It was time for me to go full detective mode.

I needed to find out who cursed me and why.

The following are my suspects:

My brother, My younger sister, My mom and My dad.

(They were the only people available and when my bad luck started none of them were with me)

I started with my brother.

I found him sitting on the steps of the flat.

An old, grubby looking hobo was drinking a bottle of alcohol beside him.

Hobo: Hey! I'm Larry not a hobo! Don't you dare insult me! I look like this because I'm tired. I'm going to bed.

Me: Where were you on the day of the 5th of April at 10:22 am?

Josh: Why are you making your face like that and talking in that low tone? And stop shining that torch into my eyes it's broad daylight!

Me: Answer the question!

Josh: Fine! I was watching tv when you did that daft stunt and broke you're two front teeth.

I ignored his little comment. I got all the answers I needed from him. The answers were useless just like him...

Josh: Hey!

Me: Whoops! Did I say that out loud?

Next was my sister.

She can look innocent but under that cute smile is a whole lot of mischief.

I found her playing hopscotch a few feet away from my brother.

I didn't expect much from her but I can get a clue...

Chelsea: Who are you talking to?

Me: No-

Josh: She's talking to herself like a weirdo. Anyway, she's going to ask you where you were when she broke her two front teeth.

Chelsea: Oh! I was feeding Ms Fluffy her special pot of honey because...

The small one continued to rant about the abnormal teddy bear while the idiotic, interrupting brother listened...

Siblings: We can hear you!

The next suspect was my mom.

Luckily she was inside away from the talkative, annoying drones.

I found her sitting on the disgusting filthy bed...

Mum: Honey, I know the bed is gross but you don't have to point it out.

My dad walks in and sits down on the bed as well.

Great! The two of them are together now I can interrogate them both and get my answers without the interrupting drones...

Dad: Are you feeling ok? I just came from outside and your brother and sister said you're acting loopy. Is the sickness getting to you?

Me: Oh no! I just wanted to ask where you were on the 5th of April at 10:22 am.

Mum: Oh, on the day you broke your front teeth?

Why does everyone keep saying that!

Dad: Because it's simpler that way. I was watching tv with your brother.

Mum: And I was telling the nanny what to do when she's done washing the dishes. Awwww! Are you upset honey? Come here.

The sweet drone pulls me in for a cuddle and the male one joins in.

Nooo! They are trying to distract me from finding out who the traitor is! Who the deceiver is! Who the- 

Mum & Dad: Stop talking to yourself.

Who could the suspect be?

I've interrogated all my family members, our butler, the chauffeur, the maid and even our tiger but I got some story from them saying they were doing something else (the tiger just growled) and telling me to stop talking to myself but I ignored their silly comments, desperate to find out the suspect.

Family: Stop talking to yourself!

I ignored the group of idiots...

Family: Hey!

Me: Sorry!

I even asked my so called friends but they all said what they were doing and gave me an one insult.

The nerve!

So that left me with one person... Autumn!

But I denied the thought.

She could never do such... she was my best friend.

Come to think of it... the day before we got expelled, she kept on saying she was sorry but I assumed it was for what was happening to me and she had this guilty look on her face like the time she did something wrong to me and she was hiding it from me.

That exact same face.

OMG! OMG! OMG!

Autumn is the one that cursed me!
