Question: Who should take Y/n's first kiss 😏

No One POV:

It was the next day as both Temari and Kankuro was resting. However their time of resting came to an end when a harsh knocking came. The knocking continued as both of them was confuse by the knocking.

"Open up, now!"

It was their sensei Baki. "Huh?" Temari question as he open the door. "So what's up? What's all the ruckus?" Kankuro ask.

"You idiots." Baki said angrily. "Didn't I tell you to not let him out of your sight for a second?" Baki questioned.

"Huh?" Temari and Kankuro said as the same time. They rush to the room where Gaara was supposed to be resting in. However when they open the door, they where greeted with an empty room. Fear was getting to their faces, "Oh. Oh, no." Temari quivered. "Gaara's gone." He stated as Kankuro was scared to. "Yeah, but where?"

Their sensei Baki came inside of the room. Walking straight all of them notice that the window was open. Giving them the clue as of how Gaara was able to sneak out of the area.

"This is bad. Very bad."

Scene Change Jutsu:

The area was now at the Hidden Leaf's medical hospital. There Shikamaru was playing a game as he look to the side of where Naruto was sleeping on the bed.

"Man. Is he ever gonna wake up? Maybe the kid croaked." Shikamaru complain as Naruto was still knocked out cold in the bed. It was a small silent before Shikamaru sigh.

However outside in the hallway was something or rather someone dark. Small but echoing footsteps was in the hallway. They were groaning as a shadow of the person was shaking.

"Huh?" Shikamaru something strange about the sand time. "The sand stopped. What's up with that?" He questioned himself as he was looking for answers, "Did they forget to wind it or something?"

"Ugh. What a drag."

Naruto now gain conscious as he grunted while trying to wake up. His vision was getting better as he notice that he was in an unknown area. "Huh?" He look to the side to see Shikamaru smiling at him. "So you decided to wake up, huh?"

"Where am I?" Naruto ask. "What is this?" He was looking around to be more aware of his surroundings. "The hospital. They said you've been out cold like this for three days straight." Shikamaru answered. "Three days?" Naruto repeated.

"Three days straight?" Naruto yelled angrily. He quickly stood up as Shikamaru was caught off. "Uh, yeah. More or less." Shikamaru said slowly. "Shikamaru, when's the final competition begin?" Naruto question. "Uh...tomorrow."

"What?!" Naruto yelled as he grabs Shikamaru's shirt. Naruto growls as he look at him, "Are you crazy? Why the heck didn't you wake me up sooner? I can't be lying around here at a time like this. I've got to be getting ready. And Pervy Sage. Where's Pervy Sage? That old coot's supposed to be supervising my training!"

"Hey, calm down, kid. Get a grip." Shikamaru said as of finally being able to speak. "I don't know what you're talking about." He explained as Naruto let go of him. "Where are my clothes? I've got to get dressed!" Naruto yell. "Where'd they put them? Where are my clothes? Oh, come on, where are they? Oh, man."

A vein was popping out of Shikamaru's head as he closed his eyes. "This kid gives me such a headache. I liked him better when he was in a coma." He could still hear Naruto's ranting as he started to loose it. "Would you knock it off!"

Naruto stop as Shikamaru was now begging to calm down. "Now, listen." He instructed calmly. "You don't wanna be freaking out the day before a big competition. Resting can be the best thing."

Naruto sat down as he didn't turn his head. "Huh? Are you okay?" Shikamaru ask. "Is something wrong?"

A loud rumble filled the silent. "Yeah." Naruto answered as he turn to see his face was crying. "I'm really starving."

"Is that all?" Shikamaru as, looking like he's done with life. "Man, stop scaring me like that." He complain. He realize singing and started to search down. "Oh, look at this."

"Hm?" Naruto question. It was a fruit basket as it has pineapple, apples, grapes, and bananas. "I went to all the trouble of getting this stuff for Choji, and then the doctor told me he couldn't have it. Such a drag. But at least we can eat it." Shikamaru explains as Naruto was confuse.

"Choji?" Naruto said. "You mean, he's here in the hospital too?" He ask. "Nothing to worry about. All he's got is a bad case of indigestion." Shikamaru informed. "He ate one short rib too many."

Naruto laugh as he couldn't believe what he was hearing. "I should've figured. That's just like him." Naruto as he was slowly laugh. "Yeah. Well, you two are just lucky I'm around, or you wouldn't have any visitors." Shikamaru chuckled.

Shikamaru passed an apple at Naruto as he laughed a little by his comment. Naruto was about to eat the apple but he stopped. "What?" Shikamaru question nervously, "What is it now?" Naruto laugh, "Let's eat it in front of Choji, it'll drive him crazy."

"Man, that's mean...I like it." Shikamaru said.

Y/n suddenly entered the hospital as he was holding two flowers. He stared at them as he was a little nervous on what he's about to do. He look up but was confuse, the entrance room was empty and quiet. "Where is everybody?"

He walk to the front desk as he tries to come up with an answer "Out to lunch?" He guessed but his mind was saying that it might not be the case. "The final is the next day, so maybe they're preparing some final medical supplies?"

Y/n walked to the hallway but he still couldn't get the feeling off of him. He was nervous but it was something more, something more cold. He continue his walk as he was holding the flowers. He found the room as he take a breath before coming in.

He open the door to see Lee, sleeping. He notice that there weren't any gifts next to him as hurt Y/n a little. "Lee..." It was like he was seeing the fight again. The match between Lee and Gaara. The match that cause Lee to be here.

'Sand Coffin!'

He shook his head as he place the flower in a vase. He was glade that Gyomei and Anko said that he can rest while it's time for tomorrow. Gyomei even mention that he's planning on shopping, it confused Y/n a little as Gyomei is blind. However even with his disability of seeing things, he was still able to travel safely.

"Hey Lee..." Y/n started saying as he sat down to watch Lee a little. "So umm I'm gonna face Gaara, so I hope that you don't feel worried. I'll be fine, I've been training with a new sensei." Y/n then giggle a little as of seeing Gyomei and Lee training together, "I even think that you'll like him." Y/n then talk to Lee a little as he was slowly being less nervous.

It was in another where Choji is, as he sigh while he flopped to his bed. "I'm still starving." Choji complained sadly. Someone knocked on the door as Choji look up, "Huh?"

The door open as it show a fruit basket. Choji look excited but realize that he couldn't eat it. "Come on. Don't torture me like that, Shikamaru." Choji said with sadness in his voice.

Y/n left Lee's room as he look at the room one more time. "Wish me luck." Y/n walked out of the room as he was now feeling the nervousness by where he's going to next. However when he left the hallway someone came in. The wind was blowing hard in Lee's room. Then it show that the mysterious person was Gaara.

He growl a little as he stare at Lee. Reimagining the match between the two of them. How he use the match as a way to be HIS Y/n, HIS butterfly. When he was going to the finish attack Guy jumped in and stopped the sand from attacking Lee.

"He's a threat."

"He use us to get to MY mate!"

"Make mother proud, and get rid of him."

"Then we can find our love, and claim him."

Sand was coming towards Lee as it was circling around him. Gaara had his hand was he was groaning, breathing hard. Suddenly Gaara froze, "I can't move my body."

Another voice came as it was a boy yelling. The person punched Gaara, however it also damage another person as they also grunted. The person that punched Gaara was Naruto as he turn towards Gaara. "What the heck do you think you're doing in here, you rat?"

"Hey, man. Go easy." The other person was Shikamaru as he rubbed his nose. "I'm using my Shadow Possession Jutsu. So when you're bashing him, you're bashing me too." Shikamaru informed as his shadow was the cause of Gaara's frozen body.

"Oh, sorry, Shikamaru."

Pieces of sand was coming out of Gaara's face as he stare at the two of them. "Out with it." Naruto said as him and Shikamaru glared at Gaara. "What were you trying to pull?"

Meanwhile where Choji was staying in, it was Ino who has a fruit basket. "Hey, Choji." Ino greeted, "Feeling better?"

"Oh-Ino." Choji sigh. "I thought that you were Shikamaru for a second there." Choji said as Ino was a little confused. "Shikamaru came here?" Ino questioned.

"Yeah, he came with a fruit basket. But I can't eat them because I'm still not better." Choji explain as Ino nodded. "So is he still here?" Ino ask as he put the basket down.

"I'm not really sure. He left for a while after he was told that I can't eat those fruits." Choji explain. "Wanna bet that he's cloud watching." Ino guessed.

Meanwhile with Gaara, Naruto, and Shikamaru they were staring at one another while the sand was still laying on Lee's bed. Naruto tightens his fist as there was no answer, "Well? Are you gonna tell us what you were gonna do?"

Gaara continues his silent stare until, "I was going to kill him." He finally answered.

Shikamaru and Naruto gasp. "What?" Naruto ask. 'This guy's one cool customer. Look at him. He's not even phased by my Shadow Possession Jutsu.' Shikamaru thought. "You already beat him once in the competition. What's your problem? Wasn't that enough for you? Do you have some kind of personal grudge against him or something?"

"I have nothing against him." Gaara answer as it made Naruto and Shikamaru tense a little. "It's nothing that complicated. I simply want to kill him, that's all."

"You know what? You're sick in the head! You're crazy!" Naruto yelled. "Yeah. You think we're just gonna just stand by and let you do whatever you want? You sick, selfish psycho." Shikamaru stated. 'This guy gives me the creeps. There's always been something weird about him. Scary. If he decides to make a move, I'm not sure we'll be able to stop him.'

"If you don't stay out of my way, I'll have to kill you two as well." Gaara threatened. "Oh, really? Well, let's just see you try it!" Naruto shouted.

"Hey! Whoa, kid! Take it easy!" Shikamaru yelled. 'Best thing to do is try and bluff our way out of this.' Shikamaru thought. "Yeah, yeah. We watched your last match against Lee. We know you're tough. But you know, Naruto and I have a few little tricks up our sleeves as well. We were holding back during the competition. There are things you haven't seen yet. On top of that, hey, it's two against one. So don't be a fool, okay? Just take my advice and go quietly."

"I'll say it once more. If you get in my way, I'll kill you."

'Okay. Plan B.' Shikamaru thought. "Ha! And I'll say it again! Let's see you try it!" Naruto yelled. "Back off, will ya? We don't wanna go there! This guy fights like he's mad. Like he's a demon or something." Shikamaru warned.

"He can act like a demon if he wants to, but you know what?" Naruto said as he smirk, "I got the real thing inside of me." Gaara and Naruto stared at one another.

Y/n was at the door as his heart was beating fast. 'Okay, sure you may had potential ended their career but maybe this can help us be friends...right?' He inhale and exhale before he open the door.

"Y-You...?!"

"Moshi Moshi...-"

"Idiot. Leave this to me." Shikamaru said. "What's the point of getting him mad?" He questioned.

Gaara look unfazed as he was calmly stare at them. Naruto was grunting angrily as he stare at him. "A demon, huh?" Gaara question. "My demon is as real as yours is...as well as my love."

"Eh?!" Naruto shouted. 'This guy...has a partner?' Shikamaru look bewildered.

"From my birth, my upbringing was not what most people would consider a happy one. To ensure that I became the strongest of shinobi, my father had cast his ninjutsu on me, infusing my unborn self with a sand spirit. I destroyed the life of a woman who gave birth to me."

"I was born a monster."

Naruto's eyes widen as it was shaking. Shikamaru's eyes also widen from this. 'A sand spirit?'

"His name is Shukaku, and it's the living incarnation of an old monk of the sand village who'd been sealed up in a jar of tea."

Shikamaru gulped as Naruto turn to look at him. "Yeah." Shikamaru said. "Some kid. If demonic jutsu. But to use it on a baby? Before it's even born? Man, that's creepy."

Naruto look at Gaara as he was feeling something. 'Can it be true? He's got one inside of him too?' It was then that Naruto also realize something. 'He said is love has one. Are they also the same?'

"Gee. What a swell guy your dad must've been. " Shikamaru said sarcastically. "He really must have loved you a lot."

"You speak of love?" Gaara question. "Don't measure me by your standards. Love. Family. The only emotional ties I have to my family are the ones I'd like to wrap around their necks. They're only tied of hate."

Naruto and Shikamaru gasp. "Given life by the dead of my mother, I was brought into being and nurtured as the salvation of the village. I was the Kazekage child. My father taught me the innermost secrets of the shinobi. He pampered and protected me and left me to myself. For a time, I thought that was love."

Gaara open his eyes as it was showing something different as it made Naruto and Shikamaru shivered. "But change when I meet them, my love."

"Your love?" Shikamaru ask. Gaara didn't answer. "What was it about them. Are you gonna tell us or not?" Naruto question. "So go on."

A smile came. Gaara then smile as his eyes widen. "When I meet my love, I know that I am to be the one to claim HIM."

Shikamaru and Naruto gasps as they were taken back by the look. However Shikamaru realize what he heard. "Hmph. You just said that your lover is a male. Is he in this village?"

Gaara stared at Shikamaru who recoiled from the stare, but it gave it away. His "Lover" is in the village. "Those who get to be too strong are apt to become feared. My father, the Kazekage, had created me as his ultimate weapon. But I eventually became a threat to the very village I was meant to save. But now that I know my love I now know my existence. For a long time, I couldn't find an answer to that. But in order to live, you need a purpose. To exist for no reason is the same as being dead."

"What is this guy talking about?" Shikamaru question. However Naruto was frighten but it wasn't a feared frighten. 'I know just what he means, exactly.' Naruto thought.

'He's-He's the same as me!'

"Then in time, the answer came to me. To put it simply, my reason for living is in to have my love. And make sure that I am the only one to have him. Even if in the killing of others just to have him, then so be it."

Shikamaru gasp as he was shaking. 'This freak. He's out of his mind.' Shikamaru thought.

'I was alone too. I didn't know what I was living here for, why I was alive.' Naruto thought. 'Until Iruka-Sensei came along. He saw what was in me. He gave me a purpose, a-a reason for living. Even Y/n when I was harsh on him. But this guy had no one. He had to find the answer on his own. And this is what he came up with.'

Naruto tighten his fist. 'Could I have ended up like that if-'. He look into Gaara's eyes. The eyes that's cold and menacing. 'We're so different, but we're so close to being the same. No. I don't think I can beat this guy.'

Naruto step back as Shikamaru was getting nervous. "Hey, where are you going? What's wrong?" Shikamaru ask.

Sand was falling down. Naruto and Shikamaru quickly turn to see Gaara's sand was coming out. 'He shouldn't be able to do that. Not with my Shadow Possession Jutsu on him.' Shikamaru thought.

Sand was rising as Shikamaru turn however he gasp. Naruto was shaking as he was frozen. "Hey, wake up! Oh, man, what a drag."

"Naruto!"

Sand charge at the two of them. "Now, I will get rid of those who stand in the way." Gaara said.

"Incoming!" Shikamaru yells. Naruto was still frozen as Shikamaru can't move because of the jutsu he casted at Gaara.

"All right. That's enough."

Everyone quickly turn as it was Guy-Sensei. "Save it till tomorrow. That's when the final competition begins. You're just wasting time today. Is that what you want?"

Gaara hold his head as he was shaking. Memories was coming in, memories of his past.

"Don't leave me alone."

"I'm not bleeding but it hurts a lot."

"What am I? What am I?"

Gaara started to breath raggedly as the sand was coming back to him. He look up as he was breathing now normal but deeply. He went to the door as he turn towards Shikamaru and Naruto.

"All the same, I will kill you.
