It was late night and you had been tossing and turning. You just couldn't fall asleep. So you finally decided to call y/c since he always made you feel better.

"Hello," his raspy, sleepy voice said through the phone.

"Hey y/c it's me y/n. I can't fall asleep and I was wondering umm-," he stopped you.

"I'll be right there. Don't worry," he replied and then hung up.

You smiled and waited for him. In a few minutes he came into your room really quietly.

"Hey," you smiled at him. "Hey y/n," he replied and laid right next to you.

"Did you have a bad dream or something," he asked.

You shook your head. "I don't know I just can't fall asleep," you replied.

But the truth was that your actually afraid of the dark. And you didn't want to tell y/c that cause that's embarrassing. But apparently he could see right through your lies.

"Y/n are you afraid of the dark," he asked. You bit your lip and nodded.

He pulled you closer to him and you cuddled into his bare chest. "It's okay I gotcha. I'm not gonna let anything hurt you," he said and you smiled.

For a while you two just talked. Y/c would twirl of a strand of your hair on his finger and you would just lay there and listen to his heartbeat.

"You listening to my heartbeat," he asked smiling. You nodded.

"Well it beats for you. And only you," he replied kissing your lips softly. You smiled and felt your cheeks get hot.

He smiled. "You so cute when you blush," he said. You smiled and you two fell asleep all cuddled up together.
