I stared at the stupid machine many people call a alarm clock.

A sighs escaped my lips as I sat in my bed, rubbing my eyes. I look at my side to see my twin sis still sleeping peacefully.

"Ale." I said moving her shoulder.

She didn't even flinch.

"Alex Alenora Arrow!!" I screamed while she finally woke up normally, as if I haven't just screamed her name.

"Did you call me?" She said sleepily, rubbing her eyes.

"We have to go to school." I said, grunting while she moved her head to face me.

"Do we?" She said with pleading eyes.

I nodded sadly as she looked down.

School was hell to us. It had nothing to do with the teachers or the classes. It had to do with a girl and her little group.

Her name was Saturn. She had waist length, red hair and blue eyes. Those blue eyes where as dark as her soul.

Then there were Daisy and Summer.

Summer had dirty blonde hair and green eyes while Daisy had red hair and hazel eyes. They were pretty, but there personality made them look like monsters. To us that is, to everyone else, they were the definition of angels.

Those three made Alenora's and my life a living hell. They mostly made fun of me since I was pretty shy and when I say pretty shy, is like I am really shy.

I usually wear hoodies to school so people can't see my long, light blonde hair.  I almost never talk in class. I don't have friends beside my sister.

She is the total opposite of me. She is a strong head and very stubborn. She is a tomboy, like me, but she is defiantly not shy.

If she has to punch or kick someone, she will gladly do it. I, on the other hand, wouldn't dare to even hurt a fly. My sister also has dark brown hair and sky blue eyes. I have light blond hair and blue-green eyes.

We always found it to be weird that we don't look like our parents. Mom has black hair and hazel eyes while dad also has black hair, but emerald green eyes. Though, we never asked them personally.

"Girls, is almost time for school!!" I heard mom scream, making me snap out of my thoughts.

"Okay!!" We both screamed, later debating whose turn was it to take a bath first.

After a long fight, we both took a bath, one after the other. I looked in my closet. I picked a shirt that said 'Big Sis' in white bold letters while the shirt was black. So, I chose my black hoodie to match with it. I put on white short pants and my black and white high tops. Today, thankfully, we could pick out our own outfits other than the annoying uniform.

Ale had a the same shirt as me, but hers said 'Lil Sis'. She matched it with some black pants and her wine combat boots.

"Ale, take an extra clothes." I said while she nodded.

Why? In case Saturn decided to play her trick on ruining our outfits and I don't want to walking around wet all day. Was there already and it's not pretty.

Not one bit.

We walked down the stairs to see mom cooking and dad drinking coffee while reading the newspaper.

"Morning, mom and dad." We said, kissing their cheeks.

"Morning, Alenora and Blake." They said.

After eating breakfast, we both walked to school. There is a school bus, but that is just giving the bullies an advantage. So, not happening.

"Ale, have you ever thought why we don't look like mom and dad?" I asked, looking at her.

Though, I was the biggest out of the both, she was taller by a couple of centimeters.

"I have always thought that, too. I always say it's just my imagination. I mean mom and dad wouldn't lie to us, right?" She said while I nodded still a bit unsure, but decided to drop it.

When we got to school, I pulled my hoodie over my head to cover my hair that was in a high ponytail.

"You should stop being so shy. People would see how amazing you are." Ale said and I shacked my head.

"People would only want to be my friend because of my looks and smarts." I said opening my locker.

"Still, you shouldn't hide yourself." She said, giving me one of her smiles.

Ale had a way to make me laugh and smile even if I was crying. I think it has to do with the fact she is my twin, but I will never know. 

"Let's go to class before Miss Sunshine decides to show up." She said sarcastically, making I giggled. 

As we walked towards class, I saw people staring at us like usual, making me panic.

I really don't like the attention.

Ale must have noticed because she grabbed my hand giving it a reassuring squeeze, making me relax. 

As we walked inside the classroom, we sat on our usual chairs. The ones that are in the back. We didn't like it up front because of the attention.

"Morning students. Today we shall start our...." As the teacher said all the things for today my mind went back to my earlier thoughts.

Why don't we look like our parents?

"What should we order for lunch?" Ale asked as we stared at the menu.

"I think I will have my salad with apple juice." I said satisfied with what I choose.

"I think I will have a chicken salad, orange juice and a bar of chocolate." She said while I chuckled.

"What?"

"You were eating healthy till you got to the chocolate." I said, giggling again.

"You know how I can't contain myself from eating chocolate." She said while shrugging her shoulders and I smiled.

After we got our stuff, we sat outside under a tree. As I was eating, I saw a guy convincing himself to talk to a girl.

"Psst!! Ale, look!" I whispered, pointing towards the guy.

"Oh!! We should help him." She said while I nodded.

"I will talk to him, you talk to her." I said and stood up, walking towards the guy.

"Hey!" I said not being shy at all.

What? When it's about love, I really try to put my shyness away.

"Hey, me?" He said pointing to himself while I nodded. "Uh, Hey." He said nervously.

"You like her, don't you?" I said with a smile while he looked pale.

"Is it that obvious?" He said with big eyes, while I shacked my head.

"Nah, I am just an expert in love. You could say I am like Cupid's Daughter." I said while he nodded unsure.

"Okay. What should I do?" He said with pleading eyes.

I turned and faced Ale who gave me thumbs up. This means that the girl likes him back.

"Well, I think you should go and ask her out." I said turning back to him.

"What if she says no?" He asked scared.

"Trust me. You might be surprised." I said with a wink as I walked back to the tree.

I sat down and saw as our master piece happened. He shyly walked up to her and started talking. We couldn't hear the conversation, but it was going great. She was laughing and he was smiling.

"We did it!!" We said high-5ing each other.

The rest of the day went by fast and we didn't have an encounter with Miss Sunshine and her crew.

May have spoken to soon.

As I was putting my stuff inside my locker, Ale was out waiting for me. Next thing I know, I am being smashed against the lockers. I look up I see is Nick with little Miss Sunshine.

"Well it looks like you don't have your lil sis to defend you." She said as the both laughed evilly.

What am I going to do?! Get beaten by Nick or try an run away. Option 2 is better.

Before Nick could hit me, I ran. I could hear his footsteps behind me. I was so close to the door, but I was to slow.

Nick grabbed me by my hoodie, making me fall backwards in the floor. That is when the kicking started. My vision was getting a bit blurry and my stomach hurt like hell.

"Hey, big idiot, leave my sis alone." I heard Ale's voice say before I heard a bang.

"You okay?" She asked, kneeling down. I shacked my head saying no while she helped me stand up.

I looked around, but Nick and Saturn where nowhere to be seen.

"Let's get you home." She said while I nodded, not being able to speak.

I was laying down in my bed looking at the celling. My stomach hurt like if my heart was there instead of on my chest.

"Hey, I brought you soup." Ale said as she entered the room.

Thank God, mom and dad were still at work. If not, we would have a hell of explaining to do.

My parents don't know me and Ale have been bullied our whole life. By whole I mean since 6th grade. We keep quite and to hid the bruises we used clothing.

"Thanks." I whispered and tried to sit down in a position where my stomach doesn't hurt.

"You're welcome." She said as she gave it to me.

The room was completely silent until Ale broke it.

"I should have never left you alone. I knew she would do something. I am sorry, it was my fault." Ale said, looking at me with her sad eyes.

There is one thing I hated more than Miss Sunshine and that is seeing Ale sad.

"It's okay Ale. It wasn't your fault." I said giving her a hug while she hugged back.

"But..."

"Drop it! Did you kick me?" She shacked her no, confused. I continued while ruffling her hair, "Then, it wasn't your fault."

"Fine. At least, you are okay." She sighed and then smiled tiredly at me.

I looked at her weirdly, and suddenly, she fell on top of me. Good thing I had finished the soup and placed it on the table beside me, so it didn't spilled anywhere.

I started freaking out, looking for any injuries or bruises until I saw her breath was even.

She had fallen asleep, and she was too heavy for me. I think I'll have to take care of her, now.
