Well, my dad didn't talk much about the test. He just concluded with
"let's wait till we see the test script"

Sincerely I'm also waiting for script and I'm earnestly praying I pass well.

My dad can be all so sweet and amazing, but hmmm, people of God.. when it comes to seriousness in school, don't even try to fail.

He won't actually beat or compare, but his facial expressions won't fail to show how disappointed and unhappy he is.. and trust me, it's not a sight to see.

Well, here I am, hoping I pass well, until I hear my name from outside the window. I'm presently in my class. Everyone's out for break but I don't even have appetite so I'm still in class just sitting and staring.

"Didn't you hear me calling you, aunty Jaycee?" Aidan shouted immediately he got to my seat. Aidan is the brain box of not just our clique but the handsome, talk lady's man. He's can be very playful and annoying at the same time.

"What is it now Aydee?" Yeah, that's what we call him.

"See this one o, instead of you to be jumping in excitement that I came all the way here to look for you, you're answering my question with question". Trust Aydee to never go straight to the point and I really am not in the mood now.

"Biko Aydee go straight to the point, I'm not in the mood" I really I'm not

"Well, the chemistry teacher is calling you" he replied making his way out of the class.

"Jesus! Really? Where??" I'm really panicking right now, I hope I'm safe I cannot imagine my dad's reaction when I get home. And, ohhh.. another preaching/ question and answer/advice session from this man again. Meanwhile Aydee was just looking at me like
"what's doing this one?"

"Aydeeeee! Where's he now?"

"I thought you'll stand and continue to act like a cat in hot bricks till the break is over" can this boy just tell me already!!?

"Ayyydddeeeee!"

"Ahhh, calm down! He's in the kiosk" he said already at door.

"Oya wait for me" I said trying to put my note books inside my locker.

"She wants to be seen alone with me" he said smirking and wiggling his brows

"Whaaat?! Go sef, I know where it's located" see me see this boy oh, do I look like all those girls that want to be seen with him at the slightest opportunity ni?

"Abeg let's be going jare, we both know you'll enjoy the the looks and stares" ewwww, feel like puking..really?!

"I don't have your time please" I said walking past him. I needed to see the teacher before break was over and I wouldn't want him to think I was enjoying Aydee's company. At the same time, I'm scared and nervous too.

At the kiosk
  "Kirten, how are you doing today?" What's up with teachers calling students with their surnames sef?

"I'm fine sir" that was all that managed to come out, now I'm really tensed

"I'm really impressed with you oh" the man was now smiling and I could swear I felt a large bag filled with stones leave my head. I feel really light right now!

"Thank you very much sir" I was now smiling like I just won a hundred million.

"The test was actually to pick out the three best students that will be representing us in a competition later this year" he was now scribbling something down like a signature.

"Ohh, no wonder it was like that". Now I know why the test was that hard!

"Looking hard abi?" He said smiling

"Yes ohh" he just nodded with a smile smile

"So you'll give this letter of approval to your dad", he said giving me an evelope.

"Okay sir, thank you." I said with a little bow

"It's okay just make sure you give him the letter and bring it back so we'll see if he has signed it or not."

"Okay sir, I will" I said taking my leave.

Before I go on, let me tell you about my friends and our clique.

So this little clique of ours consists of my humble self - Jasiel Mishel Kirten: well you already know a little about me but don't worry, follow and you'll know more.

Aidan Mark Philip: Our brain box and annoying cute little dude. If he hears that I'm finished! Lol, he's the cutie of the clique tho and we use his cuteness to deal with annoying girls we don't like. It's simple, make them like him and then break their hearts or chop their money. 🙆

Annie  Prince Bweseh: chai! My ride or die. My closest female friend in the group. She has been my friend since kindergarten and since then we've been stuck with each other like since forever. She's actually a brain box too when it comes to Arts subjects. She's also the guys charmer and she's hot.

Bethany Raymond Isaac: Betty as we fondly call him! He really hates that name, according to him sounds like a "ladies name", and we'll reply by saying it actually suits him cos he freaks out like a lady. Seriously that boy is worst than a chicken. But he's actually the sweetest and most caring of us all.. and the richest too tho. He's a babba in accounting!

Jassy Ethan Noel: C square is the name! Yeah, there's no "C" in his names but he's the "cliques clown" so we call him that. He's just like our "Daddy". The boy doesn't fear ehn, as in sometimes we'll just be like "you're on your own o".
He makes the most sense at times too but the funniest and silliest!
   So that's us! The Sweet Devils!
