Part 1

Once upon a time, there was a wonderful enchanted kingdom. The kingdom was filled with magicians, witches and wizards except the royal family. Since the beginning, there has been a rule that the royal family must not learn magic by any means or any reason. No one understood why this strange yet difficult task was given to them. As there were no magicians in the royal family, there was this sorcerer who stood by them to protect them from all harm and wrath caused by their haters. In this beautiful kingdom, there was a little boy, who unlike others had no magical powers. But he had a different ability that astonished everyone. He was the kind of a boy, who had the ability to perceive things when he touched people. His father, Nicolas helped him get control over his power pretty much easily. He said, "Johnny, no matter what you do never feel less or more of your powers and always try to help others with what you can." Poor Johnny was left alone after his father expired when he was just 15. Johnny was a very cheerful boy. But he had a lot of problems while crossing his puberty without the help of his father. Yet, done it in a well mannered way. He was very fond of an old lady, who told him stories about the kingdom, which he listened very carefully till the very end.

One day, he went to the woods near the forest. He saw a beautiful peacock. He took shelter in the den nearby and watched the peacock dance in the rain. He actually went to the woods to find medicine for the old lady. He lost track of time, as he searched for the medicinal weed continuously. Finally, he decided to go back. It was a full moon night. He suddenly heard the howling of a wolf. His eyes were wide open with shock. He didn't know what to do. So he climbed a tree as the sound was very much audible like the wolf was very near to him. When he looked down for the wolf, angry eyes with hunger stared right back at him. He prayed God to help him as he didn't learn any magic due to his power of perception. His situation was more like this, "Cold breeze touching his body from above and a deadly predator waiting for him from below." He got lucky and the wolf found something else for its dinner. He dared not to come back as it may come back for him.

He waited till morning. He walked straight, wandering around to find a place to quench his thirst. To his utmost surprise, he found a cottage near a big banyan tree. He seeked for help from inside. Suddenly, a girl came out from a room, he was surprised. She had deep blue eyes with pink lips and wore something that looked like a gown yet beautiful. Johnny couldn't take his eyes off of her. She snapped him out of his thoughts. He explained what happened to him but she didn't understand anything as he was stammering. He understood her "Who the hell are you?" kind of glare and asked her for some water. She gently walked into the next room to get him some water. He loved the taste of the water and immediately asked her where she got that water from. She said, "From the mountain." He made some strange sounds while drinking which made her irritated. She asked him the reason for him to come to the woods. Then Johnny asked her if saw a wolf last night. The girl got shocked. She became frustrated and told him she didn't. She immediately turned away from him. Johnny felt the strange look in her eyes and tried to touch her as he wanted to perceive her. But she moved away. She asked him what he wanted. Johnny said that he wanted a medicinal weed that can heal sick people. She told him about the place where he can find it and immediately pushed him out of the room and closed it. He almost fell on the ground but got a grip from the door handle.

When the old lady opened her eyes after taking the medicine, Johnny had the happiest smile on his face. He couldn't wait to explain her everything that happened. Though it was hard, she understood only some parts of what he said. She somehow understood what he was trying to say to her. She asked him if the girl was beautiful. He quickly said yes with a smile on his face. She immediately started teasing him as he was blushing. But he continuously argued saying no to her. He told her to take some rest and left to his house. As he came out, he heard the palace guards saying, "Whoever kills the wolf will be awarded with a lot of wealth." So everyone in the village started making plans for capturing the wolf. But Johnny was still trying to understand the meaning of the look that he saw in the girl's face when he mentioned the wolf.

He was very curious. So he visited the cottage once again but couldn't find anyone in there. He thought if she went to the mountain. His guess was correct. She was there. She saw him yet acted like didn't. Johnny blocked her way and asked her how she climbed all the way up the mountain to get the water by looking at the pot she was holding. She asked him how he knew that water comes from the top of the mountain. He replied, "I know things that are very interesting." She gave him a glare saying not to act over smart. Then he said that she didn't answer his question yet. She looked really angry meaning, "Why do you want to know?" Johnny followed her everywhere due to which she got really fired up. When she was about to scold him, she looked up in the sky and immediately ran away. He was anxious to know the reason for her to run away looking at the night sky. He wanted to follow her but retrieved thinking about the predator.

When he was having dinner with the old lady, she suddenly asked him about the girl. Johnny said that she didn't want to see him and left to her cottage in the woods. The old lady got furious and asked him how he could leave a girl in the woods alone when there's a wolf on the rounds. That question didn't come up to him when he left her. He immediately ran off into the woods. He wanted to call out her name but he didn't know what it was. He didn't find her in the woods. His heart started racing as he heard the howling. The night passed but still didn't see her. He went to the cottage to find any clues and there she was watering the flowers. He ran towards her and hugged her. She felt really surprised. She asked him what happened. Johnny started scolding her for disappearing in the woods at night. She asked with very low tone about why he cared. He replied, "Why shouldn't I? I know you somehow, at least for that reason I have to care about you. Where were you anyway?" she turned away before he could see the tears in her eyes. She requested him to stay away from her. When he rejected, she pushed him away. She immediately took a pace. He wasn't able to understand the situation.

When he returned the old lady asked why he had such a long face and if the girl was alright. Johnny said that the girl was alright and left straight to his house with his sadness. He even didn't understand why he was feeling so miserable. Later that night, he dared to return to the woods. Unfortunately, he was standing right in front of the deadly wolf. Johnny started sweating out of fear. But the predator didn't back up, it climbed right on top of him and laid him down against the ground. It opened its mouth with its dagger like canines to have a bite. But it stopped and retrieved. Johnny was astonished. When he observed, its eyes turned blue and slowly it transformed into a human. He understood that it was a werewolf. But he was more surprised when he found out it was the girl. He quickly embraced her with his shirt. As he touched her, he perceived her. Her pain made him break into tears. He touched her forehead with his. He cried along with her. When his tears fell on her cheeks, she felt consoled and suddenly collapsed. When she opened her eyes, she was in the cottage with Johnny, who was waiting beside her for her to wake up. Johnny gave her a glass of water to clear her throat. She was embarrassed to look at him. First he asked her what her name was. She said it was Marian. There was only one person with that name in the kingdom. Johnny stood up with enthusiasm and said that she was the princess who everyone thought died five years ago. She said it was true. But the fact was something else.

One day, when she went for hunting in the neighbouring kingdom, her arrow crossed right through the heart of the prince of that kingdom. And the king ordered his sorceress to put an unlifting curse on her. He wished for Marian to be able to live but yet she should be scared of being alive. Johnny asked if there was anything he could do to break the curse. She replied it was to find the true love of the sorceress, which is not possible as her true love was the prince. He said that he thought it would be the opposite but now they both thought about that it was the reason she was cursed that way. The princess requested him to stay away from her as she can't control herself when she is in the wolf form. But she did control herself when she was about to eat Johnny. He thought that through and decided not to leave her. She begged him to leave but he insisted to stay with her. He asked her when she usually turns into the wolf form. She said, "Most likely when I see the moon and when my body temperature increases."

Johnny was puzzled because he can't stop moon from appearing at night. Also he can't predict her temperature. But he told her stay near the lake beside the mountain as she can immediately swim in the lake, when she felt like her body temperature is high. That was settled but still he has to deal with the villagers who are eagerly waiting to kill the wolf. As she told him that her parents think that she's dead but not cursed. Johnny made a plan to meet the king without any guards noticing him. He met the king that night and explained everything to him, even though he was not listened. He threatened him with a knife to make sure that he listened to him later. He dared not to take Marian with him. The king and the queen were really surprised to know that their little girl was still alive but was in such pain. They later met Marian, who cried right away and hugged her parents. All of them were really confused about lifting her curse.

While Marian was asleep, he made sure that she was alright by guarding her. Marian had a nightmare. So she woke up screaming. Johnny hugged her and patted her saying not to be scared. She could hear his heartbeat which made her little less scared. When she raised her head, their eyes met each other. Unfortunately, her temperature started increasing. So she immediately jumped into the water. Johnny swam along with her and asked her what she actually dreamt of. He felt surprised to hear her answer as she told that she saw him die. He then told her that he would never let her go, no matter what and would always stay with her. He put his hands on her cheeks and said that it was a promise. She was puzzled after hearing that very few loved her that much or cared for her. One of them was the sorcerer.

The sorcerer came to Marian when he heard about what happened to her. As he took care of her like his own daughter, he felt really bad for not being able to do anything for her. Later that night, when the night sky was lit up by the moon, the princess turned into a werewolf. Johnny tried to stay away but decided not to do so. He was noticed by the predator. When the wolf tried to scratch him with its dangerous claws, he talking started talking to it with love. He said, "My princess, you have nothing to be scared of. I'm not going to leave you just like I promised. But you have to control yourself. I know your still in there. Please wake up." By listening to his comforting words, she calmed herself. They both went to the cliff to stay away from villagers. When the moon finally gone, she became normal but became unconscious.

On his act of catching the princess, he heard one really amusing and surprising sound coming from inside the cave nearby. He slowly and carefully laid down Marian and went inside the cave. He heard the sound of a man seeking for help. To his utmost surprise, it was the prince of the neighbouring kingdom. He was completely tied in chains. He took the help of Marian to set him free. When they asked the prince how he was still alive, he said, "I've been imprisoned in this cave by my father for more than five years. He wanted me to marry you princess so that he could rule your kingdom. But I opposed him because my heart was already taken. He used magic to fake my death. He made my love believe that it was your fault. It pains me to tell you that my father is such kind of a person. Magic consumed him and made him greedy. I apologize to you for everything that he had done to you." After hearing that, Marian burst into tears. Johnny tried to console her but it was not possible as those tears hidden in those beautiful blue eyes for a very long time.

After she calmed down, they decided to meet the evil king. When they met him, he tried to trick them with his magic saying it was their entire fault. But the sorceress, who was told about all the bad deeds of the king, gave him a surprise shock by locking his hands with the chains that were dipped in the holy water. They stopped him from using his magic on them. He was immediately imprisoned in the dungeon underground along with the other criminals. The sorceress and the prince were united again, which lifted the curse on Marian. Finally, she went back to her parents, who were waiting for her to return after knowing all that has happened.

When Johnny tried to leave the palace, Marian stopped him and requested him not to break his promise. Johnny decided to keep his promise and married the princess with love for her in his heart.

THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER............
