I wake up at 8:30am and get ready for work, after I put my uniform on and eat breakfast I head to work. On the way their I pass by the post office and remember the form for the Valentine's pen pal so I pull over and dig in purse for the form and once I find it I grab my keys and walk into the post office. Once inside the woman from yesterday sees me and says "Hi! How can I help you sweetheart!?" and I say "Um, I'm turning in my form for Cupid's Arrow." and she says "Great! Oh where are my manners, I'm Maria." shaking her hand I say "Nice to met you, I'm Camila." and I hand her my form, looking at it she smiles saying "I think I have the perfect man for you!" smiling I say "Down let me down." and she laughs and says "Never sweetheart!" and I leave and head to work. Work wasn't as busy as yesterday but the few we did get avoided my tables and when I went see if my tables were dirty I saw two of my tables full of men in Mayans kuttes. Walking over I say "Sorry if y'all have been waiting long I didn't notice anyone was at my tables." a older guy said "It's ok sweetheart. It just gave us more time to look over the menu." looking around the table I see a very handsome man looking back at me smiling softly I say "Do y'all know what y'all want?", after I wrote their orders down I went and handed it in to the cook and got their drinks and brought it to them. Walking away from their table I see my step sister Rosalie and her two snobby rich friends Lauren and Alison sitting at one of my tables, sighing I walk over and say "Hi, I will be your waitress today, can I start you off with something to drink?" and Lauren says "Three waters and three salads." and I said "Coming right up." and as I walk away I hear Alison say "How is that your sister?" and Lauren says "Ya look at her." and Rosalie laughs. Rosalie wasn't always this way towards me, she use to take my side and stick up for me but when she got with her husband Mark she changed and it wasn't for the better, she became snobby and just like her mother. My once sweet out going baby step sister is now a snobby stuck up rich girl who only cares about being better than everyone else. Since they only ordered water and salads I have their order done quick so I grabbed it and brought it to their table and place it in front of them without a word. Walking up to the counter I see the cook done with the Mayans food so I grab it and go to their table and place their food in front of them and say "Let me know if you need anything else.". Five minutes later I'm at the counter talking to my friend/co worker Sarah when I hear "Waitress we're ready for the check! Hurry we have more important things to do today!" rolling my eyes I grab their check and bring it to them and Lauren says while handing me the check back "Don't think your getting a tip." and Alison and Rosalie laughs, fed up with their asses I say "I don't want your husband's money." and Lauren says "Excuse me, what did you say!?" and I said "I said I don't want your husband's money." and Lauren says "Honey that's my money I make." and I said "Your husband pays you to lay on your back?" and Rosalie say "Your a bitch!" and I say "Well this bitch is sick of y'all asses with y'all little comments. Y'all walk around this town with yall noses up in the air thinking y'all the shit but jokes on y'all, everyone knows y'all would be on the street with yall legs spread or sucking dick for five dollars if it wasn't for y'all husband." and right before Rosalie could say anything Joe, my boss who happens to be Sarah's dad walks up and says "That's enough!" and Rosalie says "She was being so rude to us! She should be fired!" and Joe says "Well it's about damn time she is! Now get the fuck out and never come back!" shocked Rosalie, Lauren and Alison walk out. Turning to me Joe says "Fills good doesn't it, baby girl?" laughing I say "Yes!" and Sarah walks up to us and says "That's my best friend!" and we all laugh. Five minutes layer I walk up to the Mayans tables and hand them the check and say "Oh I don't know if y'all saw the flyers but the town is having a anonymous pen pal thing for Valentine's and all the pen pals met at the Valentine's dance." and a guy with a bald head said "We don't have trouble getting girls." and the cute guy said "You joined?" and I said "Ya. I like the idea of getting to know someone for them and not for their looks. You may be paired up with someone who you would never talk to or give the time of day because you think you have nothing in common. Seems like fun." and before anyone can reply I hear "Camila!" sighing I whisper "Here we go." turning around I say "Yes, mother?" and she says "Why did I get a call from Rosalie crying saying you called her a slut!?" and I said "She came here with her friends making comments about me and I'm sick of it so I told her the truth. I'm done taking her shit and yours!" after I said that she says "You little bitch!" and she goes to slap me but I grab her hand and push her away from me and she says "Don't every come to me for help your dead to me and Rosalie!" laughing I say "When did I ever go to you for help? Better question when did you ever help me? All you do is tell me all I've done wrong and I'm sick of it. If I'm dead to you fine, I could care less because my life will be a hell if a lot better without fake bitches in it!", after I said that she said "Your father must be turning in his grave because of you!" and when she said that I got so pissed that I lunged at her but someone grabbed me around my waisted an held me back and that's when Joe walked up and said "Rose you should be ashamed of yourself, if Carlo is turning its because of you and Rosalie and they way y'all treat Camila!" and Rose said "She's the reason Carlo left nothing to me and Rosalie! She got all the money!" and Joe said "Really your gonna play that, really? Well let me tell you two reasons why he did it. One, the way you and Rosalie treat her and two, your a cheating whore and Rosalie's not even his daughter!" shocked at what he said she says "What? Why are your lying, Rosalie is his!" and Joe says "Carlo did a DNA test on Rosalie and she is not his. Camila knew since she was ten years old and never said or treated Rosalie different. Now leave and don't ever come back and stay away from Camila. I made a promise to Carlo to keep her safe and I will with my last breath!" Rose says "Whatever!" and walks out. Turning to me Joe says "Take a break and get some fresh Camila." and he hugs me and I whisper "Thank you, love you." and he whispers back "No need to thank me, love you Cami."
