It was the day of the ball, And Hermione was doing her make up wrapped in a towel
Ginny was styling her hair, she made it straight with waves curling through its lengths
She tied it back in a loose side ponytail full of bounce
"Ginny it looks amazing!" Hermione beamed when she looked at her completed hair and make up.
Hermione put Ginny's hair into a retro beehive with a braid swirling around the side
"Who is your date Ginny?" Hermione asked with a grin
"Dean Thomas" she smiled

She went to her wardrobe and took out a nice set of lace underwear, after all she couldn't put a beautiful gown like hers over a frumpy t shirt bra, underwear makes you feel sexy after all
Even when nobody else can see it
Once she had put on her dress Ginny gasped "Hermione! You look beautiful! You're gonna be the belle of the ball" she smiled rushing over to adjust the dress
"You look gorgeous too Ginny" looking at her in her strapless amethyst purple dress which had a sweetheart neckline.
"Shall we head down to ball?" Ginny asked excitedly
"Yes!" They put on their kitten heels and made their way to the great hall
