Case Report: Drugs & Sonny Jenkins Murder/Suicide

Location: North Valley

Name of Confidant: Tyler Oakley.

Police Officer: State your name and age.

"Tyler Oakley. T-Y-L-E-R O-A-K-L-E-Y, 22."

Police Officer: What's the occasion when we arrived on your house?

"It's my birthday."

Police Officer: What made up your mind to have a party in your house?

"I always do it in my house, there's nothing happened like this before."

Police Officer: But you know the risk, right?

"I am."

Police Officer: Can I have a list of people who have been in your party?

"Yes."

Police Officer: So, all this people, you come to see them personally?

"Yes."

Police Officer: Are all the people whose in your party is in this list?

"That's the problem, sir, I don't know because some of the people I invited got their plus one, so I don't know some of the people in my party."

Police Officer: Okay. Moving forward. Who do you think plant the drugs in your house? Or maybe the drugs was yours?

"No, officer, I'm not defensive here but it is the truth."

Police Officer: So in truth, the drug isn't yours?

"Yes, officer, I'm not."

Police Officer: Who do you think would do that to you?

"I don't know officer."

Police Officer: You don't know? Why? You invited those people, they're in a party and somehow, I know they still got to bring drugs.

"I don't know officer, the party serves alcohol and many foods but drug isn't one of the buffet."

Police Officer: You know what, telling a lie wouldn't make you clean. Someone called the station and tipped us off that there's a party's going and drug is part of it. And as we came, we found it. Do you think police tell lies?

"No. But I'm telling you the truth, it isn't me, I was framed."

Police Officer: Framed? Who would do that?

"That's the thing officer, I don't know."

Police Officer: Of course you don't know.

"Just let me go, officer."

Police Officer: Not so fast, kid.

"What is it officer?"

Police Officer: We also found that you are a colleague of late Sonny Jenkins, is it true?

"Yes, why would we talk about that?"

Police Officer: Because Mr. Oakley, soon we'll get you too questioned as per this case, and you are here now, we don't want you to come back again.

"I understand. Sonny is my colleague and a co-author in this publishing company, we've been known each other, that's why."

Police Officer: So you're an author as well just like Sonny Jenkins, did you get jealous inspite of the fruit of his career?

"Never, officer."

Police Officer: Then how come we have known that you tried to sabotage his book launch?

"But it didn't happen."

Police Officer: Then you really planned it?

"I won't deny it."

Police Officer: Do you know the reason he's dead?

"No."

Police Officer: Maybe, you did something part of it because you're jealous of his career and you're trying to get the attention he has before.

"Speculations, officer."

Police Officer: Hmm. How are you really sure, you're clean in both case?

"Because the truth sets me free, I'm not guilty of anything."

Police Officer: Okay Mr. Oakley, you're going for now but as soon as we get your medical sample and if the results were positive that you're a user, you don't have any choice but to surrender.

"I know officer, trust me, I didn't know anything."
