before we answer are first ask we want to make some things clear:

1.cuphead and Mugman are real in this universe there just kinda background characters (you can ask them as well)

2. this takes off after the ending of the Cuphead video game but Devil and KingDice are planning something.

3. The other characters (Ex: Cagney Carnation, The Root pack, ect...) are also Background characters but can be asked as well

4. Devil and KingDice can be asked as well but will not answer truthfully about anything related to thier plans >:3
