'Whatever! seriously i spend 12 years of my life in jail because of your statement you know how hard is prison life ? Oh how would you know you were enjoying life while i was rotting in that hell hole' he said and nandini look down in guilt eyes filled with tears .

'But don't worry i make sure you experience what i go through cause now you are mine' manik say with a smirk which sent shivers down her spine.

He come closer to her face whisper in her left ear 'in past 12 years every night you came in dreams with your pathetic mocking laughter and i imagine to slit your throat just to make you stop laughing' .

Nandini look at him with scared face as if her blood dried hearing him

Manik look at her face and a devilish smirk appear on his face stepping away from her he say 'hmm now that i warned you i hope you won't do anything which make me more angry on you see you around Nandini' saying he go back towards college leaving her alone.

Nandini stumbles in fear and her tears refuse to stop his warning shook her soul with fear is he going to kill her ! is she going to end up like gagan !!
Though she doesn't have any energy left in her but she can't go back in college right now so she take her scotty and head towards her home to escape from him .

Who would've thought the boy whose name brought smile on her face 12 years ago give so much terror now .

With tears filled eyes Nandini's mind remember the past memories of the boy she used to love but only afraid of..

2010...

Starting of another school year with lots of pressure of studies wanting to make more new friends hoping to have fun with them in school these are some of the things Nandini except at the starting of every school year but this time she really hope to get attention of Manik her first ever crush .

She enters in class and spot him seating on first row bench with his friends laughing among them his boyish bring a soft smile on Nandini's face too but she had to come out of her bubble when teacher is about to enter in class she hurriedly sat on her desk still time to time gazing him from her seat .

Yes yes in such tender age very few devlope these kind of feelings but it's a harmless crush she just admire him from afar never having guts to talk with him wishing that one day she'll tell him how she feels about him . Days passes in studies, games and making some new friends she now has two new bffs who figured about her crush but they promise to never tell him or do anything which embarrass her in front of him , Manik who is as popular and brilliant student he is gain some new friends too and some trophies but with it gain his first ever rival Gagan in starting both used to just debate with each other in front of teachers but soon they grew this extreme hatred for each other once they fought after school on road which got them nearly suspended but because Manik is straight A grade student principal gave them two weeks after school detention everyone in class know they hate each other even teachers too teachers try to make them understand that these foolish school arguments are not good for them but they don't listen to anyone and one day gagan's dead body found in one of class of school .

Not only nandini school peon too saw manik going after gagan in that classroom he even inquired about it to which manik said that gagan ask him to meet here as he had his important notebook with him so peon let him go believing on it. When police arrived and enquiry started manik's name come out on top of list but things got confirmed when police found gagan's blood on his school shirt after some days of verdict when manik sent to juvenile detention news of gagan's sister riya's demise too came and things were changed for everyone...

Nandini thinking about past while trying to contact her papa who is out town her mother passed away last year making her more depressed after her mother's demise her papa frequently visits their relatives she heard one of her cousins talking that he wants to marry her off as he got worried after her mother's sudden death thinking if he too passed away early nandini be left all alone and considering her anxiety attacks she developed after that school incident he is more worried about her .

Her dad pick up call informing her that he'll be home by evening and asking about her day in college or is there any problem there ! To which she say 'papa once you come home I'll tell you about it but just come home safely okay' he dad assure her and cutting the phone call she decided to go away from this city even if for that she has to marry the guy her relatives pick she'll said yes and leave this city with her papa but she can't face Manik and his tortures .
Thinking all this she waiting for evening to arrive soon while her mind is filled with Manik he changed a lot in these 12 years that boyish soft personality switched with angry dark one is it truly her mistake that he became such aggressive guy !

In evening:-

Door bell rang and nandini hurriedly open door only to find her father on wheelchair in bandages assisted by her cousin brother and Aunt she ask in tension 'papa what happened how—'

'Nothing to worry nandu it was a small accident that's it' her dad reply trying to calm her down and her aunt say 'first let's get in house nandu okay' .

Nandini nods giving them space to enter into house as she is about to close her door her phone rings caller id is unknown she pick it up and comes Manik's voice 'tuch tuch tuch poor little nandini trying to escape from here but look what happened to your dad' sweat covered her forehead as she understood that accident was planned to stop her leaving this town her voice stuck in her throat as her anxiety began to rise .

'I hope you get the idea that if you ever tried to leave this town your family had to face consequences of it today was just a little trailer don't push me to go further after your family whatever going to happen it'll be between you and me let that be like this only or else you'll regret your existence in this world' Manik said before ending call leaving nandini in tears ..
