Time was 7.00 in the evening and Atulya, Ryan were sitting in front of the TV waiting for IPL to start.

Abhimanyu was busy in his work, he was sitting in the dinning table with his laptop.

"is your friend always like this "Atulya whispered

"yes, his work is his first wife"ryan too whispered talking a handfull of popcorn from her tub.

And Atulya stared at him

"what "Ryan asked

"you took too much, I mean so much "Atulya told her eyes went wide .

"Hehe, I liked it "he told pulling her popcorn tub.

"arghhh, I hate you "she told gritting her teeth and went into the kitchen to bring another one .

As she was filling the tub with popcorns ,abhimanyu came in to drink water which Atulya never noticed .

Abhimanyu turned, so did Atulya which lend both of them to have a forehead dash...

"mummy"atulya cried rubbing her forehead

"I am sorry, I didn't notice you "abhimanyu told and Ryan who came in now looked at his friend who never asks sorry to anyone in the world just asked sorry to a mere little girl...

"u okay right Atulya "both the friends asked together

"haha, you both said together, then guests will arrive at ur house "Atulya told smiling

"girl, now say are you okay "Ryan asked

"yes yes I am, thank God my popcorns are safe with me "Atulya told and Ryan smiled and hit her forehead.

He then took a beer from the fridge and walked out to the hall

Ryan now was planning to play as a cupid!!

He has seen his friend suffering in his life and seeing his smile and change because of Atulya gave him hopes he have, he will come out from that horrible past ,he needs to pull abhimanyu from that....

And then Ryan sat watching dhoni hit six , his mind planning ,taking sips from his beer bottle....

Meanwhile in the kitchen...

"you are such a boring boyfriend "Atulya told and abhimanyu looked down, same words but from different person....

"hey, I didn't mean to hurt you "Atulya told afraid

"it's just that, you are not mingling with me "she told with a smile

"look at you"she told and started combing his hairs with her hands...

"I agree business is important but not more than you sir"atulya told

She really didn't know where her fears on him ran....

"will u come join us, let's watch IPL
It's okay even if u support opposite team "Atulya told giving him her best puppy eyes.

And he metaled like a ice seeing it...
He nodded smiling and she too stood looking at him smiling....

"SIXXXX"ryan screamed ,breaking there moment....

Giving a small smile to him, she walked out the kitchen and he followed her

Little did't they know

THE CUPID'S GAME ALREADY STARTED!!

As time flew, the match too ended with all falling asleep in the sofa...

As the bright sunlight entered in like a villain, abhimanyu stirred in his sleep and slowly opened his eyes...

He felt something soft, smooth and small in his arms, he smiled seeing Atulya sleeping peacefully hugging him like a teddy bear...

He didn't know what shit got into him, he snuggled close to her and placed his lips on her forehead leaving a kiss....

The first kiss.... Maybe not on lips but still it was so precious and beautiful.

Mornings like this was like heaven on earth....

Abhimanyu slowly carried her in his arms and walked to a guest room and left her on the bed and walked into his room.....

And then Ryan who silently saw this smiled or maybe smirked....
