Johnny Depp as Cry-Baby Walker:

He's still the Baddest Baby of Em All... the Big Boo-Hoo... the Terrible Teardrop... the Heartthrob of Sob... the Drape Sensation on Probation! But now he's also added Husband and Daddy to that list! After marrying his girl Allison, he opened up a motor garage in Turkey Point and continued to spend nights making music with the Cry-Baby Combo. It was a few months after their wedding that Allison told him she was pregnant and once Baby Ruth 'Blue' Walker was born, it was love at first sight all over again for Cry Baby!

Amy Locane as Allison Walker:

The original Scrape (Part Square-Part Drape) has married Cry Baby and began living with him in Turkey Point. She still sings with Cry Baby almost every night, in fact it was during one of their nightly performance that she went into labor with Blue. She ended up giving birth back stage at the Summer Shindig in the middle of their performance!

Ricki Lake as Pepper Walker:

After giving birth to her youngest daughter at the end of the first film, Pepper married her boyfriend Rod Angal. She now divides her time by raising her kids and being the drummer/manager of her brother's band, the Cry-Baby Combo.

Robert Marbury as Rod Angal:

Pepper's husband and Stepfather to her kids. Probably the sweetest drape boy you'll ever know.

Kim McGuire as Mona 'Hatchet-Face' Malnorowski:

Hatchet is still known as the drape girl who puts the T in tough! She's went on to marry her boyfriend Milton and now owns her own beauty parlor called 'Characteristic Cosmetics.' Because she's got plenty of Character!

Darren E. Burrows as Milton Hackett:

Hatchet Face's husband who works in the garage alongside Cry Baby and still plays in the Cry-Baby Combo.

Traci Lords as Wanda Woodward:

Wanda went onto marry Dupree and have a son named Conner. She also owns her own Drape Clothing Store called 'We Can Dress It!'

Robert Tyree as Dupree:

Dupree married Wanda and had a son named Conner, he now helps out at Cry Baby's garage and supplies them with car parts. Just don't ask where he got the car parts! The important thing is he got 'em and didn't get caught!

Kim Webb as Lenora Frigid-Prudeman:

The former sultry stalker who tried to tear Cry-Baby and Allison apart. After their marriage, Lenora went full Square and married Baldwin as he also shared extreme distaste for Allison and Cry-Baby's love. She went onto have two children with Baldwin and opened up a Finishing School for Girls.

Stephan Mailer as Baldwin Prudeman:

Allison's Square Ex-boyfriend, who after being disgraced and embarrassed by losing the chicken race against Cry Baby, he married Lenora Frigid and is still prejudice towards drapes. He now has two children with Lenora and has a career as a County Judge.

Natalie Portman as Ruth 'Blue' Walker:

The Daughter of Cry Baby and Allison as well as the Leader of the Cry-Baby Gang's Next Generation. Blue is a Drape girl and the apple of her Daddy's eye. She was born and raised in Turkey Point where she learned to make music, fist fight, gamble, fix cars and paint her face like a pro. But at twelve years old, Blue is starting to get curious about boys, her mother guides her by answering any questions she has about the subject of romance. But her father tells her that if a boy talks to her to let him know... so he can drive over his face with his motorcycle.

Tween Johnny Depp as Johnny Davier:

A shy, hippie boy who's new in Baltimore and has a crush on Blue. Since hippies aren't really a thing in Baltimore yet, Johnny is seen by the other kids as a strange outcast. He only moved to Maryland because he and his family were run out of the commune he was born and raised in.

Ethan William Childress as Conner Dupree:

The son of Wanda and Dupree, and a little ladies man who's always ready for action, be it stealing a car or flirting with a girl!

Alyvia Alyn Lind as Kiki Walker:

The youngest child of Pepper, who was born in the middle of chicken race at the end of the first film. Kiki is Blue's cousin, she's older by a year and very protective of Blue. She's young, but just like her Ma before her, she can fight like a man!

Jessica 'Scout' Raskin as Susie-Q Walker:

Pepper's middle child and oldest daughter, who's now fourteen.

Jonathan Banya as Snaredrum Walker:

Pepper's oldest child and only son, who is now fifteen.

Dakota Sky as Lenord Prudeman:

The Son of Lenora Frigid & Baldwin Prudeman, who like his mother before him has an obsession with the next generation of the Walker family, specifically Blue. Because of this he is labelled as a Wannabe Drape, even though he was born and raised as a square. He is an obnoxious little creep who just can't take no for an answer, no matter who many times Blue shrieks it at him!

Sterling Griffith as Becky Prudeman:

The Daughter of Baldwin Prudeman and Lenora Frigid and older sister to Lenord. Becky is a young Square who wants to be with Johnny just so she can turn him into a square and get the best of her arch enemy, Blue Walker. Unlike her brother Lenord, Becky mostly takes after her Father and shares his deep hatred for all things Drape.
