1b part 4 finale

Manga ' pov

The police car pulled up in front of the perps house. I turned to look at Kisame who yawned before looking at me.

"I think a nap sounds good about now kouhai, what do you think?" he smiled at me and I stared at him.

"We're in the middle of closing an investigation Kisame-senpai," I reminded him. He nodded.

"Which is exactly why we need to finish it as soon as possible. I'm tired and I want to take a nap. Now come on, we need to catch this b******," Kisame opened up is door and stepped out, I followed suit. He glanced at me and I shook my head.

"No, I am not going to go up to the door alone," I responded.

"Please? I don't want to be choked," Kisame begged. I sighed as I walked up to the door, knocked on it, and waited. When I didn't get a response I tried again, informing that I worked for the CSI. After I still didn't get an answer I broke the door down.

"Hey! Do you have any idea how much money it costs to get those replaced?" a guy ran down the stairs, his face filled with rage. He looked no older than Kisame and I stifled a laugh.

"Oh, you mean do I know how much stolen money it costs?" I asked him. He looked confused for a split second before realization came over him.

"I have no idea what you're talking about. Now you must leave as I'm a very busy man and I simply don't have the time for this," he began to try to push us out of the door, but I stopped him.

"Sir, if you keep trying to get us out of your house I'm afraid I'll have to charge you with failure to comply to an officer of the law," I informed him, taking out my CSI badge. Kisame did so as well and the man stared at us with a look of annoyance.

"And if you come in here without a warrant I can get my lawyer ready and personally sue your sorry a**es" the man responded.

"We do have a warrant. Mr. Simon Kline, I believe the name is," Kisame responded this time as he showed him the document that gave us permission to step foot in his house. Simon paled.

"It's not like you'll find anything," Simon muttered.

"Oh, but we already have," Sasori stepped into the room, two police officers behind him.

"What-" Simon began to ask, but he was interrupted as the two police officers began to handcuff him.

"Simon Kline you're officially under arrest. You have the right to remain silent when questioned, anything you say can and will be used agains you in a court of law. Anything you say or do may be used against you in a court of law.
You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during questioning now or in the future. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you before any questioning, if you wish. If you decide to answer any questions now, without an attorney present, you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to an attorney. Knowing and understanding your rights as I have explained them to you, are you willing to answer my questions without an attorney present?" the cop dealing with the culprit stated the Miranda Rights and Simon looked baffled.

"I-I don't understand," Simon stammered.

"What you need to understand, a**hole, is that you're under arrest for stealing my hard earned money," Moonpool stepped into the room and Simon paled even more.

"Oh f***, please let me explain," Simon pleaded and Moonpool looked disgusted.

"Seriously? Let you explain? What is there to explain? You stole my money, my money that I earned, just so you could surround yourself with things to keep you satisfied. There is no explanation needed. You're going to jail and I'm getting my money back, end of story," Moonpool stated. She then turned to Kisame and I.

"Sup?" Kisame grinned toothily at her and she smiled in return, looking tired.

"Thank you both so much for doing this," Moonpool yawned as she thanked us and I smiled.

"It's our job Moonpool," I told her and she shook her head.

"Your job requires you to try to find the culprit, not to care enough to actually do it as fast as you did. So thanks. If you're ever in the neighborhood, stop by my house," Moonpool waved before walking away to go to the bus station.

"She was a very nice lady," I commented and Kisame laughed.

"You think everyone is nice," he ruffled my hair and I swatted his hand away.

"I'm just glad we're done with this boring case," Sasori replied, walking over to us.

"Tell me about it, before we walked in here I was just commenting about how I needed a nap, right Manga-kouhai?" Kisame grinned at me and I nodded.

"Yeah. You can do that now, I'm going to go home," I turned around before Kisame placed his hand on my shoulder.

"Two things. One, we drove in the same vehicle. Two, after a case we always go out for coffee or something. Right Sasori?" Kisame turned his attention to Sasori who nodded.

"I would decline as much of my precious time has already been wasted on this tiresome case, but the coffee place we go to is really amazing," Sasori commented.

"Do they have any blueberry scones and tea?" I asked.

"Yeah actually. You not a coffee person?" Kisame asked and I shook my head.

"Only in mornings and I want it one way only: milk and sugar in it," I responded.

"I prefer just black coffee myself," Sasori responded.

"You two are both weird. Coffee is boring and doesn't taste good unless you add more ingredients in it to make the flavor pop," Kisame laughed and I shook my head.

"Kisame-senpai please don't turn into a white teenage girl," I begged.

"Hahaha, oh that's great," Kisame laughed while Sasori snickered.

"I'm going to text Sam to let her know, I'll meet you in the car Kisame," I promised. He nodded.

"I'll do the same to Itachi," Kisame replied while he whipped his phone out and began walking to the car we took to arrive here.

I pulled out my phone and looked under my contacts until I found the one that said Sam on it. I then started to text her.

Hey, we finished our case and we're going to meet at a coffee house. Just thought I' tell you in advance.

"You ready yet?" Kisame asked and I nodded as i put my phone back away, heading towards the car.

"Don't keep me waiting too long," Sasori told us before he started up his car and drove off.

"Sasori-senpai isn't a very patient man," I noticed.

"Yeah....he really needs to work on that," Kisame nodded as he turned the ignition on and began speeding along the highway, trying to keep up to Sasori.

"Kisame-senpai this is illegal," I told him and he shushed me.

"Shhh.....we ARE the law kouhai," he responded, zipping past cars.

"But-"

"We ARE the law...."

I sighed, giving up. I hope Sam was having a fun time. A LEGAL fun time.
