Prologue (Alenora's View)
Have you ever question yourself, are they really my parents? I have, a couple of times actually. My sister and I don't actually look like the couple that call themselves or father and mother, but me never said anything. We never asked questions. Because we were happy with what we had. We may not be the most popular girls in school, or maybe we got picked out to much for our own liking, but we did what we loved to do best. We matched two people together. It didn't matter their genders, or if they liked their same gender, or if one was way older than the other, if we saw the strings connecting the two, we knew that they were meant for one another. I might not know who my real parents are, or when a boy is going to finally love me for who I am and what I do rather than on my looks. But their is one thing I know, we call ourselves, Cupid's daughters.
But never had I thought we actually knew who our father was all along.
And I never knew my match was right in front of me all this time on my crazy adventure.
~~~~~
Okay, let's start with this. I was never one to leave without a fight. My stubborn self never let me, anyway. It was as if I was a magnet for trouble and this people were the trouble.
"Don't you get enough of it? Leave us alone already, bastards, we didn't do anything." I hiss, in front of my sister and facing their boyfriends.
Saturn.
Daisy.
And Summer.
Or biggest bullies.
They always did their dirty work, and today seemed like one of those days.
"Does it matter? Only existence makes me want to see you hurt. You should thank me, I am doing you girls a favor. Maybe some boy will noticed you because of those bruises they'll give you. Babe, make this fast." Saturn says with her so annoying and evil smile, something that made me want to throw up every time I saw it.
"Blake, we need to run." I whispered, looking behind me and towards her with a frown.
We won't be able to take them. We aren't even capable to fight back. In the end, we always ran away when we saw the opportunity, much to my dismay.
"To where, we are cornered." She whispered in panic, making me look for any possibility of escaping.
And there was only one, and one only.
Before Saturn's boyfriend, Nick, got the great idea to start all this, I did the most stupidest thing I have ever done in my whole life, and I'm still young, that is saying a lot.
I punched him. I punched Nick in the gut. I punched Nick Emberson on the gut.
I grabbed Blake's arm tightly, and ran for it. Out of the school halls and towards home were our parents waited for us. If they were our real parents, anyway.
