Lunch time came by and Ale was nowhere to be seen. I skipped lunch since I wasn't hungry, plus it wasn't as if would eat anyway. I walked away silently without Kye, Cal, or Esme seeing me leave. I didn't need the whole speech about not eating.

I walked towards the library, feeling at home as I pushed the door opened. The library was my home. The comfort I found in books was incredible. I was a book addict and I am not ashamed to admit it.

"Hey, Ms. Quinn." I waved at the librarian as she saw me and waved back.

"Hey, sweetie. Look, I am so sorry, but you have to pick a book and go outside. I am leaving and I have to close up." She said and I nodded.

"It's alright. Thanks for letting me take one." I said and she smiled.

"No problem." She said while I walked away.

I passed my hand through all the books, feeling their texture. It was weird, I know, but it something I liked to do. Just running my hands through them.

After I picked a book, I left the library to go to my favorite spot in the whole school, the front garden. In that area most kids aren't there because it's completely covered in flowers. Of course, I sit underneath the beautiful gigantic tree.

As I opened my book, I started to read. Forgetting my pain, or how much my heart hurt. How I should eat something but didn't care. I guess I lost myself.

"Yo, Arrow!!" I heard a voice say before I look up to face blue eyes.

"K-kayden? What are you doing here?" I stuttered.

I was mentally scowling at myself for believing he would like a girl like me or that I actually liked him.

Stupid love!! At these thoughts I tugged down my hoodie closer to my face.

"Cut the act Arrow." He snapped and I looked at him in disbelief. What a jerk!!

"What the hell are you talking about?" I mumbled, trying to calm myself.

"Oh I don't know, does 'Go to hell?' sound familiar?" He said and I opened my eyes wide in shock.

"Oh my god!! You were the one I pushed out of the way. I am so sorry!! I didn't mean it!!" I apologized, standing up and leaving my book on the floor next to my backpack.

"You pushed me and Leo. We thought something was wrong since you had tears stains." He explained, getting closer.

"Uh, it was nothing." I lied, not looking at him.

"Come on, not even you believe that."

"Kayden, drop it. I don't want to talk about it." I said turning away, tears already started to blurry my sight .

"Hey, I just want to help. By the way, love your blonde hair." When he said that I instantly froze.

"My what?" I asked him, turning around again to face him.

"Your blonde hair. It's really pretty." He said and I almost fainted right then and there.

"What?! How?!" I asked while he smiled.

"That day, you were running with your hoodie down. It was kind of hard not to notice your hair." He said and took another step forward making me take a step back.

"Kayden, don't. Just go. Go away before you do something you'll regret." I looked at him and turned away.

"Like what, Blake?" He ales me in confusion and spun me around by the shoulders.

"Me." I mumbled so only I could hear it.

I brushed of his hand from mine and went to grab my stuff. I picked up my stuff and went to walk to school when he grabbed my arm again.

"I would never regret you." He whispered so I could hear it.

"They did." I said and a tear finally went down my cheek.

"Who? Who did what, Blake?" He asked and I shake my head, trying to squirm out his tight grip, but he was stronger than me.

"You wouldn't understand, Kayden." I said, whipping my tear away and walking the other way.

"What makes you think I don't?!" He exclaimed and I turned around to face him, finally snapping.

"You wouldn't understand me!nI am a mess, Kayden!Something nobody wants!!" I screamed back, tears falling down my cheeks freely, I couldn't fight it anymore.

"You aren't a mess, Blake, and maybe somebody does want you!" He screamed back and my cheeks redden brightly.

"I am a mess, Kayden! My parents didn't want me! So, they let me in a freaking orphanage!" I screamed at him.

"What?" He asked, his face softening.

"They left us! The freaking left me!! I was so much of a problem that they left me!!" I sobbed out.

I felt arms wrap around my crying figure, making my body warm instantly, making me feel protected. I gripped on his shirt,crying in it. I was pretty sure I was soaking his shirt, but—apparently—he didn't seem care.

"Hey, there is still people who care. What about Alenora?" He said and I cried even more.

"I lost her, Kayden. She hates me. She won't even glance at me. The only person in this whole wide world who understood me and loved me for me is gone. I can't do this anymore." I said and pulled away with only something on my mind. Death.

"Blake Isla Arrow, don't you dare take your life away. Listen to me, I care! I care about you! I am pretty sure Alenora doesn't hate you!" He scolded me, looking as if he read my mind grabbing my forearms and shaking me.

"You do?" I said and he nodded.

"Look, I haven't known you for much, but your a great girl. Don't take your life away because some people don't want you. Out there are people who would." He said and I sadly smiled.

"Thanks, Kayden. I don't know what I would have done if you weren't here." I thanked him, hugging him while he hugged back.

"No problem, Blake. I am here. I will always be here." He said and I smiled in his chest.

"I guess now you know." I said and he chuckled.

"Yeah. Can I ask you a favor?" He asked and I nodded.

"Don't wear your hoddie tomorrow. You look better without it." He whispered in my ear sending chills down my spin.

"Uh, I guess I will try. Only because you helped. Maybe I will bring my hoddie but don't wear it." I said and he nodded.

He started to lean in with me frozen there when suddenly I got dizzy. I stepped away clutching my head and he instantly got worried.

"Blake are you okay?" He sounded so far away. So distant.

I couldn't answer as I saw black dots before my vision got completely black. I felt myself falling, but something caught me before I fell to the hard ground. And, I was out like a light.
