriend are on both sides of you. One of them eating so casually like nothing happened and the other one was scowling every five seconds at your first boyfriend.

Logan was holding my hand on top of the table and Kaden had his hand on my thigh under the table.

I sighed deeply in my head, this is going to be sooo hard.

And Kaden is most defiantly not happy.

There was terribly bad silence in the car as Kaden drove us to Andria house. I looked at Kaden, "I'm sorry Kaden. It's just Logan was so excited about being on the team and when I tried to talk to him, he just came out and told me he lov-",

He raised his index finger up, "Don't. I don't want to hear those words if they're were coming from him.", he said and his grip on the wheel tighten.

I just turned back in my seat and watched out the window as he drove. I felt bad, but what else could I do? I was in total shock to even function what was going on. Logan telling me he loved me was not something I excepted.

"I wasn't thinking straightly, okay?", I told him. "I was seriously trying to tell him, but then he came out with those three words. It seemed wrong to just dump him after he said that.",

He quickly looked from the rode to me, "He doesn't love, I do.",

"Kaden, lets not do this. Look, I'll talk to him this weekend at Brent party, okay? I'll talk to him alone and let him no it wont work between us. Just please, stop talking to me like this is my fault.", I said, throwing my back against the seat and crossed my arms over my chest angrily.

Kaden didn't speak for a moment, but then he sighed, "You right, I'm sorry. I'm possessive, I know. I can't help it, but I can't control it sometimes.",

"And you get jealous way to easily.", I said and he agreed.

When we pulled up to the house, we got out and when we got to the door, I knocked on it. I noticed Kaden was tapping his foot against the floor rather quickly--like he was anxious.

The door opened and Andria was dressed in black cloths again with her lips red as blood. She looked shocked to see me, "Jesse, what are you doing here?", she asked and looked at Kaden questionably.

I lifted my hand, "Hey, Andria. This is my friend Kaden, the one I was talking about yesterday.",

She nodded, "Yeah, I remember. Why'd you bring him here, though? You guys aren't trying to 'hang out', right?",

I chuckled and shook my head, "No, but um, we have to kind of talk to you...and your grandmother.",

Growing more confused, she asked, "Whhhy?",

I gave her a nervous chuckle, "Well, you'll be surprise once I tell you. But...can we come in?",

She looked uncertain, but stepped aside, "Sure, come in.". We went into the living room and Kaden and I sat down on the couch and she sat down on the recliner. "So, you wanna tell me what's going on before I call my yiayia down here? She doesn't like to be disturbed for something useless, so you might want to tell me first.",

"Probably practicing voodoo,", Kaden mumbled under his breath and I elbow him in the arm. Gyspies don't practicing voodoo.

"What was that?", Andria asked, raising an eyebrow.

He smiled at her, "Nothing.",

"Anyways," I said, before anything could break out. "You remember me telling you yesterday after I told you he was Romanian?", I asked, pointing at Kaden.

She shrugged, "Yeah. What about it?",

"Well, you made a comment about as long as he wasn't from the Lupei family. Well, he is. His ancestors are the Lupei family.", I said and her eyes widen.

She looked at Kaden in shock and she got up from the couch slowly, "You will leave my house, now.", she said, pointing at the door.

I got up, "Andria, please, we have to talk to your grandmother. It's very important.",

"That beast," she said, pointing at Kaden, "will not go anywhere near my yiayia!",

Kaden got up and he looked annoyed, "Look, we just need to ask her how the curse can be broken and-",

"No.", she hissed. "My family put that curse on Lucian for a reason. It's boys like you!",

"Like me?", Kaden growled. "What the hell are you talking about?",

'The boys who think they can do whatever they want because they got looks and charming smiling. What do you think you have Bounders? It's so you wont hurt any other girls.", she hissed and looked at me. "I feel bad you, to tell you the truth.",

Kaden stepped forward, but I grabbed his arm, "You don't know me.", Kaden growled.

"I think knowing what you are is enough.", Andria said. "Your family is damned and will always be. Yal did a good thing when she put that curse on Lucian. He should have never touch Eliza in the first place!",

Kaden stepped forward, but I pulled him back, "You don't compare me to Lucian, I'm not him!",

"But you have his blood and that is enough.", she said, raising her chin. "Now, get your Lycan ass out of here and never come back. I don't need you around my yiayia. Even, she wouldn't help you if her life depended on it."

"Please, Andria.", I begged. "This curse has gone threw to many generations and like Kaden said, he isn't Lucian. Kaden shouldn't pay for what he did.",

"I'm sorry, Jesse, but no.", she said. "I can't let him near her and--hey, what the hell are you doing!?", she yelled at him when he quickly walked over to the steps and up them.

"Kaden!", I yelled and followed them as they went up the stair and Kaden went up to a door and went in.

I ran into the room and saw Helene get up from the recliner and put down the sewing needles and the what looked to be a blanket in making down on the table. She didn't look scared that the fact that a teenage boy just barged into her room. Actually, she had this challenging look saying 'mess with me would be a mistake'.

I went up to Kaden and smacked his arm, "Have you gone complete insane?", I hissed at him.

"I'm sorry, but we need answers and I was becoming very impatient.", he said.

I opened my mouth, but Andria was quicker and she went over to her grandmother side and said something to her in Greek as Helene gave Kaden a death glare, "Okay, yiayia? Everything alright.", Andria said as she helped the lady sit down. She scowled at Kaden, "Get you mutt ass out of my house.",

"Not until she tells us how to undo the curse.", he said. "That's all we wants. Just ask her, please.",

Andria breathed out her nose heavily, "Then you promise to never come around here again?",

Kaden looked around the room and his nose scrunched up, "I promise.", he said.

Andria looked at him a moment, then down at her grandma. She told her something in Greek and I heard Lupei and Lycan in it. The whole time, Helene didn't faze from glaring at Kaden.

She then spoke and Andria translated, "She says what her answer is something your not going to like and that your family will be damned until the last male in your family dies.", she said. Helene spoke again, "There only one way to end the curse, but it wont work, but only on single male alone.",

"What do you mean?", Kaden asked.

Andria translated for him and Helene pointed at Kaden and spoke, "If you want to be normal again.", Helene finger then turned to me. Andria let a low gasp out and she looked at me with wide eyed. I gave her a confused look and my anxiousness was building up. "He has to kill his Bounder.",
