"WAKE UP!"

Y/n POV:

I groan as I blinked my eyes and try to get up. Look around as I was in bed and my outfit changed to a gown. I feel a small pain in my stomach as it caught me off guard.

"He's awake!"

I look as if I was suddenly pulled into a hug. I couldn't see who it was as my eyes were adjusting from the suddenly. 

"Oi! Get off of him dope!"

The body was pulled out of me as I was able to see who it was, "Hey! What's the big idea teme!" It's Naruto and Sasuke, both of them are here. 

I try to talk but my throat felt so dry as I can't talk. They must've realized it as they sprinted out to the hallway.

"Those idiots are gonna be the death of me."

I jump as I turn to see Kakashi Sensei on the other side of the bed. He sees me as he ruffles my hair, "I'm glad that you're okay." 

I can see that in his eyes they were pink but also red. Has he been crying?

"I ate something spicy as it was from Naruto so that's why my eyes are like this," Kakashi said as I guess he read my mind. I look around trying to figure out where we are as I turn to Kakashi hoping that he would answer me.

"Y/n, we're back in the village. You've been out for almost three days." Kakashi explains. 

THREE DAYS?! 

"What about the mission? Gato, the bridge, everyone?" 

"Hey, hey calm down. Everything would be answered as soon as you're able to be released from the hospital." Kakashi said rubbing my back.

Footsteps were heard as I turn to see both Naruto and Sasuke, "I have some water!" Both of them turn to each other as they glare at one another. 

"Move Naruto, Y/n need some water," Sasuke demanded. "Yeah, that's why I have one in my hand so he can have mine," Naruto said. 

"No, he's not getting some water from you because you got it from the bathroom. Mine was from the fountain." Sasuke stated as I and Kakashi were dumb folded by this.

I don't care, I just need some water. "Okay, you two settle down. Both of you give Y/n your cup of water." Kakashi ordered. 

Naruto and Sasuke glared at each other one last time before they put the water down. I picked up the cup as I felt the stare as it was Naruto and Sasuke looking at me weirdly. 

I look at the cup and look back at the two, blinking before taking both cups and drinking them at the same time. Naruto and Sasuke fell as Kakashi had a tick mark as he now notice the reason from the stare.

I look at his team as he notices something or rather someone is missing. "Where...Sakura?" Y/n managed to ask.

"Sakura just got released and is at home resting. To explain more we need to go to the Hokage once you're released." Kakashi explained.

Now I'm confused, Sakura was at the hospital? For what reason? 

All she did was guard Tazuna as he, Naruto, and Sasuke dealt with Haku. Kakashi also had to battle against Zabuza.

The nurses came and see me awake they quickly call the doctor to check me out. They see that my chest was fine as there was no scar or any sustainable bruise. 

They did some checkups like an eye tests, taste tests, and hearing tests. The doctor was amazed by the eyesight as I notice movement from a farther distance as I almost read the smallest letters on one side of the wall while the test was on the other side.

When I was announced to be released from the hospital I headed to where Hokage's office is as Kakashi instructed them to be.

Time Skip Jutsu/No One POV:

They reached the place as they had to get some small stops to stop Naruto from buying so much food that he wasn't gonna share.

"Ah team 7, it's good that you're officially back as I see that you're okay Y/n." Lord third said as Y/n just smiled and waved. 

He was glad that the third Hokage was concerned for him, however, he was curious about other things.

"Now before we discuss," A knock came as the team looked behind. Lord Hokage sighed, "Bring them in."

The door opens as Y/n's eyes widen. It's Zabuza and Haku! 

'What are they doing here?!' 

He looks at the team as Naruto glared at Zabuza as Sasuke glared hard at Haku. He turns towards the two as he sees Haku looking at him. 

In Haku's eyes, was shocked but was now pleased. Looking at Zabuza it was almost the same as before other than how they were no longer hateful.

"Now Y/n I'm sure you're concerned as two why they are here?" Hokage ask as Y/n made a small nod. "To put it short, they decided to come here and to live here."

Y/n was disbelieved as he looks back at Zabuza. "Why though? I thought that you wish to no longer be in control as you became rouge." Y/n questioned.

"Yes, you're the right kid. That was my intent when I became rouge, but things change. Ever since what had happened at the bridge..."

Flashback Jutsu:

"Y/N!" Kakashi roared as he see his eyes closed. 

Kakashi's hands were shaking as he holds Y/n. Haku suddenly fell to his knee as he looks in shock and horrified. 

He reached to Y/n was his hands were slapped hard, echoing across the bridge. Haku slowly looks up as he sees Kakashi glaring at him hard as they stared into Haku's body.

Zabuza couldn't understand as he heard the last word he spoke.

"Gato...he planes on killing all of us. He...use you two...he has other rouges wanting to kill you and Haku."

Even when facing an enemy, the one that had injured him as well as put his team in a life-or-death battle twice, he still concerned them as he spoke with warnings. He felt a pain in him as if he had never felt something like it before.

"Haku, you're not a weapon. You show kindness as even when blinking of death you wish to have love. Zabuza even knows that you couldn't become him but yet he still cared for you because he does...care for you."

The words he said, the way how he spoke them. It was like a caring brother, comforting him as he tell Haku what the real Zabuza was as even when he doesn't show it.

Suddenly a large clapping came as they all turn to see who it was. It was Gato along with several rouge ninjas grinning and chuckling.

"Well, I didn't expect that to happen." The man Gato said as the other laughed. 

"What's the meaning of this?!" Zabuza demanded.

"Didn't you hear what that dumb kid said? You and your little helper became expensive, so I hope that he would end you. But that brat got in the way." Gato explains as he pointed to the dying boy with his cane.

"Don't say such things to him!" Haku declared as he got up. Zabuza was cut off by the harsh voice. 

"Aww sees that he got attached to his enemy. No matter, you would join him shortly. Or maybe he's alive, he looks like a perfect baby boy to play with." Gato licked his lips as some of the ninjas look at him crazy the others did agree that they want the boy.

A deadly killing lust along with a sudden chakra burst came as it was both Zabuza and Kakashi. "Never would I stoop so low where I would think about taking an advantage of a person, let alone a child," Zabuza growled as he turns towards Kakashi, "It seems that now I no longer have to work for Gato our fight for the bridge builder isn't needed."

Kakashi realize that it was true, the only reason for the fight is because Zabuza was ordered to kill the bridge builder. However, now that Gato no longer wants him Zabuza no longer has to kill Tazuna.

"Yes, it seems that our battle is no longer needed," Kakashi said as he put up a hand sign.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

Multiple Kakashi clones appear as if they were about to charge when suddenly both Haku and Zabuza went in front of him.

"Kakashi, do not get involved," Zabuza ordered. 

"Zabuza." The tone in Kakashi's voice sounded like it wasn't a debate.

"Please do not interfere, this is our fight. Watch over Y/n." Haku explained as he brought out his weapons.

Kakashi looks and sees that if he joins then Y/n would be wide open for the rouge ninjas to come and take him.

Suddenly a scream came as they turn to the voice. They see one of the rouges was able to take a hold of Sakura as she decided to check on Sasuke.

"Oh, I have forgotten that you have another team member," Haku said as Zabuza grunted out annoyance.

Sakura tries to fight back but the man pulls on her hair harder as she accidentally lets go of her weapon. She goes for a punch as she got knocked out by the guy who hit her neck, "Man this little brat is obnoxious."

Haku rushed and take the guy out as the position was that he was close to both Naruto and Sasuke. They then hear multiple steps as it was everyone from the village as well as Inari being in the front. 

"We will no longer hide and be afraid!"

Everyone in the village scream with a vengeance as they charge the rouge as well as both Haku and Zabuza.

Some of the rouge charge as they see that even with the village joining them they have the higher number. However, some were frozen as they felt the killing energy coming from both Haku and Zabuza.

They charge as the rouge was get killed from Haku's throwing his weapon with accuracy, killing them easily. Zabuza uses his sword to cut them off.

The remaining rouge ninjas fled as they became afraid, leading Gato to be open.

Gato tried to escape but he sees an ice mirror as it was from Haku, stepping out with a hateful glare. He grabs his neck as he dragged him to the village and Zabuza. 

Zabuza had a smile on his face, "See you in hell."

Present Time Jutsu:

They explain further on that they no longer have anywhere to go as they would be hunted by the land of water but also because of Y/n as they stated that he made Haku see a new light. This leads to Zabuza following as he admits that he also cares.

Y/n blushed red from the embarrassment of being able to change them. He quickly turns and puts his hood over his head so no one can see his face.

'I-I was able to make them change their ways?!'

Naruto started to laugh from Y/n's face as Sasuke try to not laugh. Kakashi chuckled from the red face, Haku as well made a small laugh and Zabuza just shake his head and grunted a little.

Lord third made a small smile, "Now, now Y/n there is no need to be embarrassed." Y/n quickly nodded but was nervous about how his voice would've been made.

"Continuing, as one of your team members who couldn't join us Kakashi has already informed Sakura's parents about it. Along with what's going to happen now." The third Hokage said as Y/n was curious but also confused by how Lord third is talking. 

"Due to how Haku and Zabuza want to join, we accept it as their skills have amazed us but as well as they have decided to change the ways that they've been following for years. However, given the fact they've been following a rough way for years, along with killing civilians. Some people agree but they have second thoughts. Many people from the village know them as they can cause fear in the people. The other problem is that they need somewhere to live. Many people in the village wouldn't want to be living with two rouge ninjas and given how little the open opportunity we have. I decided that it's best if the one you would be willing to provide them home."

Team 7 was shocked by the Hokage's request, "Seriously Gramps! You want them to live with one of us?!" Naruto questioned.

"I understand Naruto. This is too much to ask but think Naruto. They have nowhere to live here and many people wouldn't trust them. Your team is the only one who we can trust to hold it." The third Hokage spoke.

Y/n thought about it as he know what the Hokage is doing is right. There aren't if not any open houses or apartments where they can live alone. 

Many people would be skeptical as to why two people suddenly live with them. If they found out then they would be kicked out. 

Y/n smiled as he raised his hand, catching many people's attention.

"In that case, allow me to take Haku and Zabuza into my house," Y/n said as everyone and everything was silent.

"EEEEHHH?!" Everyone shouted. 

"Y/n you can't be serious?!" Naruto said shaking Y/n. 

"Ara ara? Why the reaction?" Y/n question gently pulling Naruto away. 

"Y/n don't you realize what you're saying! Letting them into your place?" Naruto question.

"Naruto is right. Zabuza has caused your injuries and Haku had us in a near-death state." Sasuke joined in. 

"Yes, I know, but let's think. Naruto's apartment isn't the safest as well as not have any room for them to live. Kakashi lives alone so we can doubt that he has room for two people to live with him. And you Sasuke, although you live at your estate. You only live in one house as the other area was close and banned. Mine has enough for them to live with as Naruto and Iruka-Sensei stay the night there." Y/n explain as he patted Naruto's head, then patted Kakashi-Sensei's back, then patted Sasuke's shoulder.

Naruto touch his head the Y/n patted as he thought, 'I'm never going to wash my hair.' 

Kakashi sighed as he realizes that he was right and that he has no room for them, but also... 'Did he remove the cramp that I have on my back?'

Sasuke made a small grumble as he realize that he was right and try to shake off the patted shoulders. 'If only...'

"Very well, Haku and Zabuza will be living with Y/n until any notice or if they wish to have their place." Lord third said as Y/n made a small cheer as he claps his hand. "Now, get some rest and enjoy your day. Haku and Zabuza, be aware that all though you guys are now a member of the leaf we will be watching as you have to prove your loyalty."

Haku and Zabuza bowed as a response as they know it wasn't an easy thing to be accepted without a catch. Y/n turn to them and smile, "Now let's go home!"

The team left as they separate from each other as they head home. Y/n started to lead them to his house. "We'll be there in a little bit. Oh! We can go someplace so we can look around so can see if you guys want anything! Or, or-"

"We are fine Y/n, your hospitality for letting us stay at your place is more than enough," Haku stated. 

"Eh? If you say so, also no need to be so formal. If we're going to be living together then I want you guys to be comfortable." Y/n said as he did a small chop to Zabuza and Haku's heads.

"What was that for--" 

"Here we are!" Y/n said as they see the place. 

They see the place as they can feel the welcoming aura around it. Y/n showed them around as well as the two rooms that they can pick.

They were able to set some of their stuff fast as Haku and Zabuza didn't have much stuff. Y/n decided to take a quick shower as he realize that he didn't wash since the mission.

While the water was relaxing him he couldn't get off the memory that he witness. The man with golden metal fans, the cold air that made his lungs hurt a bit, the way how he was so fast that he couldn't concentrate on where he was moving.

His thought got caught off as he hear a scream he quickly grabs a towel and the nearest kunai.

"What are you two doing here?!"

"You answer our question!"

"What is going on?!" Y/n yelled as he turn to the voices. 

He sees Haku and Zabuza with their weapon as he looks towards the third person, "Guys stop."

"Listen brat, he-"

"He's my former teacher, Iruka-Sensei." Y/n quickly said, "Haku, Zabuza this is Iruka-Sensei. He teaches at the Academy that I went to. Iruka, these two are Haku and Zabuza. They are living with me."

"I'm sorry Y/n, we didn't know-" Haku was cut off as Iruka scratches his head. "It's fine Haku, I would've done the same."

"So why are you here Iruka?" Y/n ask. "Don't you remember the deal?" Iruka asks.

Flashback Jutsu:

"So, after the mission right?" Y/n ask while he was shy to where he was looking at the ground. 

He felt a hand that grabbed his face leading him to see Iruka showing a close eye smile, "After the mission."

Present Time Jutsu:

Y/n blushed as he now remembers, "R-R-Right! L-Let me change!" Y/n rushes to his bedroom as he now realizes that he was walking with nothing but his towel.

The three ninjas then notice it as Haku blushed as he rewinds to where the water was dripping, exposing some of the muscle he has. 

Iruka blushed with some steam coming out of his ears. 

Zabuza notices Iruka's reaction as he glares at him.

Y/n change his outfit as he just decided to leave his hair down as it was just a day off. His outfit has the same fishnet shirt but it has a hole in the chest area. 

He wears a pair of casual pants and over his shirt is a white haori. His hair is down but he has a butterfly clip so his bangs wouldn't get so much in the way.

He came downstairs as he can feel the air tensing up as he sees Iruka getting awkward and Haku not having full trust in him, plus Zabuza glaring at Iruka.

'Welcome back I guess.'
