Anyone with powers only have limited use. Because if you're a pony that ignites itself when mad or hedgehog with a nasty taste of pain, that's going against the laws of investigation. I mean really, to burn marks on the victim by accident would me YOU would be a suspect. However, your powers would be useful depending on the situation.

Another thing, keep in mind that this rule is most strictly observed in the human world. If you're an anthropomorphic animal or creature, you have to hide or disguise yourself. And no using of powers (Except some internal powers like future sight).
