yerin pov

it was finally the weekend, finally saturday, i spent the whole morning talking to yuna, about my plan.

my current plan is to tell sunghoon that i'm close with wonyoung and to set them on a date, but instead yuna will come instead of wonyoung.

i just need him to talk to me again, and after what happened a few days ago. i don't think that'll happen.

suddenly i heard my phone beep.

i'm sorry i haven't been able to walk with you all
week, i was busy, hopefully this can make up for it

me:
sure !! see you later !

oh my gosh, i'm finally going on a date with jake! it's probably been about a month since we last went on a date together, and last time it wasn't even a date, it was just going to study in the library together, because jake needed help on maths, i was really the wrong person to ask.

sunghoon pov

"here, there, happy ? i'm taking her on a date." jake then muttered, showing everyone his texts to yerin.

me, jake, euijoo, heeseung and jay were just hanging out at jay's house and heeseung started talking about yerin, because apparently she seemed like a sweet person to him.

then jake admitted that yerin thinks jake's his boyfriend, and then heeseung asked for proof and dared jake to take yerin on a date.

i'm really not interested in jake and yerin amymore, that yerin girl surely is weird, however, i hate her. she shouted the name of my crush, and now she knows i like wonyoung. and sprained my wrist.

"hey, hey sunghoon let's go to han river today!" heeseung exclaimed, tapping me, nonstop.

i glared at him and coldly answered, "why."

"ugh you really are slow, look jake and yerin are going on a date at han river, we can go spy on them!" heeseung answered back.

"why the hell would be go spy on them." i annoyingly answered back.

heeseung then rolled his eyes at me, "i'm bored okay, before your arm heals and you go back to training you should do things like this."

"but why on yerin and jake." i groaned.

"ugh why not." he replied back.

i started at him and finally gave in, "fine. i'd rather go to han river with you than go back home."

"hey! what about me? i wanna go too." euijoo then pleaded, cutely.

"no no no, you're staying with me you said you wanted to meet jungwon, and he's coming over soon." jay then replied, whilst flicking through his comic book.

"okay what time should we come jake?" heeseung then asked jake.

"8pm. don't come too close to us okay. anyways don't do anything embarrassing, you'll see how annoying she is later." jake then muttered back, rolling his eyes of the thought of yerin, gosh she must be bad.

yerin pov

it was exactly one hour before my date, it was 7pm, and i had to leave in half an hour for my date. i decided to just wear some mom jeans, and a camisole and cardigan. it was night too, so it would be quite chilly. i miss those dates at night when Jake would give me his hoodie when i was cold.

"hey where you going sis?" i heard a voice from behind, it was yuna, she then walked into my room smiling.

"oooooo, yerin is looking pretty today." yuna then complimented, i'm still not use to her being nice.

"yeeun! i think yerin is going on a date!" yuna then shouted, to yeeun, my oldest sister.

"shhh, what if mom hears." i whispered, yuna then responded with a face with her mouth reading the sound 'ahhh' to show what she had done.

loud footsteps filled the house, as my sister, yeeun, rushingly entered my room.

"oh. my. gosh." yeeun shouted, shoot now my older sister is going to make a big deal over it.

"finally your going on a date with jake!" yeeun exclaimed, my sisters quite like jake as he's been over my house before and he's my first boyfriend.

"oh be quiet! tell mum i'm going to study at the library, okay? i'll be back before midnight." i answered back as i grabbed a small bag, which had my phone and bus pass in, and my money. i left my room waving to yuna and yeeun and tiptoed down my stairs, hoping my parents to hear. you see i don't really talk to my parents anymore and i don't want them knowing about my boyfriend.

i then texted jake saying 'on my way!!' as i took the bus, plugging in my earphones into my ears listening to my favourite groups, txt and treasure, until i exited the bus.

i started to walk around, as i was early, han river was pretty at night, it was getting dark, as the pretty sunset was displayed nearby the river. jake surely picks the best date nights.

"yerin !" i heard a voice from behind, it was bright and joyful, i jumped to turn around and of course it was jake.

"i missed you !" i then replied back, i then leaned into a hug and he slightly hugged me back, it's been so long since we've been out.

sunghoon pov

heeseung forced me to go out with him because he was curious about this yerin girl, honestly i used to think she was interesting and weird but now i seriously don't give a damn about her anymore, she's caused enough trouble in the past month.

apparently she thinks jake is her boyfriend and she's obsessed with him, heeseung thought she was quite sweet and wanted to see her 'in the act' when with jake for some reason.

since yerin knows nothing me and heeseung, heeseung said we cant go too near them on their 'hangout' so he told jake to secretly go on a call with him, without yerin knowing, so that we can hear their conversation.

i'm honestly so confused, why do i have to listen to their convo, on a voice call.

heeseung peaked through the wall we were 'hiding' behind, to see the two figures, jake and yerin, meet.

heeseung then started to pat my arm a number of times, "hey hey hey! look she hugged him! oh my gosh, she must really think they're dating."

"wow ! what a surprise!" i sarcastically replied back, heeseung then stared at me annoyed, as he was enjoying watching and hearing their convos through the phone, whilst i was not interested, i then pulled up my hoodie's hood and scrolled through my instagram.

heeseung then saw that was scrolling through my instagram and told me, "hey, does yerin have instagram?"

i glees at him and we made eye-contact, he looked scared as his eyes trembled as i looked pissed, "i don't know you dimwit i only follow you, jake, euijoo and jay."

"and wonyoung," he then started to tease, i froze due to him calling wonyoung's name and looked at him straight in the eye, "your crush."

i have never told heeseung i liked her, now two people know.

"how do you know." i unbothering answered back, he grinned at me.

"you make it too obvious," he started to explain, but i have never tried to make a move before, "shes the only girl you follow."

"don't tell jake he'll piss me off teasing me. and euijoo. especially jake." i scoffed.

there was then a silence, and all we could hear was the call from jake, listening to jake and yerin's conversation from a few meters away, we could hear everything so clearly.

"hey, let's take a selfie on your phone." i heard the voice of the yerin girl through heeseung's phone call recording her and jake.

heeseung, instantly, looked at me, i slowly stare at him.

"what's wrong." i coldly asked, them going back to scrolling on my phone.

"i thought you were smart you idiot," he then slapped me softly on my head and panicked, "he wants to use jake's phone."

"so what. jake takes selfies with me all the time." i answered back.

"look. we are currently on a CALL with jake, if she uses his phone, she will see we are calling him!" he shouted at me loudly, i then started to understand the situation but honestly, i didn't care, it was heeseung's idea anyways.

"then i don't know, distract her." i answered back, he then quickly handed me his phone and ran off, towards jake and yerin.

what the hell, he literally passed me his phone, he's supposed to end the call with jake first.

i then was about to click the 'end call' button on heeseung's phone but, he already ran in time towards jake, before he could even answer yerin's request to take a picture with each other.

i could still hear everything they were saying, but heeseung was surely a weird guy.

"hey hey hey jake! oh my gosh what are you doing here! let's go to the men's clothing shop!" i could hear heeseung say through his phone he handed me, so this is what he calls acting, he then whispered, "let's go buy some boxers."

gosh, this guy.

yerin pov

suddenly, i saw that heeseung boy come and he took jake away from our date, to go to the men's clothing shop ?

he didn't even get to say bye to me.

i shrug it off, already knowing that we had a good conversation for atleast 30 minutes, i'll happily go on dates with jake once a month for as little as ten minutes, because i love him a lot.

in the distance, i could see a tall figure, a guy in a grey zip up hoodie, black sweatpants and fila shoes, as he came nearer and nearer towards me, i could see more features of the man, he had his ears occupied in airpods and a chain necklace.

he then passed me, and at that moment, i saw it was park sunghoon.

he passed me, walking pass swiftly behind me, i quickly looked back and started to chase after him, don't worry yuna, i've got your back.

i started running towards sunghoon, and finally got so close to him, i grabbed his hoodie from his back.

he then turned around and stared at me, arrogantly and rudely.

"go away." he coldly asked, he then started to turn around and try to walk away from me, yet i grabbed onto the back of his hoodie again, making him reluctantly turn around again.

"i-i'm so sorry about what happened before, i-i'll make it up to you!" i slightly stuttered to sunghoon, i looked up to talk to him, since he was so much taller than me, i look to see his face slightly looking left, not making eye-contact with me, as he rolled his eyes.

"what. how will you make it up?" sunghoon carelessly replied back, gosh so ignorant.

"a date!" i then exclaimed, he then looked at me, sharply, with his eyes widened and then i quietly whispered, remembering people were surrounding us, "with wonyoung."

"huh?" sunghoon loudly replied back, he looked confused so i decided to explain everything.

"y-yeah! i'm best friends with your crush and she's free any day after school ! i'll give her your number if you want me too--" i was then interrupted by sunghoon as he chuckled.

"fine. i'm going now." he then simply replied, he then dashed off, running away from me, ungrateful good-looking asshole.

anyways, i smoked at myself, yuna's first move is to start soon.

i took the bus back home, whilst texting yuna.

yuna 🙄

yuna! i've got you and sunghoon on a date

i told you before that he likes wonyoung, i told him he's going on a date with her but instead, last minute, you'll turn up instead and wonyoung will tell sunghoon she's sick or something

why would i feel sorry for that ungrateful, ignorant, rich, very good-looking, smart, tall, rude, two-faced, small headed asshole.

i mean, i admit i sprained his wrist but,,

wait, never mind, everything's my fault, i'm the one with the loud voice exposing his crush and the one with my stubborn and heavy, clumsy, short legs that have the audacity to bump into an ice-skater.

oh well. i'm doing this for yuna, whether or not sunghoon hates me, i don't care.
