You were sitting in the palm of one of Cagney Carnation's Leaves with your back to him as he tried to Braid your hair. (Don't ask why he just wanted to)

You just gave a big sigh and stood up which alarmed Cageny's Boyfriend senses.
"are you okay (y/n)?"

"yeah  guess..."

Cagney frowns wraps a few vines around you and he carefully lifts you up to his face to meet eye to eye.

"(y/n) you have been quiet. somethings wrong. did someone hurt you? do you want me to kill them?"

"no, Cagney it's not that..."

"Then what is it?"

"Well...i heard there are these two Kids going around and challenging all of these bosses and people for their Soul contracts...and taking them to the devil...and i realized...."
You choke a bit when tears started to weld up in your eyes.
"What if they challenge you? And take yours? What will i do?"
You cry.
"Hey. Don't cry... I know it's scary and i can't promise i can beat those two kids that you are talking about but... I will guarantee that i will keep you safe from them."
Cagney wipes the tears off of your soft cheeks.
"I guarantee it."
