Kate Pov

I was sleeping peacefully in my bed soundly when I felt the bed shake that I groan waking up to see Gogeta in front me.

"Kate! Wake up! It's snowing outside and there is no school either." He said as I sat up a little to let out a small yawn. 

"Why would I want to play outside in the cold?" I asked.

"It will pull a lot of stress out of you. It's a another change of season that you might enjoy too." He grinned. 

I then sat up straight to stretch my arms out as I got out of bed to grab a pair of warm clothes since Gogeta doesn't have on anything warm anyway understanding his fur coat. I change out of PJ's and into my winter clothing. 

"I don't think you'll be warm enough outside." I said.

"Don't worry about me because i'm not going to get sick due to this weather." He reassured.

"Whatever." I replied in a blunt tone as we went downstairs to see a note that my brother was at the market doing some errands while we stayed at home. As soon as I open the door Max and Stan ran out to play in the pile of snow barking and panting happily as Gogeta and I giggled. 

I stopped when a snowball hit my face as I turn to see Gogeta making another to throw at me as I dodge it so I can make one. We commenced a snowball fight at each other then it was over when I felt the wind pick up as I held myself as Gogeta walked up crossing his arms smirking.

"Cold,huh?" He asked.

"N-No...I'm not...cold." I replied with my teeth clattering as he wrapped his arms to cage me into the warm body heat against his chest. Why do I feel so safe around him? No one has ever done that except Edward.

"We should back inside so that you won't catch a cold." He instructed as I nodded before heading back inside along with the two dogs following us after shutting the door.

The coldness and season change of its texture brings together a warm embrace. Find out next time on Crybaby!
